Redden nem járt jól az akcióval, a korábbi vád mellett egyrendbeli, jelentős sérülést okozó, hivatalos személy elleni erőszak és testi sértés, valamint kétrendbeli, hivatalos személy elleni erőszak miatt emeltek vádat.
