Az újság fotót is közölt a pár kutyájáról, amint azt a futópályán vezetik körbe.
A férj, Sanjeev Khirwar a lapnak elismerte, hogy „néha” a stadionba viszi sétálni a kutyáját, de tagadta, hogy az edzés abbahagyására kényszerítették volna a sportolókat.
