Újabb légicsapást intézett iráni célpontok ellen az amerikai hadsereg szombaton, válaszul egy, a Hormuzi-szoros térségében közlekedő kereskedelmi hajót ért támadásra.
Az amerikai hadsereg Középső Parancsnokságának (CENTCOM) bejelentése szerint a célpontok között voltak az iráni felderítő infrastruktúra elemei, kommunikációs rendszerek, légvédelmi létesítmények, drónraktárak és aknák elhelyezésére szolgáló eszközök.
A közel-keleti térségért felelős katonai irányítási törzs washingtoni idő szerint az esti órákban megjelent közleményében a kereskedelmi hajózás ellen folytatódó iráni agresszióval indokolta a közvetlen válaszcsapást.
Előzőleg a panamai zászló alatt, Kiku néven hajózó olajtankert találta el egy Iránból indított drón. A kereskedelmi hajó 2 millió hordó nyersolajat szállított – derül ki a CENTCOM bejelentéséből.
Amerikai tisztségviselők ezzel egy időben arról számoltak be, hogy a szombaton végrehajtott légicsapás erőteljesebb volt, mint a hasonló célú pénteki amerikai művelet.
Közölték, hogy a célpontok között olyan légvédelmi állások is voltak, amelyeket az április 7-én hivatalosan életbe lépett tűzszünet idején az iráni hadvezetés újratelepített.
Az Irán közelében állomásozó amerikai egységek pénteken ugyancsak egy kereskedelmi hajó ellen indított iráni dróntámadásra reagáltak katonai erővel, amikor hat vadászrepülőgép 4 célpontot támadott Irán déli, főként partvidéki részén.

Izrael több mint 500 célpontra mért csapást az éjszaka folyamán a Gázai övezetben – közölte az izraeli hadsereg hétfő reggel.
Az izraeli katonaság szóvivője tudatta, hogy az övezet közelében még 7-8 helyen folynak harcok, négy hadosztályt vezényeltek az ország déli részébe, és a tervezettnél tovább tart a biztonság helyreállítása. Beszámolt arról is, hogy a Hamász iszlamista fegyveresei közül páran továbbra is képesek bejutni Izraelbe.
A közszolgálati rádió híradása szerint hétfő reggelig nem sikerült elzárni a határkerítésen található réseket, s ezeken a nyílásokon folyamatosan utánpótláshoz jutnak az izraeli területen harcoló iszlamisták.
Emellett támadó alagutat fedeztek fel Kfar Aza és Beri kibuc területén, ahol szintén beszivároghattak az izraeli civileket lemészároló és az övezetbe elhurcoló terroristák.
A hadsereg egységei a katonai szóvivő szerint több száz gázai célpontot támadtak, másfél óránként indítják a fokozatosan egyre erősebb légitámadásokat a Hamász Gázai övezetben található célpontjai ellen.
Az izraeli haditengerészet is folyamatosan lő a tenger felől izraeli területre tartó fegyveres csoportokra. Ők elfogták Ali Ralit, a Hamász tengeri egységének vezetőjét.
A rádió jelentése szerint szombat reggel egyidőben nyolcvan helyen törte át a határt a térfigyelő rendszer felrobbantása után mintegy 800–1000 palesztin fegyveres. A hadsereg reggeli közleménye szerint a leghevesebb harcok Beri kibucban zajlanak, ahol hetven terrorista hatolt be a településre, akik túszokkal elbarikádozták magukat.
Emellett összecsapások zajlanak Nirim kibucban, Nahal Óz, Nir Óz kibucban, ahol házanként haladtak a terroristák, feldúlták és felgyújtották az épületeket, s megölték és elhurcolták az ott élőket.
Tűzharc dúl az izraeli kommandósokkal Alumim, Gevim, Holit és Kfar Aza kibucban. A lakosság egy részét már kimenekítették, többeket tűzharc közepette, de vannak helyek, ahol az állandó tűzharc miatt még mindig a bunkerszobákban vannak bezárkózva szombat reggel óta.
A hadsereg célja a háború harmadik napján a Gázai övezet határkerítésének teljes helyreállítása, hogy ne érkezhessenek a terroristák utánpótlását biztosító egységek, valamint az izraeli területen lévő fegyveres csoportok felszámolása.

Dróncsapást hajtott végre vasárnap Kabulban Az Egyesült Államok – közölték illetékesek.
A nevük elhallgatását kérő illetékesek elmondták, hogy a katonai csapás az Iszlám Állam feltételezett harcosai ellen irányult. A légicsapást pilóta nélküli repülő szerkezettel hajtották végre, és az utórobbanások arról tanúskodnak, hogy a jármű nagy mennyiségű robbanószert szállított – hangoztatták az illetékesek.
Az afgán fővárosban szemtanúk arról számoltak be, hogy a kabuli repülőtér közelében robbanás hallatszott, amelyet valószínűleg egy házba csapódó rakéta okozott. Tálib illetékesek is azt közölték, hogy a Kabulban végrehajtott amerikai katonai csapás öngyilkos merénylő gépkocsija ellen irányult, aki támadást akart intézni a kabuli nemzetközi repülőtér ellen az amerikai katonai kivonulás közepette.
Egyelőre kevés részlet ismert az incidensről, csakúgy, mint arról a rakétabecsapódásról, amely a repülőtértől északnyugatra fekvő egyik lakónegyedben történt és megölt egy gyermeket. A két rakétacsapás különálló támadás lehetett.
A vasárnapi amerikai légicsapás immár a második azt, amióta az Iszlám Állam-Horaszán Tartomány nevű terrorszervezet több mint száz emberéletet – közöttük tizenhárom amerikai katonáét – követelő öngyilkos merényletet hajtott végre csütörtökön a kabuli repülőtérnél.
Az amerikai Középső Parancsnokság megerősítette a dróncsapás hírét, közleményében tudatta, hogy polgári áldozatokról egyelőre nincsenek jelentések, de vizsgálatot folytatnak az ügyben.
„Éberek maradunk a lehetséges jövőbeli fenyegetéssel szemben” – olvasható a közleményben. „Nagyon valószínű”, hogy újabb merényletet követnek el a következő 24-36 órában a kabuli repülőtér ellen – figyelmeztetett szombaton Joe Biden amerikai elnök, aki hozzátette, hogy az Iszlám Állam terrorszervezet két fegyveresének életét kioltó amerikai légicsapás nem az utolsó volt.
