Róma külvárosában ketten meghalt egy robbanásban pénteken. A hatóságok szerint az áldozatok egy anarchista csoport tagjai voltak, akik pokolgépet gyártottak, merényletre készülve.
A robbanás egy parkban történt, ahol egy egyébként üresen álló épület összedőlt. A romok között egy nő és egy férfi holttestét találták meg, akiket tetoválásaikról azonosítottak. Egyikük Sara Ardizzone, aki az úgynevezett Cospito olasz anarchista sejt tagjaként volt ismert.

A rendőrség őrizetbe vette az orosz különleges szolgálatok ügynökét, aki megpróbálta felrobbantani a Nemzeti Gárda Azov dandárjának egyik katonáját Kijev Dnyipro kerületében robogóba rejtett pokolgéppel – számolt be csütörtökön az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál a Kijevi Városi Ügyészségre és az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálatra (SZBU) hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint „a nyomozás megállapította, hogy egy Kijev megyei lakos, akit az orosz különleges szolgálatok toboroztak, és az agresszor állam érdekében cselekedett, a fővárosba érkezett, hogy terrorcselekmény elkövetését készítse elő. Az ellenséges feladat végrehajtása érdekében a gyanúsított a kapcsolattartója utasításai szerint robbanószerkezetet készített egy bérelt lakásban”.
Ezt követően a bűncselekményt elkövető személy egy apróhirdetési oldalon vásárolt egy robogót, amelybe robbanóanyagot kellett elhelyeznie. A gyanúsítottnak a robbanóanyaggal kipreparált robogót a megadott címen kellett hagynia Kijev Dnyipro kerületében.
A hírportálnak a rendvédelmi szervekben lévő forrása közölte, hogy a terrortámadás célpontja a Nemzeti Gárda Azov dandárjának az egyik katonája lett volna. A katonát azzal az ürüggyel csalták ki a lakásából, hogy randevúra várja egy lány, akivel az interneten ismerkedett meg.
Az ellenség távolról aktiválta a robbanószerkezetet, amely a találka helyének a közelében parkoló robogóban volt elhelyezve. Az ügyészség által közzétett videó szerint a katona az utolsó pillanatban, néhány lépésnyire a robogótól megállt, és végül könnyebb sérüléseket megúszta, mert a robbanószerkezet hibás volt.

Kedd reggel robbanás rázta meg egy római katolikus szentély környékét Ugandában, éppen akkor, amikor a hívek a keresztényüldözések mártírjaira emlékeztek. A detonációt egy pokolgép okozta – számolt be az Origo.
Pokolgépet robbantott két támadó egy római katolikus szentély közelében kedd reggel az ugandai fővárosban, Kampalában. A helyi sajtó jelentése szerint két ember meghalt.
A támadás idején a hívek éppen gyülekeztek a szentély környékén a XIX. századi keresztényüldözésekre emlékező mártírok napja alkalmából. A Daily Monitor és a New Vision című lap két halottról adott hírt. A robbanás után a környéket lezárták.
Az ugandai hadsereg szóvivője az X-en azt írta, egy terrorellenes alakulat reggel elfogott és ártalmatlanított két fegyveres terroristát Munyonyo városrészben.
Hozzátette: a biztonsági erőket magas készültségbe helyezték, hogy a mártírok napi megemlékezések fennakadás nélkül folytatódhassanak.
Az ugandai rendőrfőkapitány egy videóban azt közölte: két ember követte el a robbantást egy motorbiciklivel. Azt nem pontosította, hogy mi lett a sorsa a támadóknak, de azt kiemelte, hogy szerencsére nem voltak emberek a közelben, és nincsenek más áldozatok.

Legkevesebb három pakisztáni rendőr meghalt egy pokolgép robbanásában kedden Pakisztán délnyugati tartományában, Beludzsisztánban – közölték a hatóságok.
A támadók az út mentén elhelyezett robbanószerkezettel egy rendőrségi buszt vettek célba, amelyen 40 rendőr utazott Masztung körzetben, a tartományi fővárostól, Kvettától mintegy 40 kilométerre délre – mondta az AFP francia hírügynökségnek Rádzsa Muhammed Akram helyi kormánytisztviselő. „Három rendőr meghalt, 16 másik pedig megsebesült a támadásban” – tette hozzá.
Sahíd Rind, a tartományi kormány szóvivője megerősítette a halálos áldozatok számát, hozzátéve, hogy a sebesült rendőrök közül ketten válságos állapotban vannak.
Bár a támadás elkövetőjeként még senki sem jelentkezett, a beludzsisztáni szeparatisták rendszeresen követnek el támadásokat a térségben.
A közelmúltban egy vonaton elkövetett túszejtésben a hatóságok szerint mintegy hatvan ember vesztette életét, akiknek fele a támadást végrehajtó szeparatisták közül került ki.
Az iszlámábádi biztonságpolitikai kutatóközpont becslése szerint 2024 volt az elmúlt közel egy évtized leghalálosabb éve Pakisztánban: több mint 1600 embert öltek meg, akiknek csaknem fele katona és rendőr volt.

