A Legfelsőbb Bíróság megerősítette az életfogytig tartó szabadságvesztést annak a férfinak az ügyében, aki rendszeresen molesztálta és megerőszakolta élettársa 7 éves lányát Csernyivciben.
Ezt az Főügyészi Hivatal jelentette be.
Az ügyészség határozott álláspontja alapján a Legfelsőbb Bíróság elutasította a vádlott fellebbezését, és véglegesen megerősítette az ítéletet.
A bizonyított tények szerint 2020 augusztusától kezdve a vádlott, aki saját lakásában élt Csernyivciben, kihasználta élettársa és annak 7 éves lánya nehéz élethelyzetét, akiknek nem volt saját lakásuk. Rendszeresen molesztálta és megerőszakolta a kislányt, aki éveken át nem merte elmondani a felnőtteknek a történteket.

Japán rendőrsége pénteken bejelentette, hogy 111 személyt vettek őrizetbe egy két hónapon át tartó nemzetközi művelet során, amely a gyermekek online szexuális kizsákmányolása ellen irányult – írja az MTI.
A tájékoztatás szerint az egész országra kiterjedő, februárban és márciusban végrehajtott razziák során letartóztatottak életkora 14 és 68 év közötti, és vannak közöttük középiskolai tanárok, hivatalnokok, illetve életkorukból fakadóan diákok is.
Az összehangolt razziákat a kibertérben terjedő gyermekpornográfia és szexuális bántalmazás ellen Japán öt másik országgal, köztük Szingapúrral és Dél-Koreával közösen hajtotta végre.
Összességében ezekben a nemzetközi műveletekben 544 embert tartóztattak le, akik közül a legfiatalabb 13 éves volt.
A japán rendőrség kiemelte a határokon átívelő munka hatékonyságát, példaként említve, hogy többeket a nemzetközi együttműködés segítségével szerzett információk alapján sikerült letartóztatni, és hozzátette, hogy a jövőben is terveznek hasonló, közös műveleteket.

Egy 77 és egy 68 éves csernyivci lakos férfit 15 és 12 börtönbüntetésre ítélt a bíróság, mert másfél évtizeden át voltak szexuális kapcsolatban gyerekekkel, és pornográf termékeket készítettek – adta hírül kedden a korrespondent.net hírportál a Legfőbb Ügyészség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A közlemény szerint a 77 éves csernyivci lakos 15 éven át szexuális kapcsolatban állt gyerekekkel, pornográf termékeket állított elő, a fiatalkorúak részvételével is. Az otthonában bordélyt alakított ki, és asszonyok, valamint lányok szexuális szolgáltatásait ajánlotta fel ismerőseinek.
Az előzetes nyomozás során 54 GB méretű, pornográf tartalmú képeket és videókat tartalmazó fájlokat találtak a nyugdíjasnál, közte gyermekpornográfiát. „A férfi kiskorú és fiatalkorú lányokat hívott meg otthonába, általában a számára szexuális szolgáltatást nyújtó nők lányait. A gyerekeket meztelenül fotózta, majd bizonyos pénzjutalom ellenében szexuális kapcsolatot létesített velük, videóra rögzítve az aktusokat. A lányok jól ismerték a vén szatírt, az édesanyjukkal ugyanis többször megfordultak nála. Ráadásul az egyik áldozat a keresztlánya volt” – áll a közleményben.
A vétkes férfi gyermekeket kezdett bevonni más férfiaknak ellenszolgáltatás fejében nyújtott intim szolgáltatásokba. A légyottok a lakásában zajlottak. A rendszeres látogatók között volt az egyik csernyivci főiskola 68 éves igazgatója is. Valójában három lány volt a jogellenes cselekményeinek áldozata, de csak ketten nyújtottak be nyilatkozatot a nyomozóknak, hogy szexuális bűncselekmények áldozataiként ismerjék el őket.
A csernyivci Sevcsenko Kerületi Bíróság esküdtszéke a 77 éves férfit 58 bűncselekmény epizódjában mondta ki bűnösnek, míg 68 éves bűntársát 29 epizódban.

A nagyszőlősi rendőrség letartóztatott egy 35 éves helyi férfit, akit azzal vádolnak, hogy molesztált egy 11 éves kislányt.

