Befejezték a bűnvádi nyomozást a fehérorosz Szupraciu (Ellenállás) nevű szervezet két tagja, Pavlo Kulazsenko és Vitalij Potyehin ügyében, akiket terrorizmussal és egy sor más bűncselekménnyel vádolnak a különleges rendeltetésű rendőri erők (OMON) támaszpontja elleni dróntámadás ügyében – közölte a minszki Nyomozó Bizottság (SZK).
A bizottság közölte, hogy a külföldre menekült két férfi ellen bűnszövetkezetben elkövetett terrorizmus és bűnszövetkezetben ismételten elkövetett terrorcselekmény kísérlete miatt emelnek vádat. Emellett szervezet létrehozása terrorcselekmények elkövetése céljából, ilyen szervezet irányítása, illetve a benne való részvétel az államhatalom alkotmányellenes módon történő megragadásának céljából is szerepel a vádpontok között.
Potyehint azzal is vádolják, hogy 2021. szeptember 25-én pilóta nélküli repülő szerkezet segítségével két darab ötliteres tartályt dobott gyúlékony folyadékkal az OMON támaszpontjára.
A nyomozás megállapította, hogy Potyehin Ukrajnából szerezte be a nagy teherbírású drónt, és hónapokig készült a bűncselekmény elkövetésére. Ezután elhagyta az országot, és elrejtette a drót azzal a céllal, hogy a szervezet egy másik tagjának adja át. A szerkezet azonban nem a következő terrorista, hanem a nyomozók kezére jutott – közölte a nyomozó bizottság.
A nyomozó szervek informciói alapján a szintén külföldön tartózkodó Kulazsenko ellen az a vád, hogy a Buszli ljacjac (Repülő gólyák) nevű szélsőséges szervezet vezetőjeként csatlakozott azokhoz az összeesküvőkhöz, akik katonai államcsínyt akartak végrehajtani Fehéroroszországban, megölve az államfőt és több magas rangú tisztségviselőt – közölte a bizottság.
A Vjaszna (Tavasz) fehérorosz jogvédő szervezet honlapja szerint a Buszli ljacljac hat másik tagját ítélték 2023 februárjában másodfokon nyolctól tizenöt évig terjedő, fegyházban letöltendő szabadságvesztésre és pénzbírságra.
