Több tízezren, más források szerint akár 250 ezren is összegyűlhettek csütörtökön Izraelben, hogy kifejezzék támogatásukat a kormánynak, illetve a vitatott igazságügyi reform mellett. A felszólalók arról beszéltek, hogy céljuk a jelenlegi igazságszolgáltatási rendszer megjavítása, illetve a kisebb erőcsoportoktól való függetlenítése.
Az ellenzék válaszul szombatra újabb reformellenes tüntetést hirdetett.
A rendezvény vezető szónoka a jogrendi változtatásokat sürgető Jarív Levin igazságügyi miniszter volt, aki kijelentette, hogy hazugság az az állítás, miszerint a tervezett lépések diktatúrához vezetnének, s a nemzet a jogi reformok mellett szavazott a november 1-jei parlamenti választásokon.
Szintén beszélt a tömeghez a telepeseket támogató, jobboldali Vallásos Cionisták párt vezetője, Becalel Szmotrics, aki a jelenlegi kormányban a pénzügyi tárcát vezeti. „Övék a média és vannak iparmágnásaik, akik finanszírozzák a tiltakozásokat, de velünk van a nemzet”- vélekedett Szmotrics.
A beszámolók szerint a demonstrációra mintegy ezer autóbuszon szállították Jeruzsálembe az ország különböző részeiből a jelentkezőket, és a tüntetés költségeit jelentős részben a Benjamin Netanjahu miniszterelnök vezette Likud párt és a Vallásos Cionisták nevű párt állta.
A demonstrációt azután szervezték, hogy a kormány az óriási tiltakozás hatására elnapolta a reformtervezet bevezetését. Az ellenzék mély szégyenről beszélt a kormánypárti rendezvény kapcsán, és szombatra újabb nagy reformellenes tüntetést hirdetett.
A helyi lapok beszámolói szerint százötven-kétszázezer ember vett részt a kormánypárti tüntetésen, amelyen a jogrend átalakítását követelték.

Ismét utcára vonultak az emberek Franciaországban, hogy Emmanuel Macron erősen vitatott nyugdíjreformja ellen tiltakozzanak.
Franciaországban az elmúlt negyedévben tizenkettedik alkalommal szerveztek a szakszervezetek csütörtökön utcai tömegdemonstrációkat a vitatott nyugdíjreform ellen, egy nappal azelőtt, hogy a törvény alkotmányossági vizsgálatának eredményét közzéteszi az alkotmánytanács.
Bár az elmúlt hetekben fokozatosan csökkent a részvétel a több mint kétszáz városban rendezett utcai meneteken, a hatóságok szerint még csütörtökön is 400 és 600 ezer között voltak a tüntetők, akiket a franciák többsége továbbra is támogat.
Párizsban csütörtökön 42 ezren tiltakoztak a rendőrség, 400 ezren a CGT szakszervezetek szerint. A múlt heti tiltakozó megmozduláson országszerte 570 ezren vettek részt, március 28-án pedig 740 ezren, az azt megelőző demonstrációkon pedig több mint egymillióan voltak a belügyminisztérium összesítése szerint.
“A reformmal szembeni tiltakozás továbbra is erős” – jelentette ki Laurent Berger, a tüntetéseket szervező, mérsékeltnek számító CFDT szakszervezet vezetője.
A korábbi megmozdulások forgatókönyveihez hasonlóan csütörtökön is zavargások kísérték a békés meneteket. A nyugati Nantes-ban radikális anarchisták megdobálták a rendfenntartókat, akik könnygázzal és vízágyukkal oszlatták a rendbontókat.
Párizsban az LVMH luxusvállalatnak a Champs-Elysées sugárúton található székházába behatolt a füstbombákkal és sípokkal felszerelt tüntetők egy része, miközben az alkotmánytanács épületét nagy erőkkel védték a rohamrendőrök, miután délelőtt néhányan megpróbálták az épület bejáratát kukákkal és füstbombákkal eltorlaszolni. A rendőrség négy embert előállított a helyszínen.
A párizsi prefektúra minden tiltakozást betiltott az alkotmánytanács épülete előtt csütörtök délután 4 óra és vasárnap reggel 6 óra között. A testület ugyanis péntek délután teszi közzé a jelentését a vitatott nyugdíjreform alkotmányossági vizsgálatáról, valamint az ellenzéki baloldal által kezdeményezett népszavazási javaslatról. Emmanuel Macron elnök korábban jelezte: miután a reform végigjárta “a demokratikus folyamatát”, szeretné, ha még idén hatályba lépne.
