Német rendőrök agyonlőttek egy férfit, aki egy ellenőrzés során rájuk lőtt a cseh határ közelében. Az iráni férfi kábítószer-beszerző körútról térhetett vissza Csehországból – közölték vasárnap a német hatóságok.
A tájékoztatás szerint a rendőrök a szúrópróbaszerű belső határellenőrzések keretében szombat délután a bajorországi Schirnding település határában leállítottak egy autót, amelynek sofőrje elfutott, majd rálőtt az őt üldöző rendőrökre. A rendőrök viszonozták a tüzet, halálosan megsebesítve a férfit.
Az intézkedés során a rendőrök nem sérültek meg.
A rendőrség és a német ügyészség közölte, hogy a lelőtt férfi egy 47 éves iráni állampolgár, aki már évek óta Mannheim térségében élt. A rendőrség azt gyanítja, hogy a férfi egy kábítószer-beszerző körútról tért vissza Csehországból, mivel több száz gramm metamfetamint találtak nála.
Vit Rakusan cseh belügyminiszter az X-en közölte, hogy az ügy nem áll összefüggésben az illegális bevándorlással.
