Az amerikai rendőrök csütörtökön őrizetbe vettek egy férfit, akit a feltételezés szerint New Yorkban megölt, 51 éves magyar nő meggyilkolásával gyanúsítanak.
A New York Post szerint a rendőrök egy 44 éves férfit, David Bonolát gyanúsítják az Orsolya Gaal néven emlegetett, 51 éves magyar nő meggyilkolásával. A lap szerint a férfi korábban a nő ezermestere, emellett pedig a szeretője is volt.
A New York Post szerint ezt a nő több ismerőse is megerősítette. David Bonola állítólag már beismerő vallomást is tett őrizetbe vétele után.
A gyilkosság bizonyos részleteire is fény derült
Azt már korábban megírtuk ebben a cikkünkben, hogy az 51 éves nő péntek este távozott otthonából, majd utána egyedül hazatért. Ez idő tájt jelent meg a ház környékén a gyilkos, aki szombat hajnalban (térfigyelő kamerák felvétele szerint) már a nő holttestét próbálta meg eltüntetni.
Most az is kiderült, hogy a gyilkosság helyszínén a nyomozók nem találták nyomát annak, hogy valaki betört volna a házba. Ebből, valamint a gyilkosság elkövetésének módjából (a nőt körülbelül hatvan késszúrás érte) a rendőrök arra következtettek, hogy a gyilkos és az áldozat ismerhette egymást.
A rendőrök mindeközben azt is megtudták (vélhetően a nő ismerőseinek kihallgatása által), hogy Orsolya Gaalnak olyan romantikus kapcsolata lehetett korábban David Bonolával, amely nem végződött túl jól. A gyanúsított azonosításához végül a New York Post szerint egy pár véres csizma jelentette a döntő bizonyítékot, amelyet a meggyilkolt nő otthonában találtak, és amelyen a férfitől származó DNS-minták voltak.
Úgy tudni, hogy a férfi a kihallgatásán azt mondta: a nővel összevitatkoztak aznap este, és ennek a vitának a hevében gyilkolta meg.
Az még nem derült ki, hogy egyáltalán mit keresett a házban, vagy hogy jutott be. Az viszont tisztázódott, hogy a gyilkosság idején a nő kisebbik, 13 éves fia (akit korábban ki is hallgattak a rendőrök) a családi ház emeletén aludt, emiatt nem tudott semmit arról, hogy mi történt az édesanyjával.
A rendőrök azt is közölték, hogy Bonola korábban nem volt más bűnügyben érintett. Ez utóbbi viszont azért érdekes, mert az elkövető a gyilkosság után a nő férjét is megfenyegette, és akkor azt írta: azért gyilkolta meg az asszonyt, mert a nő korábban börtönbe juttatta őt (elképzelhető persze, hogy ezzel csak félre akarta vezetni a hatóságokat).

SMS-ben megfenyegették a New Yorkban megölt magyar nő férjét azzal, hogy az egész családjukat kiirtják. A gyilkost még mindig keresik a rendőrök.
Az 51 éves, az amerikai sajtóban Orsolya Gaal néven emlegetett magyar nő maradványait szombat reggel találták meg New Yorkban, Queens egyik lakóövezetében. A helyiek arról számoltak be, hogy rendes családként ismerték őket, akik igyekeztek a két fiút tisztességesen felnevelni a patinás környéken.
A New York Post azt írja, hogy azóta a nő férje, Howard Klein egy fenyegető SMS-t kapott.
„A következő az egész családod lesz” – állt az SMS-ben, amelyet a helyi WPIX televízió közölt. Az üzenetben az amerikai csatorna szerint még az is állt: „A feleséged néhány éve börtönbe küldött. Most visszatértem.”
Először a 13 éves fiát vitték el a rendőrök, most videó alapján keresik a tettest A nő férje, valamint idősebb, 17 éves fia Portlandben voltak a gyilkosság idején, fiatalabb, 13 éves fia azonban otthon tartózkodott. A New York Post a helyiektől úgy értesült, hogy őt a holttest megtalálása után bilincsben vitték el a rendőrök.
A rendőrség azt is közölte, hogy a térfigyelő kamerák rögzítették, amint egy alak magával húzza azt a sporttáskát, amelyben később a nő maradványait megtalálták.
A nyomozás jelenlegi állása szerint a nő péntek este szórakozni ment a barátaival. Nem sokkal éjfél előtt azonban hazatért, és ekkor tűnt fel a feltételezett gyilkos is a helyszínen.
„Utána, már hajnal fél öt körül azt lehetett látni több kamerából is, hogy valaki magával húzza ezt a táskát” – mondta a New York Postnak egy rendőrtiszt, hozzátéve: a vérnyomok attól a helyszíntől, ahol a holttestet megtalálták, a nő házához vezettek vissza. Ráadásul az is különös, hogy egy olyan sporttáskában akadtak rá a holttestre, amelyet az egyik fia használt.
A rendőrtiszt azt is elmondta, hogy a nő jól ismerte azokat az embereket, akikkel szórakozni ment péntek este. Őket is kihallgatják, hogy megtudjanak valami újat. Nem zárják ki viszont azt sem, hogy a nő aznap este egy addig ismeretlen emberrel is találkozhatott, akinek köze lehet az ügyhöz.
Hatvan késszúrás végzett vele, nincs gyanúsított Ugyancsak hétfőn derült ki, hogy a nőt testén, a nyakán, a törzsén és a bal karján megközelítőleg hatvan késszúrás nyomát találták meg a szakértők. A szúrások között volt, amely artériát is talált, és voltak az ujjain, a tenyerén is sebek, ami arra utalhat, hogy megpróbált védekezni. A halottkémek szerint ugyanakkor arra utaló jelet egyelőre nem találtak, hogy a nő szexuális indíttatású bűncselekmény áldozata lett volna.
A rendőrség hétfőn azt is közölte, hogy a nő 13 éves fiát a kihallgatás után elengedték, és jelenleg senki sincs őrizetben a bűneset miatt. A hatóságoknak még gyanújuk sincs arra vonatkozóan, hogy ki állhat a gyilkosság mögött.

