A Föld felkelése (Les Soulevements de la Terre) elnevezésű egyesület szombaton késő este a Twitter-bejegyzésben vitatta az említett számadatot, és azt állította, hogy valójában 50 tüntető sebesült meg, hatan közülük kórházba is kerültek.
Tisztviselők elmondása szerint a határellenőrzések során négyszáz tárgyat, késeket és kalapácsokat találtak, a biztonsági szolgálatok által ismert 96 embert pedig visszaküldtek Olaszországba.
