Az odesszai rendőrség garázdasággal gyanúsította meg a helyi területi és toborzási központ (TCK) egyik alkalmazottját és két társát, akik egy civil szervezet aktivistái – számolt be kedden az rbc.ua hírportál az Odessza megyei rendőrség közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a nyomozás megállapította, hogy az egyik gyanúsított ittas állapotban érkezett egykori szomszédjához, akivel hosszan tartó konfliktusban volt. A házigazdát nem találta otthon, ezért a feleségével veszett össze. Az agresszív látogatót az egyik szomszéd dobta ki. Később a támadó négy társával tért vissza.
„A elkövetők betörték a lakás ajtaját, garázdálkodtak és megverték a házigazdát. A verekedés során az egyik gyanúsított több lövést adott le egy traumatikus fegyverből. Szerencsére senki sem sérült meg” – mondta el Vitalij Orlov nyomozó.
Az odesszai 1. számú kerületi rendőrkapitányság nyomozói az eset három résztvevőjét azonosították. Kiderült, hogy egy 31, 22 és 20 éves helyi lakosról van szó. Egyikük a helyi TCK katonája, ketten pedig egy civil szervezet tagjai. Mindhármukat meggyanúsították csoportosan elkövetett huliganizmus címén. A cikkely szankciója négy évig terjedő szabadságvesztést ír elő.
A rendőrök keresik a fegyvert és az egyik gyanúsított átvizsgálása során lefoglalt üres katonai behívók eredetét is.
