Majdnem 11 évvel a Malaysia Airlines légitársaság MH370-es járatának máig magyarázat nélküli eltűnése után új kutatás kezdődött az Indiai-óceánon a roncsok után – jelentette az ausztrál és a brit média kedden.
A következő hetekben az Ocean Infinity amerikai kutatócég az Armada 78 06 kutatóhajót és automata víz alatti kutatórobotokat (AUV) vet be, hogy a tengerfenéken keresse a rejtélyesen eltűnt Boeing 777-es típusú utasszállító repülőgép nyomait.
A kutatás 18 hónapig tart majd, és egy körülbelül 15 ezer négyzetkilométeres területre összpontosul, a keresés során pedig különös figyelmet fordítanak azokra a helyekre – mintegy 1500 kilométerre a nyugat-ausztráliai Perth partjaitól – ahol a kutatók szerint a roncs nagy valószínűséggel megtalálható.
A Malaysia Airlines légitársaság MH370-es számú járata 239 emberrel a fedélzetén 2014. március 8-án tűnt el a Kuala Lumpurból Pekingbe tartó úton. A szakértők úgy gondolják, hogy a repülőgép valahol az Indiai-óceán távoli, déli részén zuhant le.
A gép után több kutatás is folyt gyakorlatilag eredménytelenül, megerősítetten csak egyes szárnydarabjait találták meg, amelyeket afrikai, illetve indiai-óceáni szigetekre sodort a víz, azonban a gép törzse, az utasok és a repülési adatrögzítő soha nem került elő.

A gép után több kutatás is folyt gyakorlatilag eredménytelenül, megerősítetten csak egyes szárnydarabjait találták meg, amelyeket afrikai, illetve indiai-óceáni szigetekre sodort a víz.
Először Malajzia Ausztráliával és Kínával közösen finanszírozta azt a 143 millió dollárt felemésztő kutatást, amely két éven át 2017 januárjáig folyt az Indiai-óceán déli részének egy 120 ezer négyzetkilométeres területén, Ausztráliától nyugatra, mert műholdas adatok arra utaltak, hogy a gép valószínűleg ott zuhant le. A nyomozás során a gép transzpondere által leadott jelekre nem lehetett támaszkodni, mert az az út elejét leszámítva ki volt kapcsolva.
Két további kutatást végzett 2018-ban az Ocean Infinity egy 112 ezer négyzetkilométeres területen azzal a feltétellel, hogy csak abban az esetben kérnek pénzt a szolgáltatásért, ha a gép nyomára akadnak. Ez a terület a korábban átvizsgálttól északra volt.
Most is a Ocean Infinity ajánlkozott ismét azzal a feltétellel, hogy csak abban az esetben kérnek pénzt, 70 millió dollárt, ha megtalálják a gépet – közölte sajtótájékoztatóján a malajziai miniszter, Anthony Loke.
Ha megkötik a 18 hónapos időtartamra szóló megállapodást, akkor az Ocean Infinity által átvizsgálandó terület ugyanaz lesz, mint a korábbi, kiegészítve egy 15 ezer négyzetkilométeres résszel – tette hozzá.

A 2014-es tömeggyilkosság elkövetésével három orosz és egy ukrán férfit vádolnak. Ők az ukrán szakadárokhoz tartoztak, és feltételezhetően ukrán katonai repülőgépnek gondolták a maláj járatot. Az eljárás távollétükben folyik ellenük.
Azért Hollandiában van a tárgyalás, mert az áldozatok kétharmada holland állampolgár volt. Azt a rakétát, amivel a kelet-ukrajnai légtérben eltalálták a gépet, oroszbarát szeparatisták által ellenőrzött területről lőtték ki. A légvédelmi rendszert az oroszok telepítették oda.
„Teljesen nyilvánvaló, hogy ezt a bűnügyet államközi ügyként próbálják beállítani, mert állítólag Oroszország irányította az elkövetőket, ez azonban hamis és teljességgel elfogadhatatlan állítás. Az ügyben büntetőeljárás folyik, amivel mi is teljesen egyetértünk, akárcsak minden pártatlan jogász” – reagált Szergej Lavrov orosz külügyminiszter.
Moszkva a bizonyítékok ellenére mindvégig tagadta, hogy köze lenne a tragédiához. Vétójogával élve 2015-ben azt is megakadályozta, hogy az ENSZ vizsgálóbizottságot állítson fel a tömeggyilkosság kivizsgálására. Nem valószínű tehát, hogy kiadná a vádlottakat, akik valamennyien magas rangú, oroszbarát katonatisztek voltak.

