Négy örmény katona veszítette életét, és egy megsebesült az örmény és azeri katonák között kedden kitört tűzharcban Örményország déli, Azerbajdzsánnal határos Szjunik régiójában – pontosította az örmény veszteségmérleget a jereváni védelmi minisztérium.
A tárca korábban két halottról és több sebesültről adott hírt. A tájékoztatás szerint az azeri katonák a Nerkin Hand településnél állomásozó örmény katonákra nyitottak tüzet. Az azerbajdzsáni védelmi minisztérium ezzel szemben azt állította, hogy az örmény erők nyitottak tüzet azeri állásokra a határ északnyugati részén, mintegy 400 kilométerre Nerkin Handtól.
Az azeri határőrség közleményében Örményországot okolta az incidensért, aláhúzva, hogy ők csupán „válaszoltak a provokációra”, melyet az örmény katonák hétfő este követtek el.
„A jövőbeni provokációk komolyabb következményeket vonnak maguk után” – figyelmeztettek a közleményben.
Jereván tagadta a bakui állításokat. Ez volt az első, halálos áldozatokkal járó incidens a két dél-kaukázusi ország között, amióta tárgyalni kezdtek a több mint 30 éves konfliktust lezáró békemegállapodásról.
Az összetűzésre nem sokkal Ilham Aliyev azeri államfő újraválasztása után került sor. Aliyev a voksok 92,12 százalékát kapta, miután Azerbajdzsán tavaly szeptemberben egynapos villámháborúval elfoglalta az akkor még többségében örmények lakta, hivatalosan Azerbajdzsánhoz tartozó, szakadár Hegyi-Karabah térségét. A villámháború után a hegyi-karabahi örmény lakosság nagy része Örményországba menekült.
A két ország korábban több háborút vívott egymással a terület feletti ellenőrzés megszerzéséért.

Rálőttek az Örményországban feladatot teljesítő európai uniós polgári misszió (EUMA) egyik járőrére kedden – közölte az EU-misszió. Az incidens során senki nem sebesült meg. Azerbajdzsán nem vállalt felelősséget az incidenssel kapcsolatban.
„Az EUMA egyetlen tagja sem sebesült meg” – írta a misszió a közösségi oldalán, megerősítve, hogy a polgári személyzet szemtanúja volt a lövöldözésnek a megfigyelési területen.
A nyilatkozat azt követően jelent meg, hogy Örményország megvádolta az azeri hadsereget azzal, hogy tüzet nyitott a határnál tartózkodó megfigyelőkre. A jereváni védelmi minisztérium információi szerint a lövöldözés idején az uniós megfigyelők egy kis faluban járőröztek, körülbelül hat kilométerre a határtól.
Örmény részről is közölték hivatalosan, hogy nem voltak áldozatok. Azerbajdzsán valótlannak nevezte a lövöldözésről megjelent információkat, állításuk szerint előre figyelmeztették a járőröket.
Az Európai Unió 2023-ban telepített polgári missziót Örményországba (EUMA), ennek célja az örmény határ menti területek stabilitásához való hozzájárulás, a bizalom kiépítése és az ott élők biztonságának szavatolása, valamint megfelelő környezet biztosítása az Örményország és Azerbajdzsán közötti kapcsolatok javítására tett erőfeszítéseknek.
Az elmúlt napokban kiéleződött a viszony a két ország között, a felek a Hegyi-Karabahra vonatkozó megállapodások megszegésével és a tűzszünet megsértésével vádolják egymást.

