Megtámadtak egy nőt Ungvár egyik oktatási intézményének területén – számolt be róla a megyei rendőrség.
A helyszínre azonnal kivonultak a hatóságok. A rendőrök őrizetbe vettek egy 36 éves ungvári férfit, aki az iskola területén testi sértést okozott egy 61 éves nőnek, aki látogatóként tartózkodott az intézményben.
A rendőrség közlése szerint a férfi agresszíven és zavartan viselkedett, nem volt hajlandó abbahagyni jogsértő cselekedeteit, és megpróbált elmenekülni a helyszínről.
A helyszínre kihívták az Ungvári Járási Rendőrkapitányság nyomozócsoportját, a járőrrendőrséget, valamint a mentőszolgálatot, hogy ellássák a sérült nőt.
Jelenleg is zajlik a nyomozás, a hatóságok vizsgálják az eset körülményeit.

Elmaradt a tanítás szerdán az összes montenegrói általános és középiskolában, valamint bezárták az óvodákat is azt követően, hogy 41 iskola kapott elektronikus levelet arról, hogy robbanószerkezetet helyeztek el az épületében – közölte a montenegrói közszolgálati televízió.
Az oktatásügyi minisztérium, valamint a belügyi tárca közösen döntött az iskolák és óvodák bezárásáról, az ügy vizsgálata még folyik, egyelőre egyik érintett iskolában sem találtak semmilyen robbanószerkezetet.
Az iskoláknak küldött elektronikus levelekben az állt, hogy az iskola területén számos bombát helyeztek el.

A rendőrség a feladó IP-címe alapján igyekszik felderíteni, ki küldhette az e-maileket.
Milo Djukanovic államfő és Dritan Abazovic megbízott miniszterelnök szerint a fenyegetések az ország destabilizálására irányulnak.
A feladók azt szeretnék elérni, hogy bizonytalanság uralkodjon az országban a kormány megalakítása és a nyári turisztikai szezon megkezdése előtt.
Dritan Abazovic szerint nincs ok pánikra, az állampolgárok biztonságban érezhetik magukat.

Donbász területén több mint 750 iskola sérült meg a konfliktus kezdete óta, több ezer gyermek oktatása korlátozódott az „elválasztó vonal” mindkét oldalán, áll az Egyesült Nemzetek Szövetsége Gyermekalapja (UNICEF) ukrajnai irodájának közleményében, számolt be a „DSZ”.
„Az óvodák és iskolák elleni támadások szomorú valósággá váltak a kelet-ukrajnai gyerekek számára az elmúlt nyolc évben. A konfliktus kezdete óta több mint 750 iskola sérült meg, ami több ezer gyermek oktatását korlátozta az „elválasztó vonal” mindkét oldalán” – áll a közleményben.
Az UNICEF-nél megjegyezték, a konfliktusnak pusztító hatása van egy egész nemzedék pszichológiai állapotára Donbász régióban.
„Mi több, Kelet-Ukrajnában a gyerekek a világ egyik aknákkal legszennyezettebb régiójában élnek. Minden nap olyan területeken élnek, játszanak, iskolába járnak, ahol aknák, fel nem robbant töltetek és más, a háborúból származó halálos robbanóanyag-maradványok tömkelege található” – közölte a szervezet.
Az UNICEF felszólította a feleket, tartsák be az iskolák biztonságáról szóló nyilatkozatot, és védjék meg a gyerekeket és gondviselőiket a támadásoktól.
„Az oktatási intézményeknek biztonságos térnek kell maradniuk, ahol meg kell védeni a gyerekeket a fenyegetésektől és a válságoktól, és biztonságos menedéknek kell biztosítani nekik, ahol tanulhatnak, játszhatnak és kibontakoztathatják képességeiket. A gyermekek oktatáshoz való joga nem biztosítható konfliktushelyzetben, ha maga az oktatás marad védelem nélkül” –hangsúlyozta ki az UNICEF.

Kabulban, az afgán fővárosban legalább tizennyolcan meghaltak egy oktatási központ elleni szombati öngyilkos merényletben, és további 57 sebesültet kórházba vittek – mondta el Tarík Arjan belügyi szóvivő. Az Iszlám Állam jelentkezett a támadás elkövetőjeként a Telegram üzenetküldő szolgáltatáson keresztül.
Afgán hivatalos források szerint majdnem az összes áldozat diák volt.
A hatóságok attól tartanak, hogy a halottak száma tovább emelkedhet. Arjan szerint az öngyilkos merénylő be akart jutni egy oktatási központba az afgán főváros többségében síiták lakta, nyugati részén, de a biztonsági őrök feltartóztatták. Ekkor robbantotta fel magát. A tálibok egyik szóvivője korábban rövid közleményben tagadta, hogy közük lenne a történtekhez. A tálibok és a kabuli kormány között jelenleg tárgyalások zajlanak az afganisztáni konfliktus lezárásáról. Az Iszlám Állam nevű terrorszervezet korábban több merényletet is elkövetett Kabulban.
A dzsihadisták 2018 augusztusában öngyilkos merényletet hajtottak végre egy oktatási központ ellen, amelyben több tucat diák halt meg.
Az Iszlám Állam hívei számos támadást hajtottak végre az Afganisztánban élő síiták ellen, akikre eretnekként tekintenek. Ugyancsak a környéken található az a szülészeti klinika, amelyet májusban vettek célba a szélsőségesek.
Az elmúlt hetekben fokozódott az erőszak Afganisztánban annak ellenére, hogy szeptember elején megkezdődtek a béketárgyalások az afgán kormány és a tálibok között. A tálibok támadásaiban csak a múlt héten 51 civil meghalt és 137 megsebesült – számolt be a kabuli belügyminisztérium szombaton.
