A jelentés szerint a nacionalisták közötti konfliktus a megyeszékhely központjában, a Szumi szálloda és a megyei állami adminisztráció épületének közelében alakult ki.
Mint Denisz Szokur, a Nemzeti Hadtest szumi különítményének vezetője a sajtónak elmondta, 14:00 órakor tanácskozást kellett volna tartaniuk a polgármesterrel. A polgármesteri hivatalban elkezdtek gyülekezni mindkét szervezet tagjai – tette hozzá. Szerinte a Jobboldali Szektor tagjai kezdték a lövöldözést és verekedést, de a rendőrség azonnal a helyszínre érkezett.
A Jobboldali Szektor helyi tagjai ugyanakkor a Nemzeti Hadtestet vádolják a konfliktus kiprovokálásával.

Feltartóztatta a rendőrség a Nemzeti Hadtest párt és paramilitáris szervezet tagjait hétfő reggel Cserkaszi megyében, hogy ne találkozhassanak Volodimir Zelenszkij elnökkel, aki zászlófelvonásra érkezik a megyeszékhelyre – adta hírül a strana.news hírportál.
A tudósítás szerint Zelenszkij ma, a nemzeti lobogó napján Cserkasziba látogat, ahol részt vesz az Ukrajna Szíve elnevezésű művészeti objektum átadásán és az állami zászló felvonásán Cserkaszi megye legmagasabb, 24 millió hrivnya költséggel most felállított 52 méter magas zászlórúdjára.
A szélsőséges Nemzeti Hadtest aktivistái Zelenszkijjel akartak találkozni Cserkasziban. A városba vezető úton feltartóztatta őket a rendőrség Spola város határában. A nacionalisták és a rendőrök összetűztek egymással, az utóbbiak könnyfakasztó gázt vetettek be a szélsőségesek ellen, akik közül többet őrizetbe vettek.

Megverték az egyik ukrán kiadvány riporterét tüntetésük után a Nemzeti Hadtest párt aktivistái szombat este Kijev központjában, az újságíró feljelentést tett a szélsőségesek ellen – adta hírül a strana.ua hírportál a Nemzeti Rendőrség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a radikálisok akciójáról felvételeket készítő Olekszandr Kuzselnij, a Bukvi című kiadvány riportere már távozóban volt a tüntetés után, amikor több álarcos szélsőséges utánaeredt, és követelte, hogy az újságíró törölje az incidensektől sem mentes megmozdulásról készített képeket. Amikor ezt megtagadta, ütlegelni kezdték, s amikor a földre esett, többen rugdalták és meg is taposták. A fizikai erőszakkal csak akkor hagytak fel, amikor több újságíró is odasietett.
Kuzselnij rendőrségi feljelentést tett ismeretlen támadók ellen. A rendőrség megkezdte a nyomozást az ügyben.

Bűnözéssel foglalkozó harkivi tagjainak őrizetbe vétele ellen kezdett tiltakozó akcióba a Nemzeti Hadtest párt szombaton Kijevben, az Elnöki Hivatal épületénél, ahol a paramilitáris szervezet aktivistái összecsaptak az épületet őrző rendőrökkel és nemzeti gárdistákkal, az incidensben rendőrök és gárdisták sérültek meg – adta hírül az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál a Belügyminisztérium kommunikációs igazgatójára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Artem Sevcsenko, a belügyi tárca kommunikációs főosztályának igazgatója Facebook-oldalán azt közölte, a tiltakozó akció résztvevői az Elnöki Hivatal épületénél nem engedelmeskedtek a rendőrség törvényes felszólításának, hogy vessék alá magukat a védett övezetbe történő belépés előtt biztonsági ellenőrzésnek, hogy nincsenek-e fegyverek vagy robbanóanyagok náluk. A tüntetők összetűzést provokáltak, amelynek során paprikasprayt, gumiabroncsokat és más eszközöket vetettek be a rendfenntartókkal szemben. Ennek nyomán a rendőrök kényszerítő eszközöket alkalmaztak a randalírozók megfékezésére. Az összecsapásban hét rendőr szemsérülést szenvedett, több gárdista pedig megsérült.
Mint hírportálunk augusztus 5-én beszámolt róla, nagyszabású razziát tartott az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) Harkivban, amelynek során 53 házkutatást tartott a Nemzeti Hadtest párt irodáiban és tagjainál, valamint őrizetbe vette a bűnbandává fajult paramilitáris nacionalista szervezet 7 vezetőjét.
Két nappal később Andrij Bileckij, a Nemzeti Hadtest párt vezetője tömeges tiltakozó akciókat helyezett kilátásba szombatra, miután egy kijevi bíróság két hónapra letartóztatásba helyezte a paramilitáris szervezet védelmi zsarolással és más szervezett bűnözői tevékenységgel gyanúsított hét harkivi vezetőjét.

