Andrij Szibiha, az ukrán külügyminisztérium vezetője kijelentette, hogy március 31-én egy iráni kazettás rakéta repeszdarabjai hullottak le körülbelül 30 méterre az izraeli ukrán nagykövetség épületétől. Az Ukrinform beszámolója szerint a miniszter erről X közösségi oldalán írt.
„Ma, március 31-én reggel egy iráni kazettás rakéta részei körülbelül 30 méterre hullottak le Ukrajna izraeli nagykövetségétől” – írta.
A miniszter megjegyezte, hogy „szerencsére a látogatók bent voltak, és egyikük sem sérült meg”.
„Ez az incidens ismét bebizonyítja, hogy az iráni rezsim fenyegetést jelent a régió minden lakójára. Nemcsak a bécsi egyezményt, hanem az emberi élet alapvető normáit sem tartja tiszteletben” – áll a bejegyzésben.
Szibiha hangsúlyozta, hogy fontos, hogy mindenki egyesüljön az élet az ilyen terrortól való megvédése érdekében, és Ukrajna már most is teszi a magáét; a teheráni és moszkvai rezsimekre nehezedő nyomást folyamatosan fokozni kell.