Jereván közlése szerint legkevesebb két örmény katona megsebesült, miután Baku drónokat vetett be Szotk környékén.
Az Al Jazeera jelentése szerint Jereván újabb határ menti összecsapásokról számolt be az örmény és az azeri erők között, mindössze egy nappal azután, hogy halálos kimenetelű harcok sodorták veszélybe a kaukázusi, az Európai Unió vezette hétvégi béketárgyalásokat.
Baku és Jereván már évtizedek óta területi vitát folytat egymással Azerbajdzsán örmények lakta Hegyi-Karabah régiója miatt, mely terület feletti ellenőrzésért már két háborút is megvívtak. A jereváni védelmi minisztérium közleménye szerint péntek reggel az azerbajdzsáni fegyveres erők Szotk (az államhatár keleti része) irányában UAV-k segítségével megsértették a tűzszünetet.
A közleményben azt is megjegyezték, hogy az örmény fegyveres erők két katonája megsérült, egyikük állapota pedig kritikus. A csütörtöki határ menti összecsapásokban egy azerbajdzsáni katona meghalt, négy örmény katona pedig megsebesült.
Nikol Pashinyan örmény miniszterelnök és Ilham Aliyev azerbajdzsáni elnök a tervek szerint vasárnap Brüsszelben találkozik Charles Michel, az Európai Tanács elnöke által vezetett megbeszélések keretében, a rivális vezetők pedig abban is megállapodásra jutottak, hogy június 1-jén, egy moldovai európai csúcstalálkozó alkalmával közösen találkoznak Franciaország és Németország vezetőivel.
Csakhogy Pashinyan csütörtökön azzal vádolta Azerbajdzsánt, hogy “alá akarja ásni a brüsszeli tárgyalásokat”, figyelmeztetve, hogy a találkozón “nagyon kevés” esély van arra, hogy aláírják a békeszerződést Azerbajdzsánnal. Pashinyan hozzátette, a megállapodástervezet “még mindig nagyon előzetes szakaszban van, és túl korai lenne egy esetleges aláírásról beszélni”.

Lövöldözés tört ki azeri katonák és hegyi-karabahi örmények között vasárnap, azerbajdzsáni és örmény jelentések szerint legkevesebb öten meghaltak.
A többségében örmények lakta azerbajdzsáni beékelődés ellenőrzésért két háborút is vívtak a Szovjetunió felbomlása óta. Az azeri védelmi minisztérium szerint két katona halt meg a tűzpárbajban, ami azután tört ki, hogy azeri katonák megállítottak egy konvojt, amely a gyanú szerint fegyvereket szállított a hegyi-karabahi fővárosból távoli területekre egy olyan úton, amelyen tilos a közlekedés.
Az örmény külügyminisztérium közlése szerint a hegyi-karabahi belügyminisztérium három tisztségviselője halt meg. A tárca közleménye szerint a konvoj okmányokat és egy szolgálati fegyvert szállított.
A minisztérium képtelenségnek nevezte azt az azeri állítást, hogy a gépkocsioszlop fegyvereket szállított volna.
Az örmény erők az 1990-es évek elején kitört háborúban foglalták el Hegyi-Karabahot, 2020 őszén egy hathetes konfliktus során Azerbajdzsán jelentős területeket foglalt vissza.
A konfliktus orosz közvetítésre tűzszünettel végződött és orosz békefenntartókat vezényeltek a térségbe. llham Aliyev azeri elnök és Nikol Pasinján örmény miniszterelnök több alkalommal is találkozott a konfliktus megoldása érdekében, de a szórványos erőszak megakadályozta a békére irányuló erőfeszítéseket.
Az elmúlt három hónapban azeri környezetvédelmi aktivisták zárták el az Örményországból Hegyi-Karabahba vezető egyetlen útvonalat, a lacini folyosót. Örményország szerint a tiltakozók az örmény hatóságok megbízásából eljáró politikai aktivisták.

