Az orosz megszállók csütörtökről péntekre virradó éjszaka Primorszk-Ahtarszk térségéből Shahed drónokkal és a Belgorod körzetéből SZ–300-as típusú légvédelmi irányított rakétákkal támadták Ukrajnát – közölte az ukrán fegyveres erők légierő-parancsnoksága a Távirat-csatornájára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a légvédelem összesen hét Shahed–136/131 csapásmérő drónt és hat SZ–300-as légvédelmi irányított rakétát észleltek. A Shahedek csapásiránya Dnyipropetrovszk körzete volt, a légvédelmi irányított rakéták pedig Harkiv megyét támadták – áll az ukrán fegyveres erők légierő-parancsnokságának közleményében. A jelentés szerint 5 ellenséges csapásmérő drónt semmisítettek meg a légierő erői és eszközei az ukrán védelmi erők légvédelmi erőivel együttműködve.
Tegnap este több hangos robbanás dördült Harkovban. Nem sokkal az első robbanás után légiriadót rendeltek el a térségben. A város polgármestere a riasztás lejártáig óvóhelyen marad, és nem tesz közzé felvételeket az eset helyszínéről. Úgy tűnik, hogy a megszállók hat csapást mértek Harkivra. A becsapódásokat a város Holodnohirszk és Sevcsnko kerületeiben rögzítették.

Még augusztus 3-án beomlott az egyik alagút fala a Pinabete szénbányában Mexikóban. A falomlás nyomán víz árasztotta el 60 méter mélyen a tárnákat. Öt bányásznak sikerült kijutnia a baleset után, tíz kollégájuk azonban csapdába esett a mélyben, velük eddig nem is sikerült felvenni a kapcsolatot.
A rokonok szerint a kormány azt közölte velük, hogy a bányászok felkutatása legkevesebb 6, de akár 11 hónapig is eltarthat. A rokonok ezt elfogadhatatlannak tartják. „Nem tudom, hogy fogom ezt megmondani a gyerekeimnek” – mondta egyikük a Reutersnek.
Az akció már eddig is különböző akadályokba ütközött. Két héttel ezelőtt egy különleges víz alatti drónt küldtek le a bányába, és a rokonok azt reméltek, végre hírt kapnak a szeretteikről, ám az nem jutott le addig a mélységig, ahol a bányászok csapdába estek.
A családtagokat dühíti a kutatás lassú tempója, illetve a kommunikáció hiánya is. A BBC azt írja, a térségben a papok imádkoznak a bányászokért.

Négy napon belül ez a második bányaszerencsétlenség volt Lengyelországban. Szerdán a szintén a JSW által üzemeltetett pnióweki bányában történt metánrobbanás. Ott már öt ember meghalt, húsz sérültet kórházba vittek, hatuk állapota továbbra is kritikus. A pnióweki szénbányában a mentést újabb robbanások miatt fel kellett függeszteni, miután a föld alatt rekedt bányászokat kereső mentők közül is többen megsérültek.
A zofiówkai szénbányában 2018-ban is történt hasonló szerencsétlenség, akkor öt bányász vesztette életét.
