Egy 58 éves nő a nyugat-franciaországi Nantes városában kocogott az Erdre folyó partján, amikor rávetette magát egy 18 éves szomáliai migráns, a földre teperte, majd megpróbálta megerőszakolni. Az erőszakos támadót öt ember rángatta le a halálra rémült asszonyról.
Öt ember tartotta fogva a támadót a rendőrség kiérkezéséig. A rendőrség őrizetbe vette az elkövetőt, a 18 éves szomáliai tagadta a tényeket.
Délelőtt 11 óra körül a Jonelière-híd lépcsőjén az 58 éves nőt egy 18 éves szomáliai férfi a földre teperte. „Az áldozat rájött, hogy orális szexre akarják kényszeríteni, és megharapta a támadóját” – mondta egy forrás. Egy szemtanú közbelépett, hogy segítsen neki. Hozzá csatlakozott még négy másik ember, akik lefogták a támadót, amíg a rendőrség ki nem érkezett.
A nantes-i központi rendőrőrsön őrizetbe vett feltételezett elkövető először tagadta a tényállást, majd jelezte, hogy kábítószer hatása alatt állt. Állítása szerint ő csak leesett a lépcsőn, és pont egy ilyen pozícióban érkezett a nőre.
Kedden állították bíróság elé, a vád: kábítószer hatása alatt elkövetett nemi erőszak kísérlete.
