Szingapúrban őrizetbe vettek egy orosz állampolgárt, akit az Egyesült Államokban elkövetett kibercsalással vádoltak. Erről a szingapúri és az orosz média számolt be. A gyanú szerint kapcsolatban áll egy szankciókat kijátszó hálózattal.
Az orosz külügyminisztérium megerősítette az őrizetbe vételt, az személy nevét nem említve. Megjegyezték, hogy a szingapúri rendőrség az őrizetbe vételt „az Egyesült Államokba történő további kiadatás céljából” végezte el. Az orosz nagykövetség ügyvédek elérhetőségeivel látta el a fogvatartott kíséretét, és operatív ellenőrzés alatt tartja az ügyet.
A „Baza” kiadvány szerint Alex Kano (Alekszander Laszkin) üzletemberről van szó, aki korábban az „Russian Singapore” magazint kiadója volt, és számos vállalatot vezetett. 2024-ben feleségét Szingapúrban bíróság elé állították, majd Kano bankszámláit zárolták.

Szeptemberben az Eu Reporter arról számolt be, hogy 2014 után Alex Cano hivatalosan megváltoztatta a nevét, és nem említette többé Oroszországgal való kapcsolatát. A kiadvány azt feltételezi, hogy kapcsolatban áll az orosz állammal, és megjegyezte, hogy szingapúri útlevéllel rendelkezik.
A Kano Alexsong Pte Ltd. nevű társaságot 2022 márciusában vették fel az amerikai szankciós listára. Az Egyesült Államok Pénzügyminisztériuma arról számolt be, hogy a cég pénzügyi szolgáltatásokat nyújtott az orosz „Szernia” hálózatnak, amely állítólag kapcsolatban áll az FSZB-vel, és hadi termékeket szállított Oroszországnak, ezzel segítve a szankciók megkerülését. Alex Kano ennek a cégnek a kedvezményezettje volt.
A litván vámhivatal bűnügyi szolgálata „különösen merész” sémát leplezett le, amelynek célja az Oroszország elleni nemzetközi szankciók megkerülése volt és 11 személy szervezett meg, számolt be az Euronews.
A műveletet a portugál és bolgár bűnüldöző szervekkel együttműködve, valamint az Eurojusttal és az Europollal koordinálva hajtották végre.
A nyomozás adatai szerint a gyanúsítottak tulajdonában lévő kaunasi cég egy összetett árnyék sémát dolgozott ki víztisztító berendezések Oroszországba való szállítására, amelyeket valójában orosz olajipari vállalatok használtak.
A litván cég áruinak hivatalos megrendelője és címzettje egy portugál cég volt. A valóságban azonban az árut Bulgáriába, azt követően Törökországba, majd Oroszországba szállították.
A víztisztító berendezéseket az EU-ban és Kínában gyártott alkatrészekből tervezték, szerelték össze és gyártották. Ezt a berendezést Oroszországban található meghatározott ipari létesítményeknek szánták. Maga a kaunasi vállalat is aktívan részt vett az Oroszországban működő gazdasági szereplőkkel szoros és állandó kapcsolatban álló vállalat az Oroszországban megvalósított projektekben. Az egyik ilyen projekt egy orosz vállalatcsoporttal kapcsolatos, amely a világ leggyorsabban növekvő petrolkémiai vállalatai közé tartozik – áll a hivatalos közleményben.
Ezzel összefüggésben a kaunasi vállalat 11 alkalmazottját, köztük a vezetőit, valamint a moldovai és bolgár állampolgárságú sofőröket őrizetbe vették. A házkutatás során több tonna, mintegy 2 millió euró értékű felszerelést foglaltak le. Két, a fent említett felszereléssel teli teherautót is őrizetbe vettek: az egyiket Kaunasban, a másodikat a litván-lengyel határ felé tartva. A harmadik szállítmányt Bulgáriában tartóztatták le. A kihallgatás után a gyanúsítottakat szabadon engedték, kettő esetében megelőző intézkedést határoztak meg – írásbeli kötelezettséget vállaltak arra, hogy nem hagyják el az országot.
A portugál és bolgár bűnüldöző szervekkel együttműködve ezekben az országokban is házkutatásokat végeztek: Portugáliában a szűrőberendezés fiktív címzettjénél, Bulgáriában pedig abban az áruszállítási terminál-raktárban, ahol a kaunasi vállalat termékeit tárolják. A Kaunasi Regionális Ügyészség által lefolytatott, nemzetközi szankciók megsértésével kapcsolatos előzetes nyomozás folyamatban van.

Nagyszabású nyomozást folytat Litvánia a nemzetközi szankciók megsértése és csaknem kétmillió euró értékű Oroszországba irányuló csempészáru miatt. A gyanúsítottak hét magán- és négy jogi személy – számolt be Litvánia Belügyminisztériumának Pénzügyi Bűnügyi Nyomozó Szolgálata.
Egy öttagú litván állampolgárokból álló csoport az oroszok utasítására eljárva megpróbálta kijátszani a nemzetközi szankciókat, és tiltott árukat próbáltak exportálni Oroszországba.
A csoport 2022 márciusa és 2024 augusztusa között az Európai Unió országaiban vásárolta meg a meghatározott árukat, hamis névvel ellátott export-nyilatkozatok felhasználásával, és az okmányokon az alábbi célországokat feltüntette: Törökországot, Kazahsztánt, Üzbegisztánt és Fehéroroszországot. Az illegálisan exportált áruk összértéke meghaladja az 1,9 millió eurót.
A nyomozás részeként Vilniusban 18 házkutatást tartottak a gyanúsítottak házaiban, autóiban és üzlethelyiségeiben. A gyanúsítottak tevékenységéről információkat tartalmazó dokumentumokat, mobiltelefonokat, számítógépeket és szervereket foglaltak le.
A gyanúsítottak ellen vádat emeltek, vagyonukat ideiglenesen lefoglalták. Az ügyészség arra figyelmeztet, hogy a nemzetközi szankciók megsértése és a csempészet súlyos büntetésekkel, így pénzbírsággal és nyolc évig terjedő szabadságvesztéssel sújtható.

