Cserkasziban kedd reggel egy gránáttal és pisztollyal felfegyverkezett férfi megpróbálta túszul ejteni a területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ (TCK) munkatársait okmányellenőrzés során – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a Cserkaszi megyei TCK sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint „ma reggel Cserkasziban a Himiki sugárúton elrendelt toborzási intézkedések végrehajtása során a Cserkaszi TCK katonái megállítottak egy személyt, hogy ellenőrizzék a személyi okmányait. A rövid beszélgetés során a férfi elővett egy kézigránátot és kibiztosította”.
A férfi azzal fenyegetőzött, hogy felrobbantja magát, és megpróbálta túszul ejteni a TCK katonáit. A helyszínre rendőrök érkeztek, és elkezdték megdolgozni a férfit. A helyi média szerint az illetőt később őrizetbe vették a rendőrök. „A bűnüldöző szervek megfelelő jogi értékelést fognak adni az állampolgár cselekedeteinek” – tette hozzá a Cserkaszi TCK.

Az Egyesült Nemzetek Szervezete felfüggesztett minden utazást a jemeni húszi lázadók által birtokolt területekre, miután további hét munkatársukat túszul ejtette a csoport.
A húszik korábban őrizetbe vették az ENSZ munkatársait, valamint az Egyesült Államok akkori szanaai nagykövetségével és segélyszervezetekkel kapcsolatban álló személyeket.
„Tegnap a de facto szanaai hatóságok további ENSZ-személyzetet vettek őrizetbe az ellenőrzésük alatt álló területeken” – olvasható az ENSZ közleményében .
„Az összes alkalmazottja biztonságának biztosítása érdekében az Egyesült Nemzetek Szervezete felfüggesztett minden hivatalos mozgást a de facto hatóságok ellenőrzése alatt álló területekre és azokon belül.”
Azelőtt az ENSZ összesen 16 jemeni alkalmazottja volt húszik által fogva tartva.
A munkatársak megállapították, hogy hét másik személyt elfogtak, és leállították a munkájukat, amely élelmiszert, gyógyszert és egyéb segélyeket biztosít az elszegényedett nemzetnek.
Júniusban az ENSZ elismerte, hogy a húszik 11 jemeni alkalmazottat vettek őrizetbe tisztázatlan körülmények között, miközben a lázadók egyre inkább felléptek az ellenőrzésük alatt álló területeken.
Az ENSZ hozzátette, hogy „aktívan együttműködik a húszik magas rangú képviselőivel”, akik 2014 óta tartják kézben Jemen fővárosát.
Az Irán által támogatott lázadók 2015 óta állnak háborúban egy szaúdi vezetésű koalícióval, amely az ország száműzött kormánya érdekében harcol.
António Guterres ENSZ-főtitkár kijelentette , hogy „elfogadhatatlan önkényes fogva tartásuk”.
„Az ENSZ személyzetének és partnereinek folyamatos célba vétele negatívan befolyásolja azon képességünket, hogy több millió jemeni szükséget szenvedő embert segítsünk” – figyelmeztet egy nyilatkozatában.
A nem ismerték el az ENSZ döntését, amely azért született, mert egyébként a gázai tűzszünetet követően próbálták enyhíteni a hajózás és Izrael elleni támadásaikat.
Donald Trump amerikai elnök külön indítványozta, hogy visszaállítsa a terrorizmussal foglalkozó megjelölését, amelyet első ciklusa végén tett a csoportra, és amelyet Joe Biden elnök visszavont, ami potenciálisan új feszültségek terepe lehet a lázadókkal szemben.
A húszik a hét elején azt mondták, hogy korlátozzák a hajók elleni támadásaikat a Vörös-tengeri folyosón, és elengedték a Galaxy Leader 25 tagú legénységét, amelyet 2023 novemberében foglaltak le.
A csoport ismétlődő műsorokat sugárzott az általuk irányított televíziós csatornákon, és olyan embereket vonultat fel, akik szerintük nyugati hírszerző ügynökségekkel vagy izraeliekkel dolgoznak együtt.

November 16-án, szombaton, amint azt újságírók beszámolták Issy-les-Moulineaux-ban, az étterem tulajdonosa legalább négy alkalmazottat túszul ejtett az Olivier étteremben.
A Le Figaro rendőrségi beszélgetőtársa elmondta, hogy „három-négy alkalmazottat” ejtettek túszul. A rohamot szervező férfi láthatóan azt mondta, hogy öngyilkos akart lenni.
A rendfenntartók tájékoztatása szerint a túszok kiszabadítására irányuló akció folyamatban van, a helyszínen speciális szolgálatok is dolgoznak.
A rendőrök körülvették az éttermet, és elzárták a környező utcákat. A férfi indítékairól, illetve az áldozatok számáról egyelőre nincs információ.

„Az Oroszországi Szövetségi Büntetés-végrehajtási Szolgálat 1. számú előzetes letartóztatási központjában, a rosztovi régióban végrehajtott különleges akció során a bűnözőket megsemmisítették” – írja az orosz Belügyminisztérium a Telegram csatornája. Azt is megjegyezték, hogy a túszul ejtett alkalmazottakat elengedték, és nem sérültek meg. Egyelőre nem világos, hogy mind a hat túszt ejtő férfit megölték-e.
Korábban több, az Iszlám Államhoz köthető terrorista túszul ejtette a fogolytábor személyzetét. Az Izvesztyija forrása szerint a túszejtést olyan emberek hajtották végre, akik magukat az Iszlám Állam támogatóinak mondják. A hírek szerint a támadók még szabadlábon akarták felrobbantani a Karacsáj-Cserkesz Köztársaság Legfelsőbb Bíróságának épületét, de az orosz titkosszolgálat (FSZB) megakadályozta a terrortámadást.