Az 51 éves Gaál Orsolya maradványait New Yorkban találta meg egy kutyáit sétáltató férfi szombat reggel.
A férfi éppen Queens lakónegyedében sétálgatott, amikor két kutyája észrevett egy sporttáskát, arra indultak, majd nem akarták hagyni, hogy a gazdájuk elrángassa őket onnan.
A férfi kíváncsiságból kinyitotta a táskát, amelyben egy élettelen női testet talált. Először egy bábunak hitte, azonban amikor a kutyák felfedezték a vérnyomokat, akkor jött rá, hogy egy halott emberről van szó.
A New York Post úgy tudja, hogy a családanya két fiával és férjével csupán pár száz méterrel odébb lakott, a kisebbik, már kamasz fiát később a rendőrök bilincsben vitték el, idősebb fia és a férje éppen a reptérről tartottak hazafelé a férfi állítása szerint.
A lapnak egy informátor azt mondta, hogy a környéken mindenhol kamerák vannak, ezért hamar megtalálhatják a tettest, egy rendőrségi forrás pedig hozzátette, hogy a férj és az egyik fiú érdekelt lehet az ügyben.
A helyiek beszámolói szerint rendes családról volt szó, a szülők igyekeztek tisztességesen nevelni a fiúkat a patinás környéken.

Az apa már két éve nem érte el a lányát
A Bors megtalálta Istvánt, az elhunyt asszony édesapját. „A jövő héten megyünk Hollandiába a magyar nagykövethez és a konzulhoz, hogy az ilyenkor szokásos ügyeket elintézzük. A szakértők még vizsgálják a halál pontos okát, körülményeit és idejét. Találgatni nem szeretnék, engem csakis az igazság érdekel” – mondta a gyászoló férfi, aki két évvel ezelőtt tudott utoljára a gyermekével beszélni. 2020 januárjában tettem a rendőrségen bejelentést, hogy semmilyen módon nem érem el a lányomat. Biztos vagyok benne, hogy a férje fogva tartotta, hiszen Évára nem volt jellemző, hogy eltűnjön” – magyarázta István, aki jól ismerte a feltételezett gyilkost.
„Egy brutális, elmebeteg pszichopatának tartottam. Hiába próbáltam a lányomat megvédeni tőle. Éva 2019-ben hazajött. Egy ideig nálam lakott, aztán kibérelt egy lakást. A férfi utánajött, megtalálta és nagyon megverte. Hiába tiltották ki Magyarországról, hiába volt vele szemben távoltartási végzés érvényben, semmi sem állította meg. Csakis pszichikai vagy fizikai erőszakkal vehette rá a gyermekemet, hogy ismét kimenjen vele Hollandiába” – fakadt ki István.
Az apa a szíve mélyén sejtette, hogy már nem látja viszont a leányát. „A szülői szív mindent megérez a gyermekével kapcsolatban. Már rég kiutaztam volna, hogy Éva mellett legyek, de a járványhelyzet miatt nem tehettem. Szerettem volna személyesen megkeresni a lányomat” – mondta megtörten a Borsnak.
A férfi félt, hogy felesége kitálal a rendőrségnek
„Meggyőződésem, hogy azért kellett meghalnia, mert újra el akarta hagyni, ez a vadállat pedig attól tartott, hogy kitálal a rendőrségnek. Jan kemény drogdíler volt és féltette a birodalmát.”

A hírportál tudósítása szerint a tetőcsomagtartót múlt hét hétfőn vette észre a vízben egy járókelő, aki azonnal értesítette a rendőrséget. A 37 éves áldozatot már jó ideje keresték a rendőrök, mert eltűnt. A holttest megtalálása után a nő volt férjét, egy 52 éves asseni fogtechnikust pénteken őrizetbe vették. A rendőrség úgy véli, hogy a tetőcsomagtartót ő dobhatta bele a csatornába február 7-én, szombaton. Egy szemtanú arról számolt be, hogy azon az estén egy furgon lámpáit látta világítani a helyszínen, és arra is figyelmes lett, hogy a gépkocsi vezetője a települést átszelő folyó hídjától nem messze egy nagyobb méretű, bőröndnek tűnő tárgyat dob a vízbe. A hatóságok szerint a 37 éves magyar nő tavaly februárban tűnt el. Édesapja a Dagblad van het Noorden című holland napilapnak azt mondta, hogy a család már 2020-ban bejelentette a nő eltűnését, és a rendőrség most arról tájékoztatta, hogy lánya körülbelül egy hónapja halhatott meg. Az újság szerint a nő prostituáltként dolgozott és kábítószer-kereskedelemmel is foglalkozhatott. A hatóságok egyelőre nem közölték a halál okát.
