Odesszában egy ittas férfi késsel támadt egy gyerekre, a járőrök megállapították, hogy önkényesen hagyta el a katonai egységet – számolt be hétfőn az rbc.ua hírportál a járőrrendőrség közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a tettest azután vették őrizetbe, hogy egy magánterületen elrejtőzött. A 102-es számot előtte hívták. A szemtanúk arról számoltak be, hogy egy agresszív férfi késsel fenyegette az utcán az embereket. A gyermeket, akinek sérülést okozott, mentőautóval szállították kórházba. A járőrök azonnal megkezdték a környék átkutatását.
A rendőrök megállapították, hogy a férfi egy magánházban rejtőzött. A rendőrökkel folytatott beszélgetés során agresszíven viselkedett, nyilvánvaló ittasság jeleit mutatta, és folyamatosan fenyegetőzött. A járőrök fizikai erőszakot és bilincselést alkalmaztak, majd őrizetbe vették. Okmányainak az ellenőrzése után egyértelművé vált, hogy a férfi engedély nélkül hagyta el a katonai egységet. Átadták a katonai rendészeti szolgálatnak.
Az elkövető ellen a büntetőtörvénykönyv 125. cikkelyének 1. része – szándékos kisebb testi sértés – alapján indítottak eljárást.

Zsitomir megyében egy katonai egyenruhát viselő ittas fegyveres férfi kibiztosított kézigránáttal fenyegetett rendőröket, a hatóságok különleges műveletet indítottak az elfogására – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a Zsitomir megyei rendőrség sajtóosztályára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint ma a Csudniv városi 2. számú rendőrőrs gyorsreagálási egységének járőrei a Romanivszki közösség területén dolgoztak, miután egy helyi lakos bejelentése tett vagyoni károkozásról. Egy férfi odalépett a szolgálati autójukhoz, és fenyegetni kezdte a rendőröket egy kibiztosított repeszgránáttal.
A férfi ittas és agresszív volt, nem reagált a rendőrök szavaira. A helyzetre való tekintettel a Zsitomir megyei rendőrség vezetője úgy döntött, hogy azonnal különleges rendőri műveletet indít.
A Csudnivi városi 2. számú rendőrőrs nyomozó- és operatív csoportja, a különleges rendőri század erői, a KORD egység kommandósai és a rendőrség robbantástechnikusai azonnal a helyszínre érkeztek.
A különleges művelet során a rendőrök biztonságosan hatástalanították a gránátot és őrizetbe vették a 39 éves helyi lakost. A férfinál egy másik kézigránátot is találtak. A gránátokat lefoglalták és szakértői vizsgálatra küldték. Sem a lakosok, sem a rendőrök nem sérültek meg.
A rendőrség büntetőeljárást indított a büntetőtörvénykönyv 348. cikkelye alapján. A gyanúsítottat őrizetbe vették. A megelőző intézkedés megválasztása folyamatban van. A férfira 9-től 15 évig terjedő szabadságvesztés vagy életfogytiglani szabadságvesztés vár.

A jelentés szerint a konfliktus azzal kezdődött, hogy az ukrán fegyveres erők vezérkarának egyik alkalmazottja rokonával a Kazka lakóparkban részegen balesetet okozott. A létesítmény biztonsági őrei megpróbálták megnyugtatni a férfit, de az nem engedelmeskedett, és fenyegette az őröket. A videó szerint egy lövést adott le a szolgálati fegyveréből. A golyó kis híján eltalálta a lakópark bejáratánál játszó gyerekeket.
Az eset kapcsán vasárnap reggel Olekszij Reznyikov védelmi miniszter a Facebook-oldalán azt írta: „a parancsomra belső vizsgálat indult annak azon incidens valamennyi körülményének tisztázására, amely során az ukrán fegyveres erők vezérkarának tisztje – az egyik osztály vezetője – olyan cselekményeket követett el, amelyek nem csak fegyelmi, hanem bűncselekménynek is minősülnek.”
A miniszter jelezte, hogy már létrehoztak egy vizsgáló bizottságot, amelynek élén az ukrán fegyveres erők főparancsnok-helyettese, Jevhenyij Mojszjuk altábornagy áll. A nyomozás idejére a tisztet felfüggesztették a szolgálatából – tette hozzá. „Ha bebizonyosodik az a tény, hogy a tiszt cselekménye súlyos következményekkel, nevezetesen gyermekek életének és egészségének veszélyeztetésével fenyegetett, mindent megteszünk a méltányos büntetés érdekében” – szögezte le Olekszij Reznyikov.
