A Kernel Holding SA, a világ egyik legnagyobb napraforgóolaj-gyártója és -exportőre bejelentette, hogy orosz dróntámadás következtében keletkezett károk miatt leállította a nyugat-ukrajnai üzemének működését – közölte csütörtökön az rbc.ua hírportál a cég varsói értéktőzsdén megjelent információjára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a társaság megjegyezte, hogy a támadás következtében keletkezett tüzet eloltották. „Szerencsére senki sem sérült meg a támadás következtében” – áll a közleményben.
A Kernel munkatársai jelenleg felmérik a károk mértékét. A Hmelnickij megyében található üzem Ukrajna legnagyobb étolajgyártó üzeme, amely idén áprilisban kezdte meg a működését.

Az orosz megszállók kamikaze drónokkal támadták hétfőn Mikolajivot, a becsapódások következtében napraforgóolajat tároló tartályok sérültek meg egy vállalat területén – közölte az rbc.ua hírportál Vitalij Kimre, a Mikolajiv Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetőjére és a News N helyi televíziós csatornára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a katonai kormányzó megerősítette, hogy az orosz csapatok vállalatot támadtak, ezért találták el az ott lévő napraforgóolaj-tartályokat. A tévécsatorna információi szerint a becsapódást követően tűz ütött ki, amelyet a Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálatának katasztrófavédői gyorsan megfékeztek. A tartályokban azonban lyukak keletkeztek, amelyeken keresztül az olaj folyni kezdett. Elöntötte a vállalat területét, és már az utcákon is folyik.
Helyszíni jelentések szerint a napraforgóolaj az utcai csapadékelvezető csatornanyílásokba ömlik. A vállalat vezetése azt közölte, hogy a megsérült tartályokban körülbelül 7,5 ezer tonna napraforgóolaj volt.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy hétfő reggel az orosz megszállók iráni kamikaze drónokkal támadták Kijevet. Egy lakóépületet találtak el, ahol robbanás történt. Eddig 18 embert sikerült kimenteni, de még legalább két személy van a romok alatt.
