A csecsen vezető ukrán hadifoglyok táborában tett protokolláris látogatást. Javaslata szerint az elfogott ellenséges katonákat nem vakációztatni kellene, hanem emberi pajzsként használni.
A kaukázusi orosz tartomány önkényurának újabb közszereplése ismét hitet tett az ukrajnai orosz agresszió mellett, és bemutatta csekély érdeklődését az emberi és hadviselési jogok iránt.
Az esemény előtt 6 órával ukrán dróncsapás érte és megrongálta a csecsenföldi félkatonai különleges rendőri egységét, az Akhmatot. Feltehetően erre volt gyorsreakció a fensőbbséget fitogtató médialátogatás, ami a közvélemény megnyugtatására is szolgált.
A hadúr egy ukránoktól zsákmányolt Humvee-n érkezett, rajta amerikai zászlóval, hogy fölényét ezzel is mutogassa.
A vizit képeit az orosz állami irányítású TASS hírügynökség, a csecsenföldi helyi médiaplatformok és Kadirov saját Telegram csatornája hozta nyilvánosságra. A multimédiás tartalomhullám azt üzeni a tartalomfogyasztóknak, hogy laktanyát ért támadástól függetlenül a Kadirov-rezsim Oroszország totális és megkérdőjelezhetetlen támasza marad, és az ukránok alárendeltjei a csecseneknek.
Az esemény beleillik az orosz politika és az állami média narratívájába, amely rendre az ukránokat okolja, hogy fegyvert ragadnak és ellenállnak, ahelyett, hogy békésen viselnék az orosz inváziót, és elfogadnák a Kreml uralmát.
A Kadirov irányítása alatt álló regionális hírcsatorna szerda este sugárzott képeket, melyeket a független SOTA hírcsatorna is megjelentetett. A tévéfelvételen 12 ukrán hadifogoly szerepelt.
A találkozó során Kadirov saját pisztolyát kínálta fel egy ukrán katonának, hogy az megölhesse magát. Az egyoldalú párbeszéd így zajlott:
„Adok neked egy pisztolyt, lelőheted magad, és hősként halhatsz meg. Nem? Nem akarod? Lám, ez a fickó embereket akart ölni, de ő maga nem akar meghalni. A dolgok nem így mennek. A háborúban az emberek ölnek, és megölik őket”.
Legyenek emberi pajzsok!
A látogatás helyszínéül szolgáló büntetőintézmény Groznij főváros közelében található, ahol Kadirov megkérdezte az ukrán katonákat, hogy van-e elegendő élelmük, és elfogadhatóak-e az életkörülmények. Az ukránok igennel válaszoltak.
Ezután Kadirov azt vetette fel, hogy az ukrán foglyokat ne zárt börtönben tartsák, hanem emberi pajzsként helyezzék el őket az állami létesítményekben, hogy megelőzzék az újabb támadásokat. (A hadviselés szabályairól szóló Genfi Egyezmény háborús bűnnek tekinti a hadifoglyok ilyen felhasználását.)
„Ti itt úgy néztek ki, mint akik most érkeztek a nyaralásból. Ezeket a fiúkat munkába kell állítanunk az építőiparban, és legyen róluk videó, amit látnak az amerikai műholdak. Mindenhol el kell őket helyezni, hogy védjék a helyszíneket” – mondta Kadirov.
Oroszország (és benne Csecsenföld) aláírta a Genfi Egyezményt, de Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnök 2019-ben felmondta a megállapodásnak azt a cikkelyét, amely kiterjesztette a genfi védelmet azokra a harcosokra, akik egy nem elismert állam fegyveres erőinél szolgálnak. Ez az előkészítő lépés arra szolgált, hogy az ukrajnai harcokban elfogott katonákat ne kelljen védett hadifogolyként kezelni, mivel Oroszország 2014 óta illegitimnek tartja a kijevi kormányzatot.
Az egyik katona, aki Kadirov kérdéseire válaszolt, azt mondta, hogy majdnem két éve tartják fogva a börtönben, és nagyon szeretne már hazamenni. Kadirov azt felelte, hogy a csecsenek ádáz harcosok, és „az a kecskeördög [Zelenszkij elnök] becsapott benneteket, hogy harcoljanak Oroszország ellen, amely békét akar a szomszédjaival”.
