Az orosz különleges erők lelőttek egy embert, aki egy épület tetejéről lövöldözni kezdett az ország északi részén található Murmanszk városában – jelentette hétfőn kora reggel az orosz RIA állami hírügynökség meg nem nevezett mentőszolgálati forrásokra hivatkozva a Reuters beszámolója szerint.
Először Andrej Csibisz, a várost övező murmanszki régió kormányzója közölte a Telegramon, hogy a biztonsági erőket egy épülethez küldték, miután arról érkezett bejelentés, hogy egy ismeretlen személy egy épület tetejéről tüzet nyitott.
Az orosz különleges erők akciójáról videó is készült, amelyet a RIA Novosztyi osztott meg. A fegyveresek abban a 14 emeletes épületben semlegesítették a támadót, amelynek a tetejéről a lövöldözni kezdett.
Emellett az esetről több amatőr felvétel is napvilágot látott az orosz nyelvű közösségi médiában.
A TASZSZ állami hírügynökség a mentőszolgálatra hivatkozva azt jelentette, hogy a lövöldözésben (a támadót leszámítva) senki sem sérült meg.
Az orosz hatóságok utóbb újabb felvételeket publikáltak, és azt is közölték, hogy a jelek szerint a férfi célpontja egy járőröző rendőregység lehet.
Az elkövetőről az is kiderült, hogy egy 1981-es születésű helyi lakos, aki ellen gyilkossági kísérlet miatt indítottak büntetőeljárást. Az épületben több fegyvert is lefoglaltak a biztonsági erők.

Késsel támadt az oroszországi murmanszki régió kormányzójára egy férfi csütörtök este Apatyiti városban egy lakossági fórum után. Az incidensben Andrej Csibisz hastáji sebesülést szenvedett, az orvosok egy egyórás műtét után súlyosnak, de stabilnak mondták az állapotát.
A politikus éppen távozott a helyi kultúrpalotában megtartott lakossági találkozóról, amikor az eset történt.
A támadót Csibisz testőre, az orosz nemzeti gárda egyik tagja a szolgálati fegyverével megsebesítette, majd a férfit őrizetbe vették.
Az orosz Nyomozó Bizottság (SZK) a Telegram-csatornáján közölte, hogy a támadó, Andrej Bidanov 42 éves vasutas, apatyiti lakos, noha nem ismerte személyesen a kormányzót, ellenszenvet érzett iránta, és emiatt támadt rá. Bidanov elmeorvosi nyilvántartásban nem szerepel. Ellene hivatali személy elleni emberölési kísérlet címén indult büntetőeljárás, amiért húsz évig terjedő szabadságvesztés szabható ki.
Februárban is többen súlyos sérüléseket szereztek egy párizsi késelésben. A Gare de Lyon vasútállomáson történt incidensben egy személy olyan sérüléseket szerzett, hogy kórházba kellett szállítani. A letartóztatott támadó egy 32 éves mali születésű férfi, akinél olasz autóvezetői jogosítványt találtak.
