A Robinson R44 típusú gép a kábelek felett próbált áthaladni, a pilóta feltehetően úgy ítélte meg, megfelelő magasságban repül, azonban számítása tévesnek bizonyult. Az ütközés után a helikopter a hossztengelye körül megpördült, ezt követően az orrával a földnek csapódott.
A szerencsétlenség a Permi terület egyik síközpontjában következett be, amelyet az eset után lezártak a látogatók elől.
A helikopteren Iljasz Gimadutdinov, a Tattranszkom szállítmányozási vállalat alapítója, valamint munkatársa, Elmir Konrad utazott. A vállalat érdekeltségekkel rendelkezik az orosz olaj- és gáziparban.
Egyes, meg nem erősített információk arra utalnak, hogy a két férfi nem rendelkezett repülési engedéllyel, más értesülések pedig azt vetették fel, hogy a helikopter egyes alkatrészei a repülés során eljegesedhettek.

Több mint 6 ezren állítják, több tucat országból hogy az Ischglben kialakult góc következtében fertőződtek meg koronavírussal.
Elkezdődött az első per, amelyben azzal vádolják az osztrák államot, hogy a hatóságok igyekezték eltitkolni, hogy a koronavírus-járvány egyik európai gócpontja az Ischgl nevű ausztriai falu sípályáin alakult ki, ezzel is mentve az ország fontos síparadicsomjának forgalmát. A Bloomberg beszámolója szerint az Osztrák Fogyasztóvédelmi Szövetség (VSV) jogi csoportja állítja, hogy az üdülőhely a vírus korai „túlterjesztőjévé” vált a kontinensen, mivel a turistaközpontban közel 11 ezren síeltek, ittak és táncoltak, majd a járványveszélyről nem tudván, vitték haza magukkal a koronavírust.
A regionális bíróság első polgári perét egy a koronavírusban elhunyt férfi özvegye és fia indította azzal indokolva, hogy a kormány turisztikai okokra hivatkozva nem zárta le időben a síközpontot, a döntéssel pedig fertőzéseket és haláleseteket okozott.
A pert támogató VSV szerint a 100 ezer eurós (közel 35 millió forint) kártérítés precedens jellegű lehet, ha nyernek, akkor a további 14 folyamatban lévő per kimenetele is kártérítéssel végződhet, sőt több ezer újabb bírósági eljárás elé nézhet az osztrák állam.
A fogyasztóvédelmi szövetség közölte, hogy kezdetben békés kerekasztal tárgyalásokat kezdeményeztek az osztrák kormánnyal, hogy közösen megoldást találjanak arra a több mint hatezer panaszra, amely az állítja, hogy az Ischglben kialakult góc következtében fertőződtek meg a vírussal.
A párbeszéd azonban nem született meg, ezért kénytelenek voltak jogi útra terelni az ügyet. A szövetség szerint az osztrák államügyészség nem válaszolt sem a telefonos megkeresésekre, sem pedig az e-mailekre, illetve a nemzetigóz hatóságoknak le kellett volna állítaniuk az »alpesi Ibizán« működő turizmust, mivel a járványügyi kockázata teljesen egyértelmű volt, a szakértők pedig már korábban is figyelmeztettek a veszélyre. Az evakuálás későbbi helytelen kezelése pedig káoszt okozott, amely felgyorsíthatta a vírus terjedését.
Az Osztrák Fogyasztóvédelmi Szövetség szerint Sebastian Kurz osztrák kancellár döntése, miszerint a tévében azonnali karantént jelentett be Ischglben, illetve a helyi hatóságokkal való egyeztetés hiánya olyan pánikot váltott ki, amelyet el lehetett volna kerülni.
A döntéseket gyorsan meg kellett hozni, és úgy gondolom, hogy ezek nagyrészt jól működtek – mondta Kurz tavaly októberi sajtótájékoztatóján. „Minden döntést az egészségügyi hatóságok és a kormány, a szövetségi államok koordináltak, és ez volt a helyzet Tirolban is” – állította a kormányfő.
Korábban írtunk arról, hogy Ausztria újabb keretrendszert szabott meg a karantén nélküli beutazás biztosításához.
Immár nemcsak az unió által elismert vakcinák mindkét beadott dózisa után lehet teszt- és karanténkötelezettség nélkül belépni Ausztriába.
