Csütörtökön a kazah kínai nagykövetség egy új, ismeretlen eredetű tüdőgyulladást jelentett be, amelynek magasabb az elhalálozási mutatója, mint a Covid-19-nek. Ugyanakkor a kazahsztáni Egészségügyi Minisztérium ezt az információt álhírnek nevezte, közölte a sajtó. A Kínai Népköztársaság fent említett nagykövetsége azonnal figyelmeztette a Kazahsztánban tartózkodó állampolgárait az ismeretlen eredetű járvány kitörésére. Erről a South China Morning Post számolt be, a nagykövetség honlapjára hivatkozva.
Mit lehet tudni a kazahsztáni ismeretlen tüdőgyulladásról?
A kínai nagykövetség szerint az új tüdőgyulladás elhalálozási mutatója sokkal magasabb, mint az új koronavírusé. A kínai Egészségügyi Minisztérium egy összehasonlító tanulmányt készít a tüdőgyulladást okozó vírusról. A nagykövetség állítása szerint, Kazahsztán egyes részein jelenleg csaknem 500 fertőzött ember van, több mint 30 állapota kritikus. Kazahsztánban az év első hat hónapjában összesen 1772 ember halt meg tüdőgyulladásban, júniusban – 628, köztük kínai állampolgárok is voltak.
A kazah Egészségügyi Minisztérium tagadja a kínai nagykövetség állításait, miszerint ismeretlen eredetű tüdőgyulladást regisztráltak az országban, álhírnek nevezték. Július 9-én Olekszij Coj, a kazahsztáni Egészségügyi Minisztérium vezetője egy eligazításon az országban diagnosztizált tüdőgyulladások számáról beszélt: bakteriális, gombás, vírusos eredetű, beleértve a „meghatározatlan etiológiájú vírusos tüdőgyulladást”.
A kazahsztáni koronavírus helyzetet illetően meg kell jegyezni, hogy az újabb kitörések miatt az országban nemrégiben megszigorították a karantént. A július 10-i 17:00 órai adatok szerint 54 747 Covid-19 fertőzést regisztráltak az országban, 264 személy halt meg, a gyógyultak száma több mint 31 ezer. Az Egészségügyi Világszervezet (WHO) július 7-én kijelentette, hogy a bubópestis, amelynek eseteit ezen a héten regisztrálták Kínában, a régió jellegzetessége és kezelhető. A szervezet megjegyezte, hogy a bubópestis ritka betegség. „Kína július 6-án jelentette a WHO-nak a Belső-Mongólia térségben regisztrált bubópestis megbetegedés esetét. A pestis ritka betegség, főleg bizonyos földrajzi területeken, ahol még mindig endemikus (csak egy bizonyos helyen előforduló). Az elmúlt évtizedben, Kínában időszakos pestisesetekről számoltak be” – áll a nyilatkozatban.
A WHO szerint a bubópestis a betegség leggyakoribb típusa, állatról emberre terjed, elsősorban bolhacsípés vagy a fertőzött állat csontjaival illetve belsőségeivel való közvetlen érintkezés útján. A lappangási időszak 1-7 nap, a betegség nehezen terjed emberről emberre. „Tanúi vagyunk ezen betegség kitörésének Kínában, figyelemmel kísérjük mind a kínai, mind a mongol hatóságokkal együttműködve. Jelenleg nem tartjuk nagy kockázatnak, de figyelemmel kísérjük a helyzetet… Hatékony az antibiotikumos kezelés a pestis baktériumok ellen, tehát az időben történő diagnosztizálás és a korai kezelés a tünetek megjelenése utáni első 24 órában életet menthet” – hangsúlyozta a WHO.
