Franciaországban feloszlatott a kormány két Izrael-ellenes, palesztinbarát szervezetet, amely „gyűlöletre, erőszakra és diszkriminációra uszít” – jelezte szerdán a francia belügyminisztérium a kormányülést követően.
Gérald Darmanin tárcavezető már február 24-én bejelentette, hogy kezdeményezi a Collectif Palestine vaincra (Palesztina győzni fog kollektíva) és a Comité Action Palestine (Palesztina Akcióbizottság) elnevezésű szervezetek feloszlatását.
A dél-franciaországi Toulouse-ban alapított Collectif Palestine vaincra, amely magát „rasszistaellenes és gyarmatosítóellenes” szervezetként azonosítja, elítélte a „támadást a Palesztinával szolidáris mozgalom” ellen.
Az egyesület a közelmúltban „#Palestine2022” elnevezéssel kampányt indított „a francia kormány és az izraeli apartheid közti együttműködés elítélésére”, valamint annak érdekében, hogy „a palesztin kérdés bekerüljön a (francia) elnökválasztási kampány” témái közé.
A szerdai kormányülésen meghozott rendelet szerint „a palesztin területeken élők védelme mögé bújva” a csoport „gyűlöletre, diszkriminációra és erőszakra uszít emberek ellen a származásuk miatt”, valamint „támogatást nyújt terroristának tekintett szervezeteknek”.
A másik, a dél-franciaországi Bordeaux-ban megalapított szervezet az internetes oldala szerint „a palesztin nép nemzeti jogainak megvalósítására” jött létre, „a menekültek visszatérésének jogáért, azaz Palesztina arab területeinek felszabadítására”. Az egyesület egyben elítéli „a cionizmust mint gyarmatosító és rasszista mozgalmat”. A rendelet indoklása szerint ez utóbbi szervezet is „támogat különböző terrorszervezeteket, ami felér a terrorista módszerek legitimizálásával, miután az elkövetők a palesztin nép érdekeire hivatkoznak, és Izrael érdekeit célozzák”.
A két feloszlatott egyesület ügyvédei jelezték, hogy az államtanácsnál fellebbeznek a kormányrendelet ellen. Közleményben fejezték ki „aggodalmukat a muzulmán közösséget védő egyesületi szereplők ellen indított újabb offenzíva ellen”, hozzátéve, hogy az is „nyugtalanítja őket, hogy a feloszlatás célja elfojtani minden kritikát, még ha az kemény is, az izraeli politikát illetően”.
