Tízezrek követelték tüntetésen Spanyolországban vasárnap a Pedro Sánchez miniszterelnök vezette kormány lemondását.
A madridi megmozdulás résztvevői korrupcióval vádolták a baloldali kormányt, amelynek lemondását és új választások kiírását követelték. A „Maffia vagy demokrácia?” mottóval meghirdetett tüntetésre az ellenzék vezető ereje, az Alberto Núnez Feijóo vezette konzervatív Néppárt (PP) szólított fel.
A PP szerint mintegy 80 ezren vonultak ki az utcákra. A spanyol belügyminisztérium a résztvevők számát ennek nagyjából a felére becsülte.
Ekkora megmozdulás Sánchez kormánya ellen legutóbb júniusban volt Madridban.
A tüntetések előzménye, hogy kedden vizsgálati őrizetet rendeltek el José Luis Ábalos volt közlekedési miniszter és egykori tanácsadója, Koldo García ellen. A spanyol legfelsőbb bíróság egy határozatban már november elején vádemelést javasolt ellenük a koronavírus-világjárvány alatt kötött szabálytalan maszkbeszerzési szerződések miatt. A döntés indoklása szerint Ábalos kormányzati pozícióját kihasználva, „megfelelő gazdasági előnyért cserébe” előnyben részesíthetett bizonyos cégeket a közbeszerzéseknél, és ezzel vesztegetés, bűnszervezeti tagság, befolyással való üzérkedés és közpénzek sikkasztása bűncselekményét követhette el.
A következő parlamenti választás Spanyolországban 2027 második felében lenne esedékes. Az ellenzék azonban egyre hangosabban követeli az előrehozott választások kiírását.
„Egész Spanyolországnak elege van a korrupcióból. (…) Elég ennyi a romlásból és a sok értelmetlenségből” – hangsúlyozta Feijóo. „Menjenek végre, menjenek és hirdessenek meg előrehozott választást, hogy a polgárok szólhassanak, szavazhassanak és dönthessenek” – fűzte hozzá.

A spanyol sajtó keddi beszámolója szerint a bíróság gyanúsítottként idézte be a kormányfő feleségét egy feltételezett befolyással üzérkedés és üzleti korrupció miatt indított előzetes eljárás keretében.

Az EFE spanyol hírügynökségben is hivatkozott döntés szerint Begona Gómeznek július 5-én kell vallomást tennie a bíró előtt az ügyben, amelyben azt vizsgálják, hogy az általa írt ajánlólevelek közrejátszhattak-e bizonyos cégek közbeszerzési győzelmében.
A bírósági keresetet a Manos Limpias (Tiszta Kezek) nevű szervezet nyújtotta be sajtóinformációk alapján, amelyek szerint a levélben támogatott ideiglenes cégszövetség többségi részvényese részt vett a madridi Complutense egyetem jelenleg Gómez által vezetett mesterképzésnek a létrehozásában.
A feljelentést megalapozó újságcikkek szerint a kormányfő neje által korábban irányított Africa Center oktatási központ 2020-ban szponzorációs megállapodást kötött az Air Europa légitársaságot tulajdonló Globalia vállalattal. A légitársaságnak az állam dobott 475 millió euró értékű mentőövet 2020 novemberében a koronavírus-járvány miatti korlátozások miatt.
A madridi megyei ügyészség bűncselekményre utaló bizonyítékok hiányára hivatkozva korábban az eljárás megszüntetését kérte, ám ezt a bíróság elutasította. Pedro Sánchez miniszterelnök az ügy kirobbanását követően április végén néhány napra visszavonult a nyilvános szereplésektől, hogy átgondolja, a posztján marad-e.
„Tudatában vagyok, hogy nem azért jelentették fel Begonát, mert valami törvénytelent tett, ők is tudják, hogy nincs ügy, hanem azért, mert a feleségem” – fogalmazott a kormányfő, aki végül úgy döntött: nem mond le tisztségéről. Begona Gómez beidézésének hírére az ellenzéki pártok a miniszterelnök „politikai felelősségvállalását” sürgették.

„Sánchez áruló” – skandálja több mint 170 ezer ember az utcákon Madridban, elítélve a katalán szeparatisták amnesztiájáról szóló törvényt, amellyel átmentette hatalmát a baloldali kormány.
Spanyolok tízezrei vonultak Madrid utcáira szombaton, hogy elítéljék a katalán vezetők és aktivisták jövőbeli amnesztiájáról szóló törvényt, amely lehetővé tette a baloldali kormány számára, hogy újra mandátumot szerezzen. A helyi hatóságok szerint mintegy 170 ezren gyűltek össze a Cibeles téren, a híres, azonos nevű szökőkút körül a spanyol főváros központjában, hogy válaszoljanak a jobboldali tiltakozó felhívásra.
A résztvevők azt skandálták: „Sánchez áruló”, „Sánchez, börtönben!”, avagy „Katalónia Spanyolország”. A demonstrálók spanyol és európai uniós zászlókat lengettek, amelyet az Európai Néppárt terjeszt.
Pedro Sánchez a július 23-i parlamenti választáson a második helyen végzett a jobboldali vezető, Alberto Núnez Feijóo (PP) mögött. Ugyanakkor a 2018 óta hatalmon lévő szocialista miniszterelnöknek, Pedro Sáncheznek sikerült csütörtökön új mandátumot szereznie a parlamentben, miután intenzív tárgyalásokat folytattak a regionalisták támogatásáról, köztük a katalán szeparatista pártokkal.

