Az április 29-re virradó éjjel Rivnében egy újszülött holttestére bukkantak egy szemétlerakó közelében. Egy 62 éves helyi lakos értesítette a rendőrséget hajnali 2 óra körül, miszerint egy takaróba csavart babát talált életjelek nélkül.
A rendőrség rövid időn belül azonosította és felkereste a nőt, aki megszülte a kislányt, jelenleg kihallgatják.
A hatóságok szándékos gyilkosság ügyében nyomoznak. A gyermek holttestét boncolásra küldték, hogy megállapítsák a halál pontos időpontját és okát. A rendőrség vizsgálja az eset minden körülményét.

Robbanás történt csütörtökön Rivne központjában, egy házilag gyártott robbanószerkezet detonált a város egyik bevásárlóközpontja közelében egy autóban – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a Rivne megyei rendőrség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A rendőrségi jelentés szerint a robbanást már terrortámadásnak minősítették. Mint megállapították, a város egyik bevásárlóközpontja közelében felrobbant egy rögtönzött robbanószerkezet, amelyet egy járműben szállítottak. „A robbanás egy autóban történt ma, március 20-án 13:40 óra körül a Kijevszka utcában. A robbanás során a sofőr és az utasa megsérült – őket kórházba szállították” – áll a közleményben.
A helyszínen nyomozó- és műveleti csoport dolgozott, a rendőrség robbanóanyag-technikusai átvizsgálták a területet.
Az SZBU nyomozói előzetes vizsgálatot indítottak a büntetőtörvénykönyv 258. cikkelye (terrorcselekmény) és 263. cikkelye (fegyverek, lőszerek vagy robbanóanyagok illegális kezelése) alapján.
Jelenleg átfogó nyomozati intézkedések folynak a robbanás körülményeinek és az érintett személyek feltárására.

Robbanás történt szombat délután Rivnében a területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ (TCK) épületében, a detonációban egy ember meghalt és hatan megsebesültek, a robbanás oka egyelőre ismeretlen – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a Nemzeti Rendőrség Telegram-közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a rendőrség megerősítette, hogy a robbanás 16:15 órakor történt a rivnei TCK-ban. „Egy ember meghalt, hat másik személy megsérült” – áll a közleményben.
A robbanás helyszínén nyomozó- és műveleti csoport, az SZBU nyomozói és más szakszolgálatok dolgoznak. Részletesebb tájékoztatást későbbre ígérnek.
A rivnei TCK közleménye szerint a robbanás 16:00 körül történt. „Az áldozatokról és a robbanás okairól szóló információkat vizsgálják, a területet biztonsági megfontolásokból lezárták” – tette hozzá a TCK.

Rivnében felszámoltak egy nagyszabású korrupciós rendszert, amely hamis okmányokkal látta el fejenként 15-20 ezer dollárért a mozgósítást kerülőket, a törvénytelen cselekményekben 26 egészségügyi dolgozó vett részt – számolt be szerdán az rbc.ua hírportál az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) Telegram-csatornájára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint korrupciós mechanizmust egy helyi ingatlanközvetítő iroda vezetője és két beosztottja szervezte. A folyamatba bevontak 26 egészségügyi dolgozót, köztük a megyei területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ (TCK) orvosi és szociális szakértői bizottságainak a tagjai. „Pénzért a gyanúsítottak a súlyos szív- vagy idegrendszeri betegségek meglétéről szóló hamisított dokumentumok alapján segítettek elkerülni a mozgósítást. Az ilyen szolgáltatások költsége ügyfelenként 15-20 ezer dollár volt” – írta az SZBU.
Az elkerülés megvalósítása érdekében meghamisították a hozzájuk fordulók kórtörténetét. Ezt követően az orvosi-konzultatív és egészségügyi-szociális szakértői bizottságok képviselői zárójelentéseket készítettek a „betegek” katonai szolgálatra való alkalmatlanságáról. „A potenciális ügyfelek felkutatására a korrupciós rendszer szervezői az ingatlaniroda kiépített kapcsolatait használták fel. A befolyt „nyereséget” szétosztották a bűncselekmények valamennyi résztvevője között” – tette hozzá az SZBU.
Az ügylet három szervezőjét őrizetbe vették, miközben egy új ügyfél 16,7 ezer dollárt utalt át. A házkutatások során a következőket foglaltak le: 14 millió hrivnya; hamisított orvosi jelentések; irattervezetek; mobiltelefonok; számítógépes berendezések a bűncselekmények bizonyítékaival.
A bűncselekmény szereplőit befolyással való visszaéléssel gyanúsítják. 5 év börtönt kapnak. „A vizsgálat folyamatban van, hogy bíróság elé állítsák a korrupcióban érintett összes személyt, beleértve a „szolgáltatásaikat” igénybe vevő elkerülőket is” – jegyezte meg az SZBU.

A jelentés szerint Tretyak azt írta: „felhívással fordultam az Ukrenerho állami áramszolgáltató vállalat és az SZBU Rivne megyei vezetéséhez, hogy folytassanak előre be nem jelentett ellenőrzéseket a villamos-energetikai létesítményekben a rivnei áramfogyasztók közötti igazságos villamosenergia-elosztás és a kritikus infrastrukturális létesítmények áramellátásának helyreállítása érdekében.”
A polgármester szerint Rivne és különösen annak északi kerülete villamosenergia-helyzetéről van szó. Elfogadhatatlannak tartja ugyanis az emberek „sötétben tartását”, miközben személyesen „naponta több tucat városlakótól kap panaszokat”. „Követelem a lakossági áramszünetek rendjének maximális betartását és a rendkívüli leállásokról szóló tájékoztatást” – szögezte le Olekszandr Tretyak.