A Malaysia Airlines MH17-es járatának 2014-es lezuhanását vizsgáló nemzetközi nyomozóbizottság csütörtökön felhívást intézett az oroszországi Kurszk városának lakosaihoz, főként az orosz hadseregben szolgálókhoz, hogy osszanak meg információkat annak a rakétának a bevetésével kapcsolatban, amellyel vélhetően lelőtték az utasszállító repülőgépet – jelentette a holland sajtó.
A nyomozást koordináló holland hatóságok 2018-ban megállapították, hogy a dél-oroszországi városban állomásozó 53. orosz légvédelmi dandártól származó BUK-rakétával lőtték le Kelet-Ukrajna felett az Amszterdamból a maláj fővárosba, Kuala Lumpurba tartó gépet. A fedélzeten tartózkodó 298 ember, közöttük 196 holland állampolgár, életét vesztette.
A nyomozók olyan fényképeket, videókat, e-maileket és hivatalos dokumentumokat várnak, amelyek segíthetik a vizsgálatot azzal kapcsolatban, kik álltak fegyver ukrajnai bevetéséről szóló döntés hátterében, és kik hajtották végre az akciót.
A szemtanúkhoz intézett videófelhívásban egy 29 éves, orosz származású ausztrál áldozat édesanyja is megszólalt. Az oroszul beszélő asszony elmondta, hogy a tragédia gyógyíthatatlan sebeket okozott számára.
„Az igazságnak ki kell derülnie, mindenkinek tudnia kell, mi történt valójában. Szeretnénk, ha valaki vállalná a felelősséget a történtekért” – mondta.
A holland ügyészség már eljárást indított három orosz, illetve egy ukrán állampolgár ellen, akik magas rangú orosz katonatisztek voltak a kelet-ukrajnai szakadár hadtestben, és akiket a gép kilövésének megszervezésével vádolnak. A vád szerint azonban még nem lehet tudni, hogy kik azok, akik a rakétarendszert működésbe hozták.
A négy gyanúsított ellen távollétükben folyó büntetőeljárás szeptember 6-án, hétfőn folytatódik a schipholi bíróságon. Hollandia és Ausztrália nyíltan Oroszországot vádolta az állampolgárai halálával. Moszkva végig tagadta, hogy bármilyen köze volt a szerencsétlenséghez, és Kijevet okolta a történtekért.

hogy a pert távollétükben is folytassák.
A Malaysia Airlines Amszterdamból Kuala Lumpurba tartó
repülőgépét 2014. július 17-én Kelet-Ukrajna felett érte
rakétatalálat. A pilótafülke mellett felrobbant rakéta
szilánkjainak ezrei fúrták át a Boeing típusú gépet, amely a
levegőben darabokra tört és lezuhant. A tragédiában a fedélzeten
tartózkodó mind a 298 utas – köztük 196 holland és 27 ausztrál
–, valamint a legénység életét vesztette.
Az ügyben eljáró, holland vezetésű – holland, ausztrál,
maláj, ukrán és belga összetételű – nemzetközi
nyomozócsoport 2019 júniusában azt közölte, hogy a gyanúsítottak
a gépet megsemmisítő, mozgatható föld-levegő rakéta
telepítésében vettek részt.
Tájékoztatásuk szerint Girkin, az orosz Szövetségi Biztonsági
Szolgálat (FSZB) korábbi ezredese 2014 nyarán az ukrajnai szakadár
„Donyecki Népköztársaság” (DNR) „védelmi minisztereként”
szolgált. Dubinszkij a DNR katonai hírszerző ügynökségének
vezetője volt, Pulatov az ügynökség egyik alosztályát
irányította, az ukrán Harcsenko pedig a felderítő
osztag vezetője volt.
A nyomozócsoport 2016 őszén közzétett jelentésében azt
közölte, hogy a repülőgépet megsemmisítő rakéta nem sokkal a
támadás előtt érkezett Kelet-Ukrajnába Oroszországból, ahová
a Boeing 777-es lelövése után a kilövőállást vissza is vitték.
A katasztrófák vizsgálatában illetékes holland hatóság
(biztonsági tanács) azt állapította meg, hogy a repülőgépet
egy földi telepítésű, BUK típusú légelhárító rakétával
lőtték le, amelyet feltételezhetően a szakadárok területéről
– Pervomajszk település mellől – indítottak. A támadást
előkészítő és elkövető mintegy száz további gyanúsított
kilétére is bizonyítékok állnak a nemzetközi vizsgálóbizottság
rendelkezésre, ugyanakkor az még nem tisztázott, hogy parancsra
hajtották-e végre a támadást, vagy önállóan cselekedtek –
tették hozzá.
Oroszország mindvégig tagadta, hogy köze volt a gép
lelövéséhez.

Tüntetést tartottak tegnap a Kelet-Ukrajna felett 2014-ben
lelőtt utasszállító, az MH17 repülőjárat áldozatainak hozzátartozói Hágában,
Oroszország hollandiai nagykövetségénél. A külképviselet előtti parkban 298 üres
széket állítottak fel a rokonok, azt szimbolizálva, hogy hiányoznak a családokból
a támadásban megölt emberek.
A demonstrációt az Igazságot az MH17-nek elnevezésű munkacsoport
szervezte. Az áldozatok szerettei szerint nem kérdés Oroszország érintettsége.
Egy rotterdami házaspár 23 éves fiát és annak 20 éves barátnőjét
veszítette el a tragédiában. Az anya, Silene szerint bár a tűzparancsot bizonyára
nem Moszkva adta az utasszállító lelövésére, Oroszországnak ideje lenne
beismerni, hogy a fegyvert ők adták a szakadároknak.
A maláj légitársaság MH17-es járata Amszterdamból tartott
Kuala Lumpurba 2014. július 17-én, amikor Kelet-Ukrajna fölött találat érte a
repülőgépet. A ma kezdődő pernek 4 vádlottja van, 1 ukrán és 3 orosz férfi.
A moszkvai vezetés következetesen cáfolja, hogy bármilyen érintettsége
lenne Oroszországnak az utasszállítót ért támadásban.