Az Egyesült Államok Szövetségi Nyomozó Irodája (FBI) a valaha lefoglalt legnagyobb házi készítésű robbanóanyag-készletre bukkant egy virginiai férfi decemberi őrizetbe vétele során – derült ki az ügyészek által kedden benyújtott indítványból.
A nyomozók több mint 150 csőbombát és más házi készítésű eszközöket foglaltak le, mikor decemberben házkutatást tartottak Brad Spafford Norfolktól északnyugatra levő otthonában. Az ügyészek azt írták: „az elkészült robbanószerkezetek számát tekintve ez vélhetően az FBI történetének legnagyobb lefoglalása”.
A bírósági dokumentumok szerint a legtöbb pokolgépet egy különálló garázsban találták meg, ahol szerszámok és bombakészítő kellékek, köztük gyújtózsinórok és műanyag csődarabok is voltak. A férfi feleségével és két kisgyermekével élt a házban, de a nyomozók a hálószobában egy őrizetlenül hagyott hátizsákban további csőbombákat találtak.
A gyanúsított védőügyvédei azzal érveltek, hogy a hatóságok nem szolgáltattak bizonyítékot arra vonatkozóan, hogy erőszakos cselekedetre készült volna, továbbá azt is enyhítő körülménynek nevezték, hogy büntetlen előéletű.
A nyomozás 2023-ban kezdődött, mikor a hatóságok egy informátortól arról értesültek, hogy Spafford fegyvereket és lőszert halmoz fel.
A férfi Joe Biden leköszönő amerikai elnökről készült képet használt céllövéshez, és úgy gondolta, hogy „ideje lenne visszahozni a politikai merényleteket – írták az ügyészek. A keddi meghallgatáson a bíró Spafford szabadon engedése mellett döntött, a férfit édesanyja otthonában tölti házi őrizetét az újabb fejleményekig.

Hét gyermek meghalt, ketten pedig megsebesültek szombaton, amikor a dél-szíriai Deraa város közelében fekvő Szanameinben felrobbant egy pokolgép – jelentette a SANA szíriai állami hírügynökség rendőrségi forrásra hivatkozva.
Az Emberi Jogok Szíriai Megfigyelő Központja (OSDH) nevű emigráns aktivista szervezet szerint nyolc különböző korú gyermek halt meg a robbanásban, amelynek egy sebesültje is van.
A SANA egy deraai rendőri vezetőre hivatkozva militáns csoportokat vádol a pokolgépek elhelyezésével, a nagy-britanniai székhelyű, és Szíriában kiterjedt megfigyelő hálózattal rendelkező OSDH szerint egy kormánybarát milícia helyezte el a robbanószerkezetet gyilkossági kísérlet céljából, de további részleteket nem közölt.
Deraa a Basár el-Aszad elnök elleni, 2011. évi felkelés bölcsője, de 2018-ban egy Oroszország által támogatott tűzszüneti megállapodás keretében Damaszkusz ellenőrzése alá került. Azóta a tartományban egymást követik a gyilkosságok, összetűzések, és nagyon nehezek az életkörülmények.
Az OSDH szerint a tartományban 2024-ben ez volt a nyolcvanharmadik dokumentált incidens, ezekben eddig összesen mintegy százan haltak meg. A 2011-ben kitört szíriai háborúban több mint 507 ezren haltak meg, milliók menekültek el otthonukból, és az ország mély gazdasági és humanitárius válságba süllyedt.

Elkövetőjeként az afganisztáni tálib vezetéssel szövetségben álló, ám tőlük függetlenül tevékenykedő Tehrík-i-Talibán Pakisztán (TTP) nevű iszlamista terrorszervezet jelentkezett.
A mentőszolgálat közlése szerint rohammentőket irányítottak a helyszínre, a kórházakban pedig vészhelyzetet hirdettek, és orvosokat hívtak be a sebesültek ellátására.
Az oltási kampányokat szigorú biztonsági intézkedések mellett indítják el a pakisztáni hatóságok, az oltást végzőket rendőrök és a biztonsági erők más tagjai kísérik.
Az elővigyázatosság oka, hogy az utóbbi évek oltási kampányai során több támadás érte az egészségügyi dolgozókat, szélsőségesek ugyanis azt terjesztik, hogy a vakcina meddőséget okoz az immunizált gyerekeknél, az oltási kampány mögött pedig „nyugati összeesküvést” sejtetnek.
Afganisztánban a tálibok a 2021-es hatalomátvételük előtt megtiltották az oltások beadását az általuk irányított területeken. Az ENSZ azonban a tálib vezetőkkel folytatott tárgyalása során elérte, hogy országszerte folytathassák a gyerekek beoltását.
A világon már csak Pakisztán és Afganisztán nem mentes a gyermekbénulás kórokozójától, miután 2020-ban Nigéria bejelentette, hogy sikerült megszabadulnia tőle.

Autóbusznál robbantottak pokolgépet Kabulban, két ember meghalt, 14-en megsebesültek, a merényletet vasárnap az Iszlám Állam (IÁ) terrorszervezet vállalta magára.
Háled Zadran, a kabuli rendőrség szóvivője arról számolt be, hogy a támadást az afgán főváros síiták – hazarák – lakta nyugati, Dasti-Barsi nevű negyedében követték el szombat este.
Zadran közleményében azt írta: „Az első információk szerint két, a buszon utazó civil, sajnos, meghalt, további 14 pedig megsebesült és kórházba került”.
Az Iszlám Állam (IÁ) szervezet helyi ága a Telegram üzenetküldő alkalmazáson közzétett írásában vállalta magára a robbantást.
Novemberben hét ember halt meg egy buszon elkövetett robbantásban Dasti-Barsiban, amelynek elkövetését szintén a síitákat eretneknek tartó IÁ vállalta magára.
