A Kárpátaljai Megyei Ügyészség átadta a vádiratot a bíróságnak az Ungvári Városi Tanács egyik tisztviselőjének ügyében, akit okmányhamisítással vádolnak.
A nyomozás során kiderült, hogy a férfi jogellenesen adott engedélyt földhasználatra különböző vállalatoknak Ungváron, a Szláv parton.
A tisztviselő a tereprendezési dokumentáció kidolgozása során számos dokumentumban hamis adatokat tüntetett fel. Ezenkívül a jogszabályok előírásaitól eltérően jóváhagyták a telek rendeltetésének megváltoztatására vonatkozó projektet is.
A bíróságot megelőző nyomozást a Nemzeti Rendőrség és az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat kárpátaljai osztálya végezte.
A hírt a megyei ügyészség sajtószolgálata közölte.