A grozniji rendőrlaktanyát sújtó szerdai támadás volt az első alkalom, hogy hagyományos háborús csapás érte Csecsenföld fővárosát azóta, hogy 2003-ban az orosz erők elfoglalták a várost és megsemmisítették a dzsihadista-nacionalista ellenállást.
A 2022-es orosz ukrajnai invázió első hónapjaiban Kadirov mintegy tízezer önkéntest és rendőrt küldött az orosz támadások támogatására, akiket széles körben gúnyosan „Kadirovcsiknak” neveznek. Rettegett hírnevüket megcáfolva az alakulatok gyengén szerepeltek az ukrán hadsereg erőivel szemben, és jelentős veszteségeket szenvedtek. Jelenlegi számuk nem ismert, de mivel sokukat visszarendelték Groznijba, az Ukrajnában maradt állomány valószínűleg nem haladja meg a kétezer főt.
Kadirov apja, Akhmad Kadirov dzsihadista, a függetlenségpárti erőket vezette az első, 1994–1996-os első csecsenföldi háborúban. Később azonban köpönyeget váltott, és a második háború során hűséget fogadott Oroszországnak.
Az idősebb Kadirov 2004-es meggyilkolása után Ramzan fia vette át a hatalmat és maximumra csavarta az oroszpárti politikát. Azóta már az orosz hadsereg vezérezredese, ami a legmagasabb katonai rang, és hirdetője a háborús retorikának, követelve akár atomfegyverek bevetését is Ukrajna ellen.

Ramzan Kadirov, Danyiil Martyinov valamint Huszein Mezhidov ellen a hadifoglyokkal és civilekkel szembeni durva bánásmód miatt emelt vádat az ukrán biztonsági szolgálat– írja a liga.net ukrán nyelvű portál.
Az SBU a Telegram-csatornáján közölte, hogy „megdönthetetlen bizonyítékaik” vannak arra vonatkozóan, hogy a csecsen vezér, valamint Danyiil Martyinov, a csecsenföldi orosz nemzeti gárda szövetségi csapatszolgálatának helyettes vezetője és Huszein Mezhidov, a Jug zászlóalj egyik taktikai csoportjának parancsnoka háborús bűnöket követett el.
Kadirov ellen a büntető törvénykönyv harmadik cikkelye alapján emeltek vádat, melyek a háborús bűncselekmények mellett az “Ukrajna határainak megváltoztatására irányuló szándékos cselekmények elkövetésére” is vonatkoznak.

Ramzan Kadirov, Csecsenföld vezetője Vlagyimir Putyin egyik leghűségesebb helyi vezetője, aki mindig megpróbál nagyobbat mondani minden orosz politikusnál.
Kadirov idegrendszere pedig igen nehezen viseli azt a tényt, hogy Lengyelország a legerősebb támogatója Ukrajnának és ha nem szólnának rájuk szövetségeseik, már tankokat és vadászgépeket is küldtek volna az ukrán hadseregnek.
Nem meglepő tehát, hogy a csecsen vezető megfenyegette Lengyelországot, hogy ők lehetnek a következők – bár úgy tűnik, Ukrajnával sem bírnak el, úgyhogy ez egy ideig tárgytalan, illetve feltehetően Oroszországnak is van annyi esze, hogy nem támad a NATO-ra.
Kadirov ezen felül bocsánatkérést követelt Lengyelországtól, amiért Oroszország varsói nagykövetét, Szergej Andrejevet vörös festékkel öntötték le, miközben a nagykövet egy szovjet katonai temetőben rendezett megemlékezésen vett részt.
„Nyomatékosan ajánlom, hogy elvigyétek a fegyvereiteket és zsoldosaitokat, valamint hivatalosan kérjetek bocsánatot a nagykövetünktől”
Kadirovot és a csecsen csapatait egyebek mellett háborús bűntettek elkövetésével vádolták meg az ukrán háborúval összefüggésben, erről persze mélyen hallgat. A kadirovisták pedig több helyről menekülni kényszerültek, mivel rajtuk ütöttek az ukrán csapatok.
