Az ukrán katonai hírszerzés (GUR) egy olyan videót tett közzé, mely szerint sikeresen süllyesztettek el tengeri drónok segítségével egy Ivanovec osztályú, rakétákat is hordozó korvettet.
A GUR szerint egyetlen ilyen hadihajó mintegy 60-70 millió dollárba kerülhet és azt a Donuszlav tónál süllyesztették el a Krím-félszigeten. A tó egyébként mióta azt 1961-ben csatornával kötötték össze a Fekete-tengerrel, ma már inkább egy öböl – írja az AP hírügynökség.
A közzétett felvétel szerint a hajó el is süllyedt. Noha az akció tényét nehéz megerősíteni, az Ambrey nevű magánbiztonsági cég és egy névtelenséget kérő nyugati tisztviselő is az ukrán beszámoló mellett állt ki.
Az ukrán tengeri és légi drónok valamint cirkálórakéták csapásai miatt Oroszország egyre hátrébb kénytelen vonni Fekete-tengeri flottáját.