A tüntetésekkel párhuzamosan meghirdetett sztrájkok is kifulladni látszanak: a közlekedésben nem voltak fennakadások, a közszférában dolgozóknak pedig alig 3,8 százaléka tartott munkabeszüntetést az április 6-i 6,5 százalékhoz képest.
Mások is csatlakoztak a demonstrációhoz A stratégiai ágazatok közül az olajfinomítókban dolgozók egy része is sztrájkolt csütörtökön, de ez nem okozott gondokat a termelésben. A CGT szakszervezet pedig újra meghirdette csütörtökön a sztrájkot a párizsi hulladékszállításban. Márciusban három hétig tartottak munkabeszüntetést a kukások egyes fővárosi kerületekben, amelynek következtében 10 ezer tonna szemét halmozódott fel a járdákon, s vált a tiltakozási hullám jelképévé.
“Nem ez az utolsó tiltakozási nap, még sokat fogjuk egymás látni” – jelentette ki Sophie Binet, a radikális CGT szakszervezet új főtitkára csütörtök délelőtt a Párizshoz közeli Ivry-sur-Seine szemétégetőjénél, amelyet ismét elfoglaltak a tiltakozók.
A tömegdemonstrációkon megjelenő ellenzéki – baloldali – politikusok is megerősítették, hogy az alkotmánytanács döntésétől függetlenül a tiltakozás folytatódik.
A nyugdíjkorhatárt két évvel megemelő törvénytervezet ellen január 19-én kezdődött százezres tömegdemonstrációk mindaddig békések voltak, amíg a kormány életbe nem léptette a francia alkotmány 49.3-as cikkelyét a nemzetgyűlési szavazás megkerülésére. Azt követően hirdetettek határozatlan idejű sztrájkokat a szakszervezetek, a tüntetéseket pedig országszerte utcai zavargások kísérték.
Szavazás nélkül döntöttek a nyugdíjreformról A kormány március 16-án vette igénybe azt az alkotmányos megoldást, amely lehetővé teszi a nyugdíjkorhatár 64 évre emelésének rendeleti úton történő bevezetését. Bár a pártok két hónapig vitáztak a törvénytervezetről a parlamentben, a kormány végül nem bocsátotta szavazásra. A kormány ellen emiatt benyújtott két ellenzéki bizalmatlansági indítvány elbukott, így a törvény a parlament által alkotmányosan elfogadottnak tekintendő.
A törvény jelenleg folyó alkotmányossági vizsgálata az utolsó lépés a törvény kihirdetése előtt. Elemzők szerint nagyon kicsi a valószínűsége annak, hogy az alkotmánytanács megsemmisíti a teljes reformot. Azt viszont elképzelhető, hogy egyes részeit eltávolítja, s ezzel a törvény visszavonását követelő szakszervezetek tiltakozásának új lendültet adhat.
A titkosszolgálatok jelezték: pénteken az alkotmánytanács döntését követően, függetlenül annak tartalmától, 131 helyen számítanak azonnali megmozdulásokra mintegy 41 ezer részvevővel.

Franciaországban a szakszervezetek felhívására tegnap 11. alkalommal tiltakoztak a nyugdíjreform ellen több százezres utcai felvonulásokkal a nagyvárosokban, valamint sztrájkokkal a közszféra stratégiai ágazataiban.

A kormány továbbra sem hajlandó lemondani a nyugdíjkorhatár 64 évre emeléséről, miközben a tömegdemonstrációkkal együtt több helyen zavargások is vannak.
Az előző tiltakozónapokhoz képest a tömegközlekedésben dolgozók csütörtökön kisebb számban tartottak munkabeszüntetést, így ebben a szektorban nem voltak fennakadások. A tanárok alig nyolc százaléka nem tartotta meg az óráit az oktatási tárca szerint, ami szintén a sztrájkolók számának csökkenésére utal.
Az egészségügyi dolgozók körében viszont a múlt hetinél valamivel nagyobb volt a részvétel a munkabeszüntetésben: a 2 millió dolgozó 3,9 százaléka sztrájkolt a március 28-i 3,4 százalékhoz képest a kormány adatai szerint.
A 2,5 millió francia köztisztviselő között a sztrájkolók aránya nem változott a múlt heti adathoz képest, továbbra is 6,5 százalék.
