A H5N8-as típusú madárinfluenza-vírus jelentélét mutatták ki egy Maros megyében, Nyárádtőn (Ungheni) működő baromfifarmon, ezért elrendelték a teljes állomány (180 ezer szárnyas) elpusztítását – közölte pénteken a romániai állategészségügyi és élelmiszerbiztonsági szakhatóságra (ANSVSA) hivatkozva az MTI.
A farmon szigorúan korlátozták a szárnyasok, a személyzet és a tápanyagot szállító teherautók mozgását és megkezdték a fertőző gócban található szárnyasok kényszervágását. A tetemeket elégetik, mindent, amivel érintkezésbe kerültek, megsemmisítenek, majd a farm teljes területét, járműveit és gépeit fertőtlenítik.
Az ANSVSA Maros megyei kirendeltsége három kilométeres sugarú körben védőkörzetet rendelt el, ezen belül valamennyi baromfifarmot állatorvosok vizsgálnak meg. Betiltották a szárnyasok és tojások mozgatását, illetve a szabad levegőn történő tenyésztésüket, valamint elrendelték a kacsák és libák elkülönítését a többi háziszárnyastól.
Az érintett farm tíz kilométeres körzetében – amelybe a megyeszékhely Marosvásárhely is beletartozik – megfigyelési zónát alakítottak ki.
A román közlekedésrendészet megerősíti az ellenőrzést az országhatár közelében azokon az útvonalakon, amelyeken az élő állatok, a tojás, valamint a szárnyashús szállítását bonyolítják le Románia, illetve Lengyelország, Szlovákia, Magyarország, Bulgária és más – a madárinfluenza által érintett – európai uniós országok között.
A H5N8 vírustörzs a baromfiállományokra veszélyes, emberi megbetegedést nem okoz.

Madárinfluenza-fertőzést igazoltak Hajdú-Bihar megyében egy nádudvari tenyészpulyka-állományban, ahol 11 769 állat leölését rendelték el az állategészségügyi szakemberek.
A járvány gyanúja hétvégén jelentkezett az állományban, ahol nőtt az elhullás és csökkent a baromfik takarmány- és vízfogyasztása, valamint a tojástermelésük. A hatóság megtette a további intézkedéseket is, így a védő- és megfigyelési körzet kijelölését. A betegség megjelenésének okait a járványügyi nyomozás tárhatja fel.

Csehország több régiójában is fedeztek fel beteg állatokat az elmúlt időszakban, és nemcsak a baromfitelepeken, hanem a vadonban is. Egy cseh farmon, ahol felütötte a fejét a madárinfluenza, elővigyázatosságból negyvenezer kacsát vágtak le.
A hatóságok óvintézkedéseket vezettek be, és arra kérik a gazdákat, hogy próbálják meg távol tartani a vadon élő madarakat a farmjaiktól. Februárban Oroszországban a madárinfluenza egy olyan variánsát ismerték fel, amely az emberre is átterjedt.
Magyarországon február eleje óta nem fordult elő újabb megbetegedés, ezért jelenleg nincsenek érvényben lévő korlátozások a madárinfluenza miatt.

Dél-Oroszországban az A(H5N8) típusú új madárinfluenza már hét emberre terjedt át – adta hírül szombati moszkvai sajtótájékoztatóján Anna Popova tisztifőorvos, az orosz fogyasztóvédelmi felügyelet (Roszpotrebnadzor) vezetője.
Popova szerint ez volt az első bizonyított eset, hogy az A(H5N8) emberre terjedt át. A vírus genetikai anyagát a Roszpotrebnadzorhoz tartozó novoszibirszki Vektor Központ mutatta ki egy olyan baromfitelep alkalmazottjainál, ahol 2020 decemberében madárinfluenzát észleltek.
Az orosz tisztifőorvos szerint az orosz hatóságok azonnal és rövid időn belül minden szükséges intézkedést megtettek az emberek és állatok védelmében annak érdekében, hogy a kockázatot a minimumra csökkentsék, így a kialakult helyzet nem fajult tovább.
Elmondta, hogy a betegség klinikai lefolyása mind a hét fertőzött esetében gyors és könnyű volt, szervezetükben a Vektor szakértői felfedezték az immunválasz jegyeit.
Noha az A(H5N8) átlépte a fajok közötti határt, Popova szerint az új típusú madárinfluenza-vírusnak emberről emberre való átterjedését mindeddig nem észlelték. A tisztifőorvos úgy vélekedett, hogy a Vektor felfedezése lehetővé teszi a világ tudósainak és hatóságainak figyelmeztetését arra, hogy tegyenek lépéseket az új fenyegetés elhárítására és megelőzésre.
Az esetről szóló információkat Oroszország az Egészségügyi Világszervezet (WHO) rendelkezésére bocsátotta és a Vektor a nemzetközi GISAID adatbázisban közzétette az A(H5N8) genomszintű vírus-szekvenálásának adatait, azokkal a mutációkkal együtt, amelyek képessé tették a fajok közötti határ átlépésére.
A H5N1 kódjelű madárinfluenza-vírusról már korábban bebizonyosodott, hogy emberre is át tud terjedni.