A rendőrség megrontás címén indított büntetőeljárást az ügyben, amelynek büntetési tétele öttől nyolc évig terjedő szabadságvesztés lehet. A nyomozók jelenleg a pedofil férfi személyazonosságának és hollétének a megállapításán dolgoznak.
A hatóságok az kérik a lakosságtól, hogy amennyiben valakinek van valamilyen információja a támadó személyéről és tartózkodási helyéről, az hívja a rendőrség 102-es segélyvonalát, vagy forduljon közvetlenül a rendőrséghez

Nyilvántartásba veszik mostantól Ukrajnában azokat a személyeket, akik kiskorúak ellen szexuális bűncselekményt követtek el – hozta nyilvánosságra honlapján az igazságügyi minisztérium.
Az egységes nyilvántartás egyelőre tesztüzemmódban indult el, jelenleg 171 – ilyen bűncselekményért ítélt – személy adatait tartalmazza.
Olena Viszocka igazságügyi miniszterhelyettes szavai szerint ennek a nyilvántartásnak az a lényege, hogy megvédje az oktatási és egészségügyi intézményeket, illetve egyéb, gyermekcsoportokkal dolgozókat, hogy alkalmazottnak ilyen személyeket felvegyenek. Hozzátette, hogy a nyilvántartáshoz a rendvédelmi szervek tagjai kapnak hozzáférést. Az igazságügyi minisztérium az ügyészségekkel és a bíróságokkal együtt tölti fel az adatbázist, miuán áttanulmányozta az ilyen bűncselekmények miatt elítéltek aktáit. A bűnözőkkel kapcsolatos információkat a büntetés letöltése után is megőrzik.
Hangsúlyozta, hogy új személyeknek a nyilvántartásba történő felvétele kizárólag bírósági határozat alapján történhet meg. „Ez az eljárás megakadályozza az emberi jogok megsértését, és szavatolja a pártatlanságot” – tette hozzá. A miniszterhelyettes közölte, hogy a nyilvántartás létrehozásában Ukrajna követte Norvégia, az Egyesült Államok és Kanada példáját, ahol hasonló adatarchívumok már működnek, és az ott szerzett tapasztalatokra épített.
Az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy az országos rendőrség 2018-ban javasolta egy mindenki számára hozzáférhető pedofil nyilvántartás létrehozását, hivatkozva arra, hogy az utóbbi években Ukrajnában megszaporodtak a kikorúak kárára elkövetett szexuális bűncselekmények.
2019. július 11-én a parlament módosította a büntetőtörvénykönyvet, amelyben megerősítette, hogy büntetőjogi felelőségre vonást vonnak maguk után a kiskorúak ellen elkövetett szexuális cselekmények. A módosítás 10-től 15 évig terjedő szabadságvesztést ír elő az ilyen bűncselekményre, emellett a büntetést kiegészíti a kémiai kényszerkasztrálás elrendelésének lehetőségével is. A kémiai kasztrálás az elítélt olyan antiandrogén gyógyszerekkel történő kényszerkezelését jelenti, amelyek célja a libidó és a szexuális aktivitás csökkentése. Ebben a módosításban szerepelt az is, hogy a fiatalkorúakkal szembeni szexuális bűncselekményért elítélteket a rendőrség egész életükben tartsa nyilván.
2019. december 19-én a képviselők újabb törvényt fogadtak el ezúttal már a pedofil-nyilvántartás kitöltésének és működtetésének módjáról. A jogszabályt Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök 2020. január 13-án írta alá.

Jean-Marc Sauvé, a vizsgálóbizottság elnöke közölte, hogy 1950 óta megközelítőleg 2900-3200 pedofil teljesíthet szolgálatot a francia katolikus egyháznak. Sauvé hozzátette: a gyerekeket nagyobb valószínűséggel bántalmazzák az egyházi iskolákban, mint az állami oktatási intézményekben, nyári táborokban vagy egyéb olyan helyeken, ahol nem állnak közvetlenül a szülők felügyelete alatt.
Sauvé megjegyezte, hogy a probléma rendszerszintű volt, a szexuális zaklatások nem csak „néhány eltévedt fekete bárányra” korlátozódtak. Kiemelte, hogy amikor az egyház tudomást szerzett a visszaélésekről, egyáltalán „nem tették meg a szükséges szigorú intézkedéseket, hogy megvédjék a gyerekeket a ragadozóktól”.
A felmérést még 2018-ban rendelte meg a francia katolikus egyház, miután több másik országban hasonló visszaélésekre derült fény. Jean-Marc Sauvé már az év elején azt mondta a CNN-nek: könnyen előfordulhat, hogy az áldozatok száma végül elérheti a 10 ezer főt. Ehhez képest sokkoló, hogy a jelentésben a korai becslés nagyjából harmincszorosa szerepel.
A feltárt ügyek többsége mára vélhetően elavult, ezért nem lehet vádat emelni a történtek miatt. A jelentés készítéséhez egyházi, bírósági és rendőrségi dokumentumokat használtak fel, de a kutatás időtartama alatt országos kampányt is indítottak az áldozatok felkutatására. Sokan közülük erre jelentkeztek, és számoltak be a velük gyerekkorukban történtekről.