Tömeges tiltakozó akciókat helyezett kilátásba szombaton Andrij Bileckij, a Nemzeti Hadtest párt vezetője, miután egy kijevi bíróság két hónapra letartóztatásba helyezte a paramilitáris szervezet védelmi zsarolással és más szervezett bűnözői tevékenységgel gyanúsított hét harkivi vezetőjét – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál a szélsőséges szervezet sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a „fehér vezérként” is ismert Bileckij mindenkit tiltakozásra szólított a Nemzeti Hadtest lefogott aktivistáinak támogatása érdekében. Mint hangsúlyozta, „ezek a mi embereink, ismétlem, a mi embereink. Nem a Nemzeti Hadtesté, nem a veteránszövetségé, hanem a miénk, vagyis ukránok, akik Ukrajnáért küzdöttek, akik készek voltak meghalni érte, és amelyért, ha kell, készek leszünk meghalni, mert ez az, amit nacionalizmusnak nevezünk, amikor kész vagy magadért és másokért küzdeni.”
Bileckij szerint a Nemzeti Hadtest kiterjeszti, és még tömegesebbekké teszi tiltakozó akcióit. „Mivel a hatalom a nyílt elnyomás eszközéhez nyúlt, fenntartjuk magunknak a jogot a válaszra” – mutatott rá, megjegyezve, hogy mivel az egész mögött a hatalom áll, a Nemzeti Hadtest erőfeszítései azok ellen fognak irányulni, akik „ezt a történetet kezdeményezték és irányítják”.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy pénteken a Kijevi Pecserszk Kerületi Bíróság 16 órán át tárgyalta a Nemzeti Hadtest csütörtökön Harkivban védelmi zsarolás és más súlyos bűncselekmények elkövetésének gyanújával őrizetbe vett hét helyi vezetőjével szemben alkalmazandó preventív intézkedés foganatosítását. A bíróság épülete előtt a tárgyalást teljes ideje alatt a Nemzeti Hadtest 2,5-3 ezer tagja tartott tiltakozó megmozdulást.
Mint hírportálunk csütörtökön beszámolt róla, nagyszabású razziát tartott az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) csütörtökön Harkivban, amelynek során 53 házkutatást tartott a Nemzeti Hadtest párt irodáiban és tagjainál, valamint őrizetbe vette a bűnbandává züllött paramilitáris nacionalista szervezet 7 vezetőjét, akiknek a bűntársait tovább keresik.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) blokkolta péntek hajnalban egy országúti ellenőrző pontnál azoknak az autóbuszoknak a továbbhaladását, amelyek a szélsőséges Nemzeti Hadtest párt tagjait szállították Harkivból Kijevbe, ahol csatlakoztak volna a társaik csütörtöki őrizetbe vétele elleni akcióhoz – adta hírül a strana.ua hírportál a párt harkivi szervezetének Telegram-csatornájára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az autóbuszokat az SZBU különleges egysége a valkivszki közlekedési ellenőrző pontnál tartóztatta fel. A járművek órákon át várakoztak. A titkosszolgálat munkatársai a buszokban egyenként ellenőrizte az utasok személyazonosságát, lefényképezve és kikérdezve őket utazásuk céljáról.
Mint hírportálunk beszámolt róla, nagyszabású razziát tartott az SZBU csütörtökön Harkivban, amelynek során 53 házkutatást tartott irodáiban és tagjainál, valamint őrizetbe vette a bűnbandává Züllött paramilitáris nacionalista szervezet 7 vezetőjét, akiknek a bűntársait tovább keresik.

Nagyszabású razziát tartott az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) csütörtökön Harkivban, amelynek során 53 házkutatást tartott a Nemzeti Hadtest párt irodáiban és tagjainál, valamint őrizetbe vette a bűnbandává fajult paramilitáris nacionalista szervezet 7 vezetőjét, akiknek a bűntársait tovább keresik – adta hírül a strana.ua hírportál az SZBU-ban lévő forrásaira hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az SZBU nyomozati főosztálya által folytatott vizsgálat kiderítette, hogy Nemzeti Hadtest párt tagjai 2018–2021 során bűnszövetségbe tömörülve terrorizálták és védelmi pénzeket szedtek a többi között az egészségügyi intézmények dolgozóitól, vállalkozóktól, temetkezési vállalatoktól Harkivban és a megyében. A védelmi zsarolás során a nacionalista politikai párt banditái fenyegetést és testi erőszakot alkalmaztak a sértettekkel és hozzátartozóikkal szemben, több esetben megrongálták vagy felgyújtották a gépkocsijaikat.
A házkutatások során az SZBU nyomozói fegyvereket, lőszereket és dokumentumokat foglaltak le. Az ügyben a titkosszolgálat a büntetőtörvénykönyv 6 cikkelye alapján indított büntetőeljárást.