Eduard Agadzsanján, az örmény parlament külkapcsolatokért felelős bizottságának vezetője közlése szerint 15 örmény katona esett el az azeri erőkkel vívott harcokban a kelet-örményországi határ déli térségében „meg nem erősített információk szerint”.
Jereván beszámolt arról is, hogy 12 örmény katonát foglyul ejtették. A történtek nyomán Nikol Pasinján örmény miniszterelnök arról beszélt, hogy elítéli az azeri agressziót.
„A nemzetközi közösségben partnereink hallgatása közepette Azerbajdzsán és támogatói folytatják agresszív akcióikat. Értékelésem egyértelmű: Azerbajdzsán és támogatói szuverenitásunkat, államiságunkat, függetlenségünket veszik célba” – mondta az örmény miniszterelnök.
A dél-örményországi Szjunik tartomány térségében lévő közös határnál szombaton azeri katonák kíséreltek meg támadást az örmények álláspontja szerint. Az azeriek viszont úgy gondolják, hogy a kialakult feszült helyzetért minden felelősség az örmény katonai és politikai vezetést terheli.
Az azeri védelmi minisztérium szóvivője, Anar Aivazov azt mondta, az örmény fegyveres erők harctevékenységének megakadályozása érdekében végeztek hadműveleti intézkedéseket. A szemközti oldal mozgását korlátozták, miáltal az örmények erői és eszközei megsérültek. Katonáik határozott fellépésének köszönhetően örmény páncéltörő eszközök és aknavetők semmisültek meg.
A két ország közötti határon május közepe óta feszült a helyzet. Az örmény hadsereg azt állította, hogy az azeri fegyveres erők a határ kiigazítása érdekében műveleteket kezdtek Szjunik térségében. Azóta mindkét fél rendszeresen jelent incidenseket.

A tájékoztatás szerint délelőtt 11 óra körül lépett működésbe a harckocsi elleni akna Susuzluk településen.
Kelbadzsar körülbelül harminc éven keresztül örmény ellenőrzés alatt állt, amíg 2020. november 25-én Azerbajdzsán fennhatósága alá nem került a hegyi-karabahi fegyveres konfliktust lezáró megállapodás értelmében, több más vitatott területtel együtt.

Az azeri hadsereg aknamentési munkálatokat végez ezeken a területeken, Baku szerint azonban az örmény oldal ezt jelentősen akadályozza azzal, hogy nem adja át az aknatérképeket. Az elmúlt hetekben többször is összetűzések voltak Kelbadzsarban a határ mentén.
Tavaly szeptember 27-e és november 9-e között Azerbajdzsán jelentős területeket szerzett meg Hegyi-Karabahban egy háborús konfliktusban. Az Azerbajdzsántól 1991-ben egyoldalúan elszakadt, örmény többségű Hegyi-Karabah enklávé és a környező, örmények uralta azerbajdzsáni települések visszafoglalására indított offenzívában több mint hatezren vesztették életüket. A harcok egy háromoldalú, örmény–azeri–orosz tűzszüneti megállapodás aláírásával értek véget november 9-én. Moszkva kétezer békefenntartót vezényelt a térségbe a tűzszünet fenntartására.

Az azeri erők csütörtökön elfogtak hat örmény katonát, akik átlépték az örmény–azeri határt, mélyen behatoltak az ország területére, és diverzáns akciókra készültek Azerbajdzsánban – közölte csütörtökön az azeri belügyminisztérium. Jereván szerint nem diverzánsok, hanem katonai mérnökök voltak.
A bakui tárca tájékoztatása szerint a két diverzáns-felderítő örmény osztag terrorcselekményt akart végrehajtani, aláaknázva egy utat, amely az azeri erők állásaihoz vezetett. Az azeri katonák hat diverzánst elfogtak, a többiek kereket oldottak.
Az örmény védelmi minisztérium sajtószolgálatának tájékoztatása szerint azonban a katonáik mérnöki munkálatokat végeztek az örményországi Geharkunik tartomány határövezetében csütörtökön kora reggel. Az azerbajdzsáni fegyveres erők bekerítették és elfogták őket. A tárca közleményében azt írta, megteszik a szükséges intézkedéseket annak érdekében, hogy a fogságba esett katonák hazatérhessenek.
Az esetről elsőként beszámoló Azerbajdzsán szerint az említett térségben, a határ közelében néhány örmény haditechnikai eszköz, köztük harckocsik összpontosítása is megfigyelhető volt.
Az örmény-azerbajdzsáni határon Geharkunik és Szjunik régiók közelében május 12. óta feszült a helyzet. Akkoriban az örmény védelmi minisztérium arról számolt be, hogy kora reggel az azerbajdzsáni fegyveres erők megpróbáltak „bizonyos munkálatokat” végezni Szjunik régió egyik határ menti térségében, hogy „kiigazítsák a határt”. A minisztérium szerint az örmény egységek intézkedései után az azerbajdzsáni hadsereg leállította ezeket a munkálatokat, és tárgyalásokat kezdtek a helyzet rendezéséről. Még aznap este Nikol Pasinján ügyvezető örmény kormányfő összehívta az örmény biztonsági tanácsot, és a történteket Örményország területére való behatolásnak nevezte. Jereván bejelentette, hogy a határon kialakult feszült helyzet miatt a Kollektív Biztonsági Szerződés Szervezetéhez (ODKB) fordul.
Tavaly szeptember 27-e és november 9-e között Azerbajdzsán jelentős területeket szerzett meg Hegyi-Karabahban egy háborús konfliktusban. Az Azerbajdzsántól 1991-ben egyoldalúan elszakadt, örmény többségű Hegyi-Karabah enklávé és a környező, örmények uralta azerbajdzsáni települések visszafoglalására indított offenzívában több mint hatezren vesztették életüket. A harcok egy háromoldalú, örmény-azeri-orosz tűzszüneti megállapodás aláírásával értek véget november 9-én. Moszkva kétezer békefenntartót vezényelt a térségbe a tűzszünet fenntartására.