A tévében könyörögnek bocsánatért vegyi kasztrálásra ítélt pedofilok Kazahsztánban – jelentette hétfőn a Daily Mail című brit lap online kiadása.
A Mail Online felidézte, hogy az ország elsőként hozott szigorú törvényeket a pedofilok büntetésére; minden olyan férfit vegyi úton kasztrálnak, aki gyerekek ellen követett el szexuális bűncselekményt. Hosszú börtönbüntetésük letöltése után is rendszeres injekciókkal fosztják meg őket férfiasságuktól.
Egyikük elsötétített arccal, név nélkül arról beszélt a helyi tévében, hogy az első injekció után olyan fájdalmai voltak, amelyeket – mint fogalmazott – „az ellenségeinek sem” kíván, egyúttal a szerinte barbár büntetés eltörlésére szólított fel. A Mail Online úgy vélekedett: az interjúkkal a hatóságok szeretnék elriasztani a potenciális pedofilokat a bűnelkövetéstől.
„Sajnálom, amit elkövettem. Az én példámmal szeretnék másokat eltántorítani attól, hogy ilyen szörnyűségeket tegyenek” – mondta a név nélkül nyilatkozó férfi.
Egy Maratként azonosított elítélt, aki egy kiskorút próbált megerőszakolni, arról számolt be, hogy három injekciót kapott eddig, és azóta egyáltalán semmire sem képes szexuálisan. „Szeretnék még nemi életet élni, fiatal vagyok, de ott lent egyszerűen semmi nem működik” – magyarázta. „Minek engem kasztrálni? Beismertem, amit tettem, de szeretnék még élni, még van családom és gyerekeim” – folytatta.
Zoja Manajenko nővér, aki kasztráló injekciókat ad be egy kazahsztáni börtönben, a tévének arról beszélt, hogy a nyugati országoknak is követniük kellene a kazah példát. „Ezeket az embereket meg kell állítani valahogyan. Borzalmas dolgokat tettek gyermekekkel, ezért helyes, hogy a törvény erre lehetőséget ad” – mondta az elítéltek vegyi kasztrálásáról.
A kazah törvények értelmében az elítélt pedofilok fényképét, nevét és címét is nyilvánosságra hozzák, miután kiszabadulnak a börtönből. A Mail Online egy tavaly frissített térképen 234 „potenciálisan veszélyes pedofil” adataira bukkant.
Vegyileg csak azokat kasztrálják, akiket a törvény hatályba lépése után ítéltek el. Magzsan Jeszimbek, az egyik kazahsztáni fegyintézet helyettes vezetője szerint több mint 100 elítélt pedofilt őriznek, de közülük csak hárman estek át vegyi kasztráláson.
A kazah hatóságok azt állítják, hogy a szigorú büntetés bevezetése 15 százalékkal csökkentette a gyerekek ellen elkövetett támadások számát, de a Mail Online a pedofil bűncselekmények emelkedését találta a statisztikákban. Ezt azonban a lap szerint az is magyarázhatja, hogy többen fordulhatnak a hatóságokhoz.

Bejelentések nyomán a rendőrség Mikolajiv megyében egy gyermekeket vetkőztető és fényképező pedofilt, Kropivnickijben pedig gyermekek előtt vetkőző két magamutogató férfit vett őrizetbe –adta hírül a korrespondent.net hírportál csütörtökön a két megye rendőrségének sajtószolgálataira hivatkozva.
A jelentések szerint Mikolajiv megye egyik falujában egy 42 éves férfi gyermekeket cukorkával csalt lakatlan épületekbe, ahol levetkőztette, és mobiltelefonjával fényképezte őket. A rendőrséget egy 26 éves helyi nő értesítette, hogy egy férfi, akit látásból ismer, 8 éves húgának a megrontására irányuló cselekedeteket követ el. A férfit a hatóság munkatársai megtalálták és őrizetbe vették. Ha bűnössége bebizonyosodik, akár 8 év szabadságvesztéssel lesz sújtható.
Kropivnickijben a rendőrök egy 70 éves és egy 21 éves férfit vett őrizetbe, mindketten gyermekek előtt vetkőztek és mutogatták magukat. A 70 éves férfiről egy 11 éves kislány tett bejelentést. Elmondása szerint a mutogatós bácsi a Kozák sziget parkjában feltűnően levetkőzött előtte. Miután személyleírást adott róla, a férfit a rendőrök ruhátlanul találták meg a folyó partján.
A másik esetben egy anya telefonált a rendőrségre, hogy gyermeke a barátaival szórakozott az udvaron, amikor megjelent egy férfi, aki a gyermekek előtt levette a ruháját és az alsóneműjét. A kiérkező rendőrök gyorsan megtalálták a szomszédos ház előtti sportpályán.