A Spanyol Szocialista Munkáspárt (PSOE) október végén koalíciós megállapodást kötött a több baloldali pártot tömörítő Sumar formációval. Pedro Sánchezt nyolc parlamenti párt képviselői választották miniszterelnökké, köztük két katalán függetlenségi formáció, a Katalán Köztársasági Baloldal (ERC) és az Együtt Katalóniáért (Junts per Catalunya), amely a katalán szeparatistáknak amnesztiát biztosító jogszabályt szabta támogatásának feltételéül. Ez a feltétel verte ki a spanyoloknál a biztosítékot, és ezért nevezik a szocialista miniszterelnököt hazaárulónak.

Tüntetéshullám söpör végig Spanyolországon. Az elmúlt napokban több tízezren tiltakoztak az ellen, hogy a baloldali Pedro Sánchez a miniszterelnöki szék megtartása érdekében amnesztiát adna a hazaárulással vádolt katalán politikusoknak. Az amnesztiatörvény miatt a jobboldali Vox párt az alkotmánybírsághoz és a legfelsőbb bírósághoz fordult, rövidesen pedig az Európai Bíróság elé is viszi az ügyet. A héten további tüntetések várhatók a spanyol városokban.
Fáklyákkal és zászlókkal a kezükben tüntettek az emberek hétfőn este Madridban. Rengetegen gyűltek össze az ügyvezető miniszterelnök, Pedro Sánchez pártjának központja előtt transzparenseket tartva és szlogeneket skandálva. Néhányan a rohamrendőrökkel is összecsaptak.
Így tiltakoztak az ellen, hogy a baloldali politikus kegyelmet adna olyan katalán vezetőknek, akik korábban részt vettek egy elszakadási kísérletben.
Ezzel pedig a törvény értelmében hazaárulást követtek el.
„Az amnesztia megadása azt jelenti, hogy amit tettek, az nem bűncselekmény. Ezzel megszegik az alkotmányt, ezért utcára kell vonulnunk, hogy tudják, mit gondolunk” – mondta egy tüntető nő.
A törvényjavaslat elfogadásával a kormány felmentené az egykori katalán miniszterelnököt, aki 2017-ben alkotmányellenesen kikiáltotta a tartomány függetlenségét. Azóta politikai szökevényként bujkál a rendőrség elől Belgiumban.
Pedro Sánchez korábban már több szeparatista vezetőnek kegyelmet adott.
Azzal érvel, hogy az amnesztia tovább csökkenti majd a feszültségeket Katalóniában. A lépés azonban országszerte elégedetlenséget váltott ki.
„A volt katalán kormányfő most úgy jelenik meg a nyilvánosság előtt, mint egy hős. Valójában egy bűnöző, aki elmenekült a spanyol igazságszolgáltatás elől, és akiről 15 nappal ezelőttig mindenki, köztük Pedro Sánchez is azt mondta, hogy börtönben a helye” – mondta egy férfi.
Nem csak Madridban tombol a tüntetéshullám. Valamennyi nagyobb városban demonstrációkat tartottak.
Valenciában több mint húszezren vonultak az utcára, hogy tiltakozzanak az amnesztia ellen.
Közéjük tartozik két katalán szeparatista párt is, amelyek érintettek voltak a 2017-es elszakadási kísérletben. Ezek most a támogatásukért cserébe az elszakadási kísérletben érintett párttagok felmentését kérik, és erről már egyességet is kötöttek. Pedro Sáncheznek november 27-ig kell kormányt alakítania. Ha ez nem sikerül, új választások lesznek.
Nem ez volt az első eset, hogy a madridiak az utcára vonultak, hogy tiltakozzanak az amnesztiatörvény ellen.
Október végén már volt egy többezres demonstráció a spanyol fővárosban. Akkor a jobboldali Vox párt vezetője is megszólalt.
„Elítéljük Pedro Sánchez tetteit. Amnesztiát akar adni más politikusoknak szavazatokért cserébe, hogy hatalmon maradhasson. Mi harcolni jöttünk, és azért, hogy figyelmeztessük őt” – mondta Santiago Abascal.
A jobboldali képviselő közölte: a legfelsőbb bíróságnál jelenti fel az ügyvezető kormányfőt, az alkotmánybírósághoz pedig felülvizsgálati kérelmet nyújt be, hogy az amnesztiatörvény ne kerülhessen a képviselők elé. A törvényjavaslat ugyanis szerinte több ponton ütközik az alaptörvénnyel. A Vox emellett arra készül, hogy az Európai Parlamentnél is feljelenti Pedro Sánchezt.
A héten további megmozdulások lesznek a spanyol nagyvárosokban. Civil szervezetek és rendőri csoportok is az utcára vonulnak. Barcelonában és Madridban pedig november közepére újabb, országos tüntetést hirdettek.

Levélbombát küldtek ismeretlenek Pedro Sánchez spanyol miniszterelnöknek – közölte a spanyol belügyminisztérium csütörtökön.
A tárca tájékoztatása szerint az egy héttel ezelőtt, hagyományos postai úton kézbesített küldemény fennakadt a miniszterelnöki hivatal biztonsági szolgálatának ellenőrzésén. A boríték pontos tartalmának elemzése még folyamatban van.
Az elmúlt 24 órában hasonló levélbomba érkezett a madridi ukrán nagykövetségre, amelynek egyik munkatársa könnyebben megsérült a kezén, a Torrejón de Ardozban található katonai légi bázisra, valamint egy zaragozai fegyvergyártó céghez is.
A katonai támaszpontra küldött levél címzettje a védett létesítmény területén működő Európai Unió Műholdközpontja (SatCen) volt, a gyanús küldeményt az átvilágításkor ott is kiszűrte a biztonsági szolgálat, csakúgy mint az Instalaza nevű vállalatnál, ahol az épületet azonnal evakuálták, a tűzszerészek pedig ellenőrzött körülmények között felrobbantották a pokolgépet.