Az utcai tiltakozásokon a hatóságok kevesebb emberre számítottak, így a rendfenntartók száma is valamivel kevesebb volt, mint a múlt héten, de még mindig jelentős: a belügyminisztérium 11 500 rendőrt és csendőrt mozgósított országszerte, ebből 4200-at a fővárosban, „a menetek biztosítása érdekében, hogy mindenki szabadon tüntethessen, és biztosíthassuk az emberek és a javak biztonságát” – írta Gérald Darmanin belügyminiszter a Twitteren az elmúlt hetek tüntetéseit követő zavargásokra utalva.
A radikálisabb CGT szakszervezet közölte: Párizsban 400 ezren voltak az utcákon a múlt heti 450 ezerhez képest. Március 28-án a belügyminisztérium 93 ezerre becsülte a tüntetők számát, a csütörtöki adatokat egyelőre nem tette közzé a rendőrség.
A vidéki nagyvárosokban is kisebb volt a részvétel az utcai tüntetéseken. A baloldali demonstrációk fellegvárának számító Rennes-ben a rendőrség szerint 8500-an, a szervezők szerint 20 ezren tiltakoztak. Nantes-ban 15 ezren vonultak utcára a rendőrség, 50 ezren a szakszervezetek szerint. Brestben 10 és 18 ezer közé tehető a tüntetők száma, Nizzában 2400 és 20 ezer a különböző források szerint, Marseille-ben 10 ezren voltak a rendőrség, 170 ezren a CGT szerint.
Párizsban a délutáni tiltakozó menet az Invalidusok teréről indult, és amikor a Montparnasse-hoz ért, zavargások törtek ki a híres Rotonde étteremnél, ahol 2017-ben Emmanuel Macron ünnepelte, hogy bejutott az elnökválasztás második fordulójába. Az addig békés tüntetők közül fekete ruhás anarchisták váltak ki és álltak az élre, akik kukákat gyújtottak fel és füstbombákat dobtak az épületet védő rohamrendőrök felé, akik könnygázzal szétoszlatták őket. Két rendőrnő megsérült a BFM hírtelevízió értesülése szerint, az egyiket fejen találta egy utcakő, a másik a szemén sérült meg. Miután a rend helyreállt, a több tízezres menet folytatta békés felvonulását a Place d’Italie irányába.
A Rotonde-ot 2020-ban a kormány adópolitikája ellen tiltakozó sárgamellényes mozgalom tagjai is megpróbáltak felgyújtani az egyik tiltakozó felvonulásuk alkalmával.
A kormányzat a tiltakozások kifáradására számít, miután nagypénteken megkezdődik a kéthetes tavaszi szünet az oktatásban.
A tüntetéseken hétről hétre egyre nagyobb számban megjelenő fiatalok több egyetemet és gimnáziumot is elfoglaltak csütörtökön Párizsban, Lyonban, Rennes-ben, Lille-ben, köztük a nagy presztízsű fővárosi Sorbonne egyetemet is.
A szakszervezetek meg akarják mutatni, hogy még mindig erős a nyugdíjkorhatár-emelés ellen létrejött mozgalmuk. Laurent Berger, a demonstrációk szervezésében kiemelkedő szakszervezet, a CFDT vezetője szerint „hatalmas az elégedetlenség, a reformot nem veszik be az emberek”.
A nyugdíjkorhatárt két évvel megemelő törvénytervezet ellen január 19-én kezdődött százezres tömegdemonstrációk mindaddig békések voltak, amíg a kormány életbe nem léptette a francia alkotmány 49.3-as cikkelyét a nemzetgyűlési szavazás megkerülésére. Azóta a tüntetéseket országszerte utcai zavargások kísérik.
Az alkotmánytanács április 14-én teszi közzé jelentését a törvény alkotmányossági vizsgálatáról, valamint az ellenzéki baloldal által kezdeményezett népszavazási javaslatról.
Macron elnök jelezte: miután a reform végigjárta „a demokratikus folyamatát”, szeretné, ha még idén hatályba lépne.

A megmozdulás fő célja Zbynek Stanjura pénzügyminiszter ötlete elleni tiltakozás volt.
A tervezett reform egyik intézkedése a nyugdíjazás korhatárának drasztikus megemelése: a negyvenévesek és az annál fiatalabbak 65 helyett 68 éves korukban vonulhatnának nyugdíjba – tájékoztatott a Bloomberg.