Стрілянина за місце для зарядки електромобілів за участю помічника народного депутата Куницького.Вчора, близько 20:30, на вулиці Новоолександрівська сталася стрілянина. Помічник народного депутата від «Слуги народу» Олександра Куницького - Дмитро Ніконов вистрілив у чоловіка з травматичного пістолета і поранив його в ногу. Зазначимо, що Ніконов також є директором ТОВ «Автоентерпрайз», яке займається експлуатацією зарядних станцій для автомобілів.За словами Ніконова, незнайомий йому водій припаркувався біля зарядної станції. Ніконов попрохав чоловіка переставити автомобіль на інше місце, але той повівся агресивно і вдарив Ніконова в обличчя. Захищаючись, директор «Автоентерпрайз» вихопив травматичний пістолет і вистрілив у землю, випадково поранивши опонента у палець ноги.За словами пораненого чоловіка, коли він припаркував свій автомобіль, до нього підійшов Ніконов і попрохав переставити машину на інше місце. Він відмовився. Тоді помічник нардепа став грубити, бити по його машині, а коли водій вийшов, вдарив його декілька разів і вихопив пістолет. Egy örmény katona életét vesztette abban a lövöldözésben, amely kedden tört ki örmény és azeri katonák között a két ország határa mentén – közölte az örmény védelmi minisztérium.
„Az örmény hadsereg szerződéses tizedese, V. Hursudján halálos sebet kapott, miután az ellenség tüzet nyitott a Geharkunik tartománybeli Verin Sorzsa határ menti régióban” – áll a közleményben.
A tárca korábbi közleménye szerint helyi idő szerint Verin Sorzsa közelében délután fél három előtt fegyveres incidens történt, amelynek során „az ellenség örmény állásokat lőtt”.
Az örmény védelmi minisztérium a múlt héten arról számolt be, hogy az azerbajdzsáni fegyveres erők megpróbáltak határkiigazítást végrehajtani Szjunik tartomány egyik határ menti térségében. Nikol Pasinján ügyvivő örmény miniszterelnök szerint az azeri fegyveres erők három és fél kilométeres mélységben átlépték az örmény államhatárt. A védelmi tárca szerint az örmény alegységek válaszlépésére az azeri hadsereg leállította ezeket a határkiigazítási munkálatokat. Baku visszautasította a vádakat, és azt állította, hogy erői csupán az ország saját határait erősítették meg.
Pasinján később közölte: Örményország a Kollektív Biztonsági Szerződés Szervezetéhez (ODKB) fordul az azeri katonák örmény területre történt behatolása miatt.
A felek azóta több alkalommal is tárgyaltak az ügy rendezése érdekében.
