Beismerte tettét az a két francia állampolgár, akik ellen eljárás indult az Oroszország marseille-i főkonzulátusánál történt robbanások ügyében. A gyanúsítottak az Oroszország és Ukrajna közötti konfliktussal magyarázták cselekedetüket – közölte a délkelet-franciaországi város ügyészsége.
Nicolas Bessone ügyész azt közölte, hogy a két gyanúsított a francia Nemzeti Tudományos Kutatási Központnál (CNRS) dolgozik, az egyik vegyészként, a másik pedig mérnökként – írja az MTI.
Hozzátette: tettüket az Oroszország és Ukrajna közötti konfliktussal indokolták.
A La Provence című helyi lap úgy tudja, hogy a kutatókat a rendőrség a marseille-i városháza előtt rendezett, Ukrajnát támogató szimpátiatüntetésen fogta el az incidens estéjén.
Az ügyész elmondta, hogy a két ember csütörtökön áll bíróság elé, a vád „mások tulajdonának megrongálása személyre veszélyes eszközzel” és „robbanó- vagy gyújtószerkezet engedély nélküli előállítása”.
A főkonzulátus területéről hétfő reggel jelentettek robbanásokat. A rendőrség később azt közölte, hogy három gyújtópalackot dobtak az épületre, ezek detonációkat okoztak, anyagi kár vagy sebesülés azonban nem történt.
Az ukrajnai háború kirobbanásának harmadik évfordulóján elkövetett cselekményt Moszkva azonnal terrortámadásnak minősítette, az oroszországi fő bűnügyi nyomozásokért felelős orosz bizottság pedig bejelentette, hogy nyomozást indít „nemzetközi védelmet élvező személyek vagy intézmények elleni támadás” miatt, ami Oroszországban akár 12 év börtönnel is büntethető bűncselekmény – számolt be a hirado.hu.