A költségvetési kiadások csökkentése érdekében a kormánykoalíció március elején már elfogadott egy törvényt, amelynek értelmében a nyugdíj összegének emelését már nem az inflációhoz mérten számítják. Petr Pavel elnök annak ellenére aláírta a törvényt, hogy jelezte, kétségei vannak az alkotmányossága kapcsán, és támogatta az ellenzékiek törekvését, hogy az alkotmánybíróság vizsgálja felül a jogszabályt. Az intézkedés értelmében sokkal kisebb mértékben emelik a nyugellátást júniustól.
Nyugdíjreform ellen máshol is tiltakoznak Európában. Franciaországban hetek óta tartanak az utcai demonstrációk és az összecsapások a rendfenntartókkal a nyugdíjkorhatár 64 évre emelése ellen. A dolgozók több napon is megbénították a közlekedést és a közműveket, sőt, az ország energiaellátása is veszélybe került, mindhiába. Emmanuel Macron elnök szerint a reformot az év végéig hatályba léptetik.

Azt kiabálják, hogy nagyon aggasztó, hogy a francia kormány a rendőrséget a saját népe ellen használja. Az elkövetkező napokra további megmozdulásokat ígértek a tiltakozók. A feszültség érezhetően magas. A tisztviselők többször nyilatkozták, hogy csalódtak az események miatt. A kormány arra számított, hogy a reform elfogadása után a tiltakozások elcsitulnak. De nem ez történt. Több mint 3 millió ember vonult ki Franciaország utcáira. A szakszervezetek addig folytatják a tiltakozást, amíg a kormány el nem törli a reformot, és keddre újabb nagyszabású akciónapot hirdettek. Arra is számítani lehet, hogy a következő napokban még több megmozdulás lesz, így tovább növekedhet a feszültség és a letartóztatások száma.

Tömegtüntetés kezdődött Párizsban és több franciaországi nagyvárosban csütörtökön, azt követően, hogy a Emmanuel Macron kormánya a francia alkotmány 49.3-as cikke alapján egyoldalúan kihirdette a vitatott nyugdíjreform elfogadását. A főként fiatalokból álló tömeg a párizsi Concorde téren kordonokat bontott, több helyen tüzeket gyújtott, útakadályt épített. A rendőrség később a teret kiürítette, a tüntetést feloszlatta. Más nagyvárosokban is összecsaptak a tüntetők a rendőrökkel.
Fiatalok tömegei vonultak az utcára és spontán tömegtüntetés kezdődött a francia fővárosban és országszerte, több nagyvárosban is azután, hogy Emmanuel Macron köztársasági elnök kormánya, élve az alkotmány 49.3-as cikke által biztosított lehetőséggel, parlamenti szavazás nélkül, egyoldalúan kihirdette és életbe léptette a vitatott nyugdíjreformot.
A tét: 24 óra
A 49.3-as cikk ugyanis lehetőséget ad arra, hogy egy törvénytervezetet a parlament támogatása nélkül is elfogadottnak tekintsenek, ha ehhez a miniszterek többsége is hozzájárul, és ha ezt követően, 24 órán belül egy bizalmatlansági indítvány nem mozdítja el a kormányt.
A kormány csütörtök délelőtt rendkívüli ülést tartott, és ott döntött a nemzetgyűlési szavazás megkerüléséről. Élisabeth Borne kormányfő rövid beszéde után Yael Braun-Pivet, a Nemzetgyűlés elnöke elmondta: a törvénytervezet elfogadottnak tekintendő, majd péntek délutánig felfüggesztette az alsóház ülését.
Néhány perccel később a Nemzetgyűlés folyosóján az ellenzéki radikális baloldali összefogás, a NUPES képviselői jelezték, hogy bizalmatlansági indítványt nyújtanak be a kormány ellen.
A nyugdíjkorhatárt tehát most két évvel magasabbra, 62-ről 64 évre emelték a Macron második ciklusának zászlóshajó-törvényének számító nyugdíjreform keretében.
A népszerűtlen terv január óta országszerte jelentős sztrájkokat és tiltakozásokat váltott ki. A kormányfő beszédét követően több ezren kezdtek gyülekezni a szakszervezetek és diákszervezetek felhívására a Nemzetgyűlés előtt.
