Több eljárást indítottak az elmúlt időszakban Elon Musk közösségi média platformja, az X ellen. Az indoklás szerint ugyanis az megsértette az uniós jogokat a félretájékoztatást, a gyűlöletbeszédre, és az illegális tartalmakra vonatkozóan.
Jogsértési eljárást indítottak vállalata, az X ellen, mivel az megsértette az új digitális szolgáltatásokról szóló törvényt (DSA) − írja a The Guardian.
Az augusztusban hatályba léptetett törvény most megfoszthatja a vállaltot globális bevételének 6 százalékától, vagy teljesen kitilthatja Európából, ha bizonyíthatóvá válik, hogy valóban megsértette azt.