Madárinfluenza-vírus jelenlétét igazolta szerdán a magyar Nemzeti Élelmiszerlánc-biztonsági Hivatal (Nébih) laboratóriuma Komárom-Esztergom megyei nagy létszámú pulykát tartó gazdaságokban – olvasható a hatóság honlapján.
A közlemény szerint az Ács település melletti, egymás szomszédságában lévő pulykatartó gazdaságok egyikében a múlt hét végén azt tapasztalták, hogy az állatok sokkal kevesebb takarmányt és vizet fogyasztanak, az elhullások pedig megemelkedtek. Hétfőre tovább nőtt az elhullás, és megjelentek a betegség gyanúját keltő klinikai tünetek is. A takarmány- és vízfogyasztás egy másik, szomszédos telepen is visszaesett.
A szakemberek mintát vettek, amelyekből a Nébih laboratóriumi vizsgálatai szerdán megerősítették a madárinfluenza vírus jelenlétét.
Az állategészségügyi hatóság megkezdte az érintett állományok, mintegy 90 ezer pulyka leölését.
A szakemberek a gazdaságok körüli 3 kilométer sugarú védőkörzetben és 10 kilométer sugarú megfigyelési körzetben minden baromfitartó telepet felkeresnek, szükség esetén mintát vesznek. A területen szállítási korlátozások is érvénybe lépnek.
A vándorló vadmadarak vonulási útvonalai Magyarországot is érintik, ami kiemelt kockázatot jelent, ezért Bognár Lajos országos főállatorvos még 2020. november végén országszerte elrendelte a baromfik kötelező zártan tartását.
A veszély jelenlétét és nagyságát érzékelteti, hogy egy, a tatai Öreg-tónál december végén talált kócsagtetemben is igazolta a Nébih laboratóriuma a vírus jelenlétét, aminek magas patogenitását kedden szintén megerősítették.
A H5N8 vírustörzs először 2014 elején Ázsiában okozott járványt a baromfiállományokban, majd 2014 novemberében megjelent Európában is. Magyarországon utoljára 2020 első félévében kellett megküzdeni a betegséggel. A hatóság kiemelte, hogy a most is kimutatott H5N8 altípus kapcsán eddig még nem fordult elő emberi megbetegedés Európában, a baromfitermékek továbbra is biztonsággal fogyaszthatók.