A jelentések szerint szerda délután Andrij Bileckij, a Nemzeti Hadtest vezére tett rendőrségi bejelentést, miszerint paramilitáris szervezetének tagjai a főváros központjában rábukkantak az OPZZS „harci szárnyának”, a Patrióták az Életért szervezet aktivistáinak bázisára, amelyet azonnal blokkoltak. Bileckij azt is közölte, hogy a baloldali fiatal provokátorokat Viktor Medvedcsuk pártvezető és oligarcha parlamenti képviselő bérelte fel pénzért, és szállíttatta Kijevbe a helyzet destabilizálása érdekében.
A csoportosulás helyszínére kiérkező rendőrök – Andrij Kriscsenko kijevi rendőrfőkapitány bejelentése szerint – a Medvedcsuk-féle aktivisták bázisán lőfegyvereket és kézigránátokat találtak és foglaltak le, amelyeket szakértői vizsgálatra továbbítottak. A rendőrség több mint 100 személyt idézett be kihallgatásra az ügyben – közölte a főrendőr.

Élő adásban támadták meg a Nemzeti Hadtest nevű félkatonai szervezet tagjai hétfőn Odesszában az ellenzéki ZIK tévécsatorna stábját, amely a függetlenség napja alkalmából forgatott a városban – adta hírül az ellenzéki 112.ua hírportál.
A kiadvány szerint a patrióták felvétel közben lökdösni kezdték a forgatócsoport tagjait és az ünnep alkalmából nyilatkozó ellenzéki vendégeiket, Tetyana Placskova parlamenti és Bohdan Hihanov városi képviselőket. A támadók megrongálták a kameraállványt is.
Hihanov, az Odesszai Városi Tanács ellenzéki képviselője az eset kapcsán elmondta: „az, ami most történt, teljes mértékben az odesszai városi hatóságok hallgatólagos beleegyezésével zajlott.” Ez szándékoltan arra irányul, hogy destabilizálják a helyzetet a városban – tette hozzá, megjegyezve, hogy az „ilyen önkény és nacionalista tombolás” csak az odesszai hatóságok teljes együttműködése mellett folyhat.
Placskova az ügyről kifejtette, hogy rá és kollégájára a „Nemzeti Hadtest szélsőségesei” támadtak, miközben a rendőrök a „radikálisok védelmére” keltek. „Nem fogjuk megengedni és Odessza sem fogja megengedni, hogy Truhanov polgármester ilyen cselekményekkel destabilizálja a helyzetet Odesszában” – hangoztatta az Ellenzéki Platform – Az Életért párt parlamenti képviselője.

Заявник повідомив, що у будинку на момент злочину перебувала його 18-річна донька. Оперативно прибувши за викликом, поліцейські встановили, що близько 9:00 ранку, до приватного будинку у селі Циганівці проник невідомий. Озброєний пістолетом чоловік, погрожуючи зброєю, незаконно заволодів наявною в будинку готівкою у сумі близько 50 тисяч гривень та втік з місця злочину. За описом дівчини, зловмисник був у темному спортивному костюмі, масці та рукавичках. Також, з її слів, у нього був спільник, який привіз нападника.Працівники кримінальної поліції Ужгородщини одразу ж склали орієнтування та розпочали пошуки зловмисників. Невдовзі у мікрорайоні Горяни поліцейські помітили чоловіка схожого за описом на нападника. Побачивши правоохоронців, останній почав утікати через поле. Двоє поліцейських переслідували його півтора кілометри та у підсумку затримали. У цей час оперативники Головного управління поліції Закарпаття спільно з колегами з району, встановили місце перебування спільника, який дочікував свого товариша в машині у попередньо визначеному місці.Особи фігурантів встановлено. Йдеться про 29-річного жителя села Розівка Ужгородського району та 40-річного мешканця обласного центру Закарпаття. Обидва неодноразово судимі за вчинення майнових злочинів. Наразі поліцейські затримали чоловіків у порядку статті 208 КПК України та помістили до ізолятора тимчасового тримання.За фактом злочину слідчі відкрили кримінальне провадження за ч. 3 ст. 187 Кримінального кодексу України, тобто розбій, вчинений групою осіб, із погрозою застосування насильства та поєднаний з проникненням у житло. Під час огляду у фігурантів виявлено та вилучено зброю, гроші та залізний ломик.За скоєне затриманим загрожує до 12 років позбавлення волі з конфіскацією майна.
