Az orosz hadművelet során megteremtették a Krím-félsziget és a Donyec-medence szárazföldi összeköttetését – közölte hétfőn reggel Georgij Muradov, az Oroszország által 2014-ben elcsatolt Krím miniszterelnök-helyettese.
A Ria Novosztyi orosz hírügynökségnek nyilatkozva a politikus elmondta, hogy az orosz csapatok ellenőrzése alá került a Krímből Mariupolba vezető autóút.
Az ukrán hatóságok egyelőre nem erősítették meg ezt az értesülést.
Muradov szerint az útvonal segíthet a részben a szakadárok kezén lévő donyecki régió humanitárius ellátásában. A dpa német hírügynökség mindemellett felidézte, hogy ukrán jelentések szerint orosz csapatok vasárnap elállták egy humanitárius konvoj útját az általuk ostromlott Mariupol kikötővárosába.
Megfigyelők abból indulnak ki, hogy az orosz hadművelet egyik célja szárazföldi folyosó megteremtése az Oroszországgal határos, kelet-ukrajnai, egyedül Moszkva által elismert donyecki és luhanszki szakadár „népköztársaságok” és a Krím félsziget között.