Pár napja ütötte fel a fejét a madárinfluenza járványszerű megjelenése egy nyugat-lengyelországi tanyán. A lengyel PAP állami hírügynökség a helyi állategészségügyi hatóságokra hivatkozva számolt be az esetről. Wroniawy községben a H5N8 madárinfluenza jelent meg, ez a betegség 33. megjelenése idén.
„Ez egy olyan gazdaság, ahol 930 000 tojótyúkot tartanak. Vannak olyan területek is a közelben, ahol libák és más vadmadarak találhatók” – idézte a PAP a helyi állat-egészségügyi hatóságokat. Hozzátették, hogy a leölések csütörtökön megkezdődtek és akár hat napig is eltarthatnak.
A betegség emberre történő átterjedésének kockázatát alacsonynak tartják, de az állatokat érintő járvány korábbi megjelenéseit kiterjedt vágások és selejtezések követték. Szakértők szerint ez szükséges a betegség terjedésének megfékezéséhez.
A tapasztalatok alapján a madárinfluenza rendkívül fertőző és halálos formája gyorsan terjed Európában. A baromfiipar fokozottan néz szembe problémákkal, jelentős gazdasági veszteségekkel fenyegetnek a járványok.
A közönséges madárinfluenza néven ismert betegség már megjelent Franciaországban, Hollandiában, Németországban, Nagy-Britanniában, Belgiumban, Dániában, Írországban, Svédországban és ezen a héten Horvátországban, Szlovéniában és Lengyelországban is, korábban Oroszországot és Kazahsztánt is érintette.
Az esetek túlnyomó többsége eddig a vadmadarakat érintett, de a gazdaságokban is megjelentek a járványos megbetegedések – számolt be a német agrarheute mezőgazdasági híroldal. Ezek eddig összesen legalább 1,6 millió csirke és kacsa leöléséhez vagy selejtezéséhez vezettek.
Hollandiában az ősszel csaknem 500 000 csirke pusztult el a vírus miatt, és ezen a héten több mint 900 000 csirkét ölnek le Lengyelország egyetlen gazdaságában. A koronavírussal kapcsolatos tilalmak és korlátozások, illetve a madárinfluenzával kapcsolatos hírek jelentősen lelassíthatják az év végi, karácsonyi értékesítéseket, amelyek pedig hagyományosan nagyon fontosak az iparág számára.
A vadon élő madarakról a baromfitartó telepeken lévő állatokra viszonylag könnyen átterjedhet a betegség. Az elmúlt két évben Európában különféle madárinfluenza vírusok tömege jelent meg szakértők szerint. A fő influenzatörzs Európában ebben az évben a H5N8, amely már 2016/17-ben is pusztított, de előfordultak H5N5 és H5N1 esetek is.
Noha az emberre áterjedés kockázata kicsi, az Európai Élelmiszerbiztonsági Ügynökség (EFSA) a héten kijelentette, hogy a vírus evolúciója szoros megfigyelést igényel. Ismeretes, hogy a H5N1 törzs emberre is átterjedhet.

A szomszédos Szlovákiában is megjelent a Lengyelországban már a tavaly év végétől terjedő madárinfluenza – jelentette a TASR szlovák közszolgálati hírügynökség a szlovák Regionális Állategészségügyi és Élelmiszeripari Felügyelet (RPVS) közlésére hivatkozva pénteken.
A beszámoló szerint a betegség egy nyitrai járásban lévő
település kistenyésztőjének csirkeállományában bukkant fel. Az illetékes
felügyelet szerint az elpusztult állatok valószínűleg vadon élő szárnyasoktól
fertőződtek meg.
A betegséget azt követően azonosították, hogy egy
kistenyésztő bejelentette: 22 darabos állományából 3 állat elpusztult. A
kórokozó jelenlétét csütörtökön mutatta ki egy madárinfluenza vizsgálatra
szakosodott zólyomi laboratórium, amelynek megállapítása szerint a madárinfluenza
erősen fertőző H5N8 altípusáról van szó, ugyanarról, amit már Lengyelországban
is kimutattak.
A madárinfluenzával fertőzött és elpusztult egyedeket
megsemmisítették, a tenyészetet fertőtlenítették – közölte az RPVS. A fertőzés
3 kilométeres körzetében a betegség további terjedését megelőző intézkedéseket
írtak elő, tízkilométeres körzetben pedig megfigyeléseket rendelt el.
Az esettel összefüggésben a szlovák agrártárca rendkívüli
óvatosságra intette a tenyésztőket és felszólította őket: tegyenek lépéseket
annak érdekében, hogy a tenyészeteikben élő baromfik lehetőleg ne kerüljenek
kontaktusba vadon élő szárnyasokkal.
Ugyancsak fokozott óvatosságra intett a szlovák
Közegészségügyi Hivatal (ÚVZ), amely internetes oldalán arról tájékoztatott,
hogy bár a madárinfluenza ezen altípusa esetében nagyon alacsony az esély arra,
hogy az emberre is átterjedjen, ennek lehetőségét teljesen nem lehet kizárni.