Az Iszlám Állam támogatóinak nevezték magukat azok a személyek, akik túszokat ejtettek egy fogolytáborban a rosztovi régióban.
A rosztovi 1. számú fogolytábor őreit az előzetes letartóztatásban lévő két személy ejtette túszul. A túszejtők magukat az Iszlám Állam terrorszervezet híveinek vallották.
Izvesztyia forrása szerint a túszejtők még szabadlábon terveztek a terrortámadást, de annak előkészítése közben őrizetbe vették őket. Jelenleg is folynak a tárgyalások a túszok szabadon bocsátásáról.
Korábban aznap a vádlott, akit a Szövetségi Büntetés-végrehajtási Szolgálat főosztályának 1. számú előzetes letartóztatási központjának egyik zárkájában tartottak fogva, túszul ejtette a büntetés-végrehajtás két alkalmazottját.
A Nexta egy felvételt is közzétett a túszejtőkkel. A lap tájékoztatása szerint, az ISIS-hez köthető vádlottak elfogták az orosz Rosztov-Don fogolytábor őreit. Kitörték cellájuk ablakrácsait, és bejutottak a szolgálati helyre. Az azonosított túszejtők között vannak olyan személyek, akiket korábban már elítéltek az ISIS-szel való kapcsolatuk miatt.

Egy busz utasa meghalt, miután egy gyanúsított lövéseket adott le, és eltérített egy buszt Atlantában. Az incidenst követően nagyszabású rendőri üldözés vette kezdetét – közölte a rendőrség.
A rendőrség tegnap délután fél öt körül egy buszra leadott lövésekről és egy lehetséges túszejtésről szóló bejelentésre reagált. Az eset Atlanta belvárosának közelében történt.
Kiérkezésükkor látták, hogy a buszt eltérítették, a rendőrök a járművet üldözőbe vették – írja az ABC 7 Chicago.
Az üldözés több joghatósági területre terjedt ki, és több ügynökséget is érintett – közölte az atlantai rendőrség. Végül sikerült megállítani a buszt, amely az üldözés során több járműnek is neki ment. A sofőrt bilincsben vezették el.
A rendőrség szerint a gyanúsított egy 39 éves férfi, akit incidens nélkül vettek őrizetbe.
Az ABC Chicago szerint hatóságok lőtt sebbel egy sérült embert találtak a buszon. Az áldozatot kritikus állapotban mentőautóval szállították egy környékbeli kórházba, ahol azonban belehalt sérülésébe.
A buszon több mint egy tucat utas tartózkodott, de további sérültekről nem érkezett jelentés. A nyomozás továbbra is aktív és folyamatban van – írja a Fox News.

Több különleges rendőri egységet vezényeltek a helyszínre, a város központjában lévő épülethez. Az eset környezetében 150 lakást evakuáltak egy „önmagára vagy másokra veszélyt jelentő személy” miatt, kordont állítottak fel és arra szólították fel a lakosságot, hogy maradjanak távol a környéktől.
Simon Klok rendőrségi szóvivő az AP hírügynökségnek annyit mondott el, hogy embereket ejtettek túszul Ede városában, közülük három időközben kiszabadult, de nem közölt további részleteket az incidensről. Az Amszterdamtól 85 kilométerre délkeletre fekvő Ede városban készült felvételeken rendőrök és tűzoltók voltak láthatóak az utcákon, a lezárt területen. Az NS vasúttársaság honlapján közzétett tájékoztatás szerint az Ede városba tartó és onnan induló járatokat felfüggesztették.
A hírek szerint a holland rendőrségnek sikerült kiszabadítania három túszt a foglyul ejtett túszok közül.

Egy iráni állampolgárságú férfi 15 embert tartott fogva túszként egy svájci vonaton csütörtök este. Az iráni menedékkérő késsel és baltával felfegyverkezve, négy órán át tartotta fogva az utasokat. Végül a rendőrség agyonlőtte a férfit.
Egy svájci regionális vonatról riasztották a rendőrséget csütörtök este, hogy az Essert-sous-Champvent megállóhelynél egy férfi baltával és késsel fenyeget 14 utast és a mozdonyvezetőt. Ezt követően több mint 60 rendőr vette körül a szerelvényt, amelynek ajtajai zárva voltak.
A rendőrök tolmács segítségével és részben a WhatsApp alkalmazáson keresztül vették fel a kapcsolatot az iráni túszejtővel.
A hatóságok végül robbanóanyagot alkalmaztak, hogy eltereljék a férfi figyelmét, aki így rövid időre el is távolodott a túszoktól. A rendőrség akkor megpróbált közbelépni, de miután az elkövető baltával támadt egy rendőrre, ő agyonlőtte a támadót.
Eric Kaltenrieder főügyész az incidens után úgy nyilatkozott, hogy a – helyi idő szerint – 22 óra 15 perckor végrehajtott rendőri akciót követően az utasok sértetlenül elhagyhatták a vonatot.
Hozzátette, a 32 éves iráni állampolgárságú menedékkérő indítéka egyelőre tisztázatlan.