Az Egyesült Királyságban legalább 127 vállalat ismerte be önként, hogy megsértette az Oroszország elleni szankciókat az Ukrajna elleni teljes körű invázió kezdete óta.

Finnországban szeptember 18-án a bíróság őrizetbe vette Gabriel Temint, akit az Oroszország elleni szankciók megszegésével gyanúsítanak. Erről a Yle számol be.
Megjegyzendő, hogy a vállalkozó két finnországi cég ügyvezető igazgatója. Francia állampolgár, de 1991 óta rendelkezik állandó lakcímmel Finnországban.

A férfi személyesen jelen volt a bírósági ülésen, de az ellene felhozott vádakat újságíróknak nem kívánta kommentálni.
Az ügyvéd szerint Temin nem értett egyet a letartóztatással, és tagadta bűnösségét.
Temint a tárgyalóteremből a fogdába vitték. Feleségével és kiskorú gyermekeivel felügyelet nélkül nem találkozhat.

Letartóztattak egy vállalkozót Frankfurtban a Krím félsziget elcsatolása miatt Oroszországra még 2014-ben kirótt európai uniós büntetőintézkedések megsértésének gyanújával – közölte csütörtökön a német szövetségi legfőbb ügyészség.
Az Ulli S. néven azonosított német állampolgárt Franciaországban fogták el, és kedden adták át a német hatóságoknak a frankfurti repülőtéren.
Az ügyészség gyanúja szerint a férfi egy Baden-Württemberg tartományi gépgyártó vállalat ügyvezetőjeként 2015 tavaszán mesterlövészpuskák sorozatgyártásához használt gépek szállításáról kötött szerződéseket egy orosz fegyvergyártóval, annak ellenére, hogy az Európai Unió 2014 nyarán számos egyéb büntetőintézkedés mellett megtiltotta a kettős felhasználású, vagyis katonai célokra is igénybe vehető termékek oroszországi exportját, amiért Oroszország a nemzetközi jog előírásait megsértve bekebelezte az ukrajnai Krím félszigetet.
A német vállalkozó az ügyletek eltitkolása érdekében általa alapított cégek és egy másik orosz cég közbeiktatásával bonyolította le a mintegy kétmillió eurós üzletet, és a gépeket kerülőúton, Svájcon, egy esetben pedig Litvánián keresztül szállíttatta Oroszországba. A szerződés a gépek üzembe helyezését és az orosz dolgozók képzését is tartalmazta. Ezeket a szolgáltatásokat a gyanúsított alkalmazottai nyújtották 2015-ben és 2016-ban.
A férfit azzal is gyanúsítják, hogy 2015 elején tesztelés céljával beszerzett az orosz üzleti partnertől négy mesterlövészpuskát, és a hatóságok megtévesztése, a szankciók kijátszása érdekében egy évvel visszadátumozta az adásvételi szerződést – írta a német legfőbb ügyészség.

A két férfi nyugati, a repüléssel kapcsolatos elektronikus berendezéseket szállított orosz cégeknek, és javítási szolgáltatásokat nyújtott orosz gyártású repülőgépekben használt berendezésekhez. Ezzel megszegték az Oroszország elleni szankciókat. A vádlottak harmadik országokon keresztül juttatták el a termékeket Moszkvának.
Az Egyesült Államokban őrizetbe vettek két férfit, mert illegálisan exportáltak technológiát Oroszországba, megkerülve a Moszkvára az ukrajnai támadást követően bevezetett kiviteli törvényeket – közölték a helyi hatóságok csütörtökön.
Az amerikai igazságügyi minisztérium beszámolója szerint a két férfi nyugati, a repüléssel kapcsolatos elektronikus berendezéseket szállított orosz cégeknek, és javítási szolgáltatásokat nyújtott orosz gyártású repülőgépekben használt berendezésekhez.
A vádlottak úgy játszották ki az exporttörvényeket, hogy eltitkolták és hamisan tüntették fel az export valódi végfelhasználóit, értékét és végcélját, valamint harmadik országokon keresztül szállítottak át termékeket.
Az egyik esetben a páros a valódi végfelhasználót és a végcélállomást úgy titkolta el, hogy hamis számlát adott ki, amelyen végcélként Németország szerepelt. Más esetekben repülőgép-elektronikai eszközöket küldtek Örményországon és Cipruson keresztül Oroszországba a szükséges engedélyek beszerzése nélkül – derült ki a minisztériumi tájékoztatóból.
A két férfit összeesküvéssel, ellenőrzött áruk engedély nélküli kivitelével, elektronikus exportinformációk meghamisításával és benyújtásának elmulasztásával, valamint az amerikai törvényekkel ellentétes árucsempészettel vádolják.
Ha elítélik őket, minden egyes vádpontban öt és húsz év közötti börtönbüntetésre számíthatnak.
Amióta Oroszország alig több mint egy évvel ezelőtt megkezdte támadását Ukrajnában, az Egyesült Államok és más szövetségesek szankciókat vetettek ki Moszkvára, hogy gyengítsék a gazdaságot és megnehezítsék az ország számára a háborúhoz szükséges utánpótlás beszerzését.
