Egy összehangolt akció során a Beregszászi Járási Rendőrkapitányság, a határőrség és az SZBU nyomozói elfogták egy pénzintézet két alkalmazottját, akik a gyanú szerint pénzszállító járműbe rejtve utaztatták ügyfeleiket, és segítettek nekik az illegális határátlépésben.
A hatóságok egy 42 és egy 58 éves, Lemberg megyéből származó férfit tartóztattak le. A feltételezések szerint előbb Beregszászba vitték a hadköteles korú személyeket, majd az erdőn át kísérték őket egészen az ukrán–magyar határig. Szolgáltatásuk ára 16 500 dollár volt: 1500 a szállításért, 15 000 pedig az erdei átvezetésért.
A gyanúsítottakat Jánosi közelében fogták el, a KORD különleges egység bevonásával. A tettenérésre akkor került sor, amikor a pénzszállító autó speciális, értékvédelemre kialakított rekeszében megtalálták az egyik éppen szökni próbáló ügyfelüket. A férfi a szállítási költséget már átadta, a fennmaradó összeget pedig megérkezése után utalta volna.
A két letartóztatott férfi ellen a Beregszászi Járási Ügyészség embercsempészet miatt emelt vádat, és a rendőrség tovább dolgozik esetleges társaik felkutatásán.

Könnyen jött pénzhez jutottak egy chicagói külváros lakói, amikor a múlt héten egy Brinks Home Security Company teherautóról pénzeszsákok estek le.
A jelentés szerint a pénzszállító jármű hátsó ajtaja ismeretlen körülmények között kinyílt, miközben az Oak Park városrészben, az Austin Boulevard mentén haladt, és három készpénzzel teli zsák hullott az útra – számolt be róla a NY Post.
A Brinks vállalat közlése szerint 50 és 100 közötti számú helyi lakos kapott az alkalmon, és rohamtempóban kezdte el összeszedni a szétszóródott pénzt, majd gyorsan elmenekült a helyszínről.
A becslések szerint körülbelül 300 ezer dollár tűnt el a zsákokból.
A helyi hatóságok, a Village of Oak Park tájékoztatása szerint eddig nem történt letartóztatás az ügyben.

Kiraboltak pénteken egy pénzszállító autót Kölnben. Az elkövetők rálőttek a furgonra, és még mindig szökésben vannak.
A rendőrség szerint több ismeretlen személy megtámadott egy pénzszállító autót Kölnben – írja a Bild.
A nyomozás jelenlegi állása szerint a maszkos férfiak 7 óra 30 perc körül szorították le a furgont. Amikor az autó ajtóit az őrök nem nyitották ki a rablók tüzet nyitottak.
Több lövés is eldördült.
Ezt követően a támadók állítólag felgyújtották az egyik járművüket, egy kék Renault-t, majd egy sötét Mercedes Vitóval elmenekültek.
Hogy a szökevények szereztek-e és mennyi zsákmányt, azt a nyomozás jelenleg is vizsgálja.
A gyanúsítottak utáni hajtóvadászat és a helyszínelés jelenleg is folyamatban van.
A helyi rendőrség a lakosság segítségét kéri.