Fiatalok egy csoportja kordonokat foglalt le és raklapokat hordott össze a Concorde tér környékén, feltehetően azért, hogy blokád felállítását kezdjék meg – jelentette a Le Figaro több újságírója is a helyszínről. A demonstrálók több helyen tüzeket gyújtottak.
Az AFP-nek nyilatkozó rendőrségi forrás kora este „néhány ezer” főre becsülte az összegyűltek számát. A tüntetők és a kivonuló rohamrendőrök között több helyen összecsapások törtek ki. A Le Figaro tudósítója, Sylvain Allemand szerint a demonstrálók tüzet gyújtottak a rendőrök sorfala előtt, akik erre könnygázzal és vízágyúkkal válaszoltak.
„Mort aux porcs!”, avagy „Halál a disznókra!” – skandálták erre a tüntetők.
„Le az állammal és a zsarukkal”
A nagy erőkkel kivonuló rendőrség este 8 óra körül feloszlatta a tüntetést és – ismét könnygázt bevetve – kiürítette a Concorde teret.
A térről kiszorított demostrálók újabb tüzeket raktak, és utcai szemeteskeből emeltek barikádokat.
Párizs mellett több nagyvárosban is zavargások voltak csütörtök este.
Incidensek törtek ki Marseille-ben a Canebière-en, ahol álarcos fiatalok betörték egy bankfiók ablakát és szétzúztak egy reklámtáblát, míg mások szemeteskukákat gyújtottak fel, „le az állammal, a zsarukkal és a munkaadókkal” jelszavakat kiabálva – közli az AFP újságírója.
Amiensben, ahol 1000-1500 tüntető vonult fel, a prefektúra szerint a rohamrendőrök Lille-hez hasonlóan könnygázt vetettek be. Dijonban, ahol 700 ember gyűlt össze, néhányan a rendőrséget támadták meg és károkat követtek el “, és a köztársasági elnök képét viselő bábut is égettek.
Nem akarnak „rombolást” a Köztársaságiak
Mindeközben a NUPES legerősebb pártja, az LFI (Elégedetlen Franciaország) parlamenti frakciójának elnöke, Mathilde Panot a BFMTV francia hírtelevíziónak azt mondta: „A 49.3 alkalmazása a kormány részéről a gyengeség szörnyű beismerése.”
Az az LFI bizalmatlansági indítványához a legerősebb konzervatív ellenzéki párt, a Tömörülés a Köztársaságért (RN) is csatlakozik. A konzervatív LR, a Köztársaságiak viszont nem támogatják a bizalmatlansági indítványt.

A CGT 300 ezer tüntetőre számított Párizsban ezen a szombaton – közölte a szakszervezet az AFP-vel. A rendőrség még nem közölte hogy hányan vettek végül részt a tüntetéseken.

Szombaton több százezren tüntettek Franciaország-szerte a kormány tervezett nyugdíjreformja ellen – írja a Reuters.
A szombati tüntetéseket megelőzően valamennyi nagy szakszervezet közös nyilatkozatban szólította fel a kormányt a törvényjavaslat visszavonására. Arra figyelmeztettek, hogy március 7-től egész Franciaországot leállítják, ha követeléseiket nem teljesítik. Február 16-ra és március 7-re már tervezik az újabb sztrájkot.
„Ha nem hallják meg, mi történik az utcán, és nem képesek felfogni, mi történik az emberekkel, nos, akkor ne csodálkozzanak, hogy egyszer csak fellobbannak a tiltakozások” – mondta Delphine Maisonneuve, egy 43 éves ápolónő a Reutersnek a párizsi tüntetés kezdetekor.
A szakszervezetek jelentős részvételre számítottak a hétvégi tüntetéseken minden korosztályból és társadalmi rétegből. A Le Figaro szerint több városban is megnőtt a tüntetők száma a korábbi tiltakozásokhoz képest. A békés párizsi demonstrációkat ugyanakkor kisebb összecsapások is beárnyékolták. Egy autót és néhány szemetest felgyújtottak, a rendőrök pedig könnygázzal oszlattak.
Emellett a párizsi Orly repülőtéren meglepetésszerű sztrájkot tartottak, ami a francia légi közlekedési hatóság közleménye szerint késéseket okozott a légi közlekedésben, minden második járatot törölni is kellett.
A Reuters szerint OECD-országok közül a franciák töltik a legtöbb évet nyugdíjban – egy olyan juttatás, amelyről a közvélemény-kutatások szerint az emberek jelentős többsége nem szívesen mond le.
