A jelentés szerint a miniszter elmondta: „A rendvédelmi szervek már több mint 2000 ügyet adtak át nekünk (a megkérdőjelezhető fogyatékosságról – a szerk.). Csaknem ezret már mérlegeltünk, 188 ember rokkantságát már töröltük, 388-at pedig szakértői intézetünkbe küldtünk felülvizsgálatra. Ez azt mutatja, hogy előbb-utóbb minden kiderül.”
2024 őszét a korrupció jellemezte az orvosi és szociális szakértői bizottságokban (MSZEK). Mindenekelőtt Tetyana Krupa, az MSZEK Hmelnickij megyei központjának vezetője volt érintett a csalásokban a fiktív diagnózisokat illetően. A házkutatások során közel 6 millió dollárt találtak nála különböző pénznemekben.
Ez az epizód leleplezési hullámot váltott ki. Mint kiderült, Krupa mintegy ötven helyi ügyész II. kategóriás rokkantságát hagyta jóvá. Ennek fényében a Legfőbb Ügyészség országszerte nyomozást indított visszaélések miatt. Ismertté vált, hogy Ukrajnában minden huszadik ügyész rokkanttá nyilváníttatta magát.

A tudósítás szerint Ljasko elmondta: „A járvány kezdete óta 5 544 000 COVID-19-es esetet regisztráltak Ukrajnában. 112 268 halálos esetet regisztráltak, köztük 89 volt a gyermek. Az ukrán egészségügyi dolgozók közül 154 394-en betegedtek meg, és 1256-an haltak meg COVID-19 diagnózissal – tette hozzá.
Az egészségügyi miniszter azt is elmondta, hogy a vakcinázás kezdete óta az ukránok 35 409 256 oltást kaptak COVID ellen. Egy adagot 16 millió 339 ezren, két adagot 15 millió 484 ezren vettek fel – emlékeztetett Viktor Ljasko.

„Sajnos 18 civil egészségügyi dolgozó vesztette életét szakmai feladatai ellátása közben, 56-an súlyosan megsérültek” – írta a miniszter.
Ljasko hozzátette: 884 egészségügyi intézmény rongálódott meg, 123-at teljesen leromboltak a megszállók. Ezenkívül az orosz hadsereg 87 mentőautót semmisített meg és 241-et eltulajdonított. Az egészségügyi tárca vezetője közölte, augusztus 1-jén Oroszország ismét támadást mért Mikolajiv városára, melynek során megsemmisült a városi kórház. Szerencsére sem a személyzet, sem a betegek nem sérültek meg.

Ukrajnában jelenleg razziákkal igyekeznek kiszűrni a hamis covid oltási és PCR-tesztelési igazolványokat a Belügyminisztérium, Nemzeti Gárda és az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) munkatársai, a kormány a hamisítók büntetésének szigorítását tervezi – jelentette ki Viktor Ljasko egészségügyi miniszter egy televíziós műsorban, adta hírül kedden az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a tárcavezető az ICTV televízió hétfő esti politikai talkshowjában elmondta, hogy amennyiben a hamis igazolványok kiszűrésére kezdett razziák során egészségügyi dolgozó akad fenn a rostán, az nem számíthat az Egészségügyi Minisztérium semminemű támogatására. „Ilyen dolognak nincs helye, pláne akkor, amikor mindannyian a koronavírus leküzdésén dolgozunk. Nem szabad diszkreditálni a fertőzés-megelőzésre indított oltási kampányt még ezzel is” – hangsúlyozta.
Ljasko kiemelte, hogy a kormány a következő ülésén fogja vizsgálni azt a módosítástervezetet a büntetőtörvénykönyvhöz, amelyet a Legfelső Tanácsnak nyújt majd be, és amely elfogadása külön cikkelyben állapítja majd meg a covid oltási bizonylatok hamisításáért kiszabható büntetést, hogy „egyszer és mindenkorra véget vessünk ezeknek az üzelmeknek”. Mint jelezte, a hamis oltási igazolvánnyal veszélybe sodorhatja magát a megvásárlója, mert egyfelől könnyen intenzív kórházi osztályra kerülhet, másfelől a hamis papírjával diszkreditálja az oltási kampányt.

Az Ukrán Egészségügyi Minisztérium szerint Ukrajnában a Covid-19-es koronavírus-járvány tetőfoka körülbelül április 14–15-én lesz.
Viktor Ljasko ukrán egészségügyiminiszter-helyettes, országos tisztifőorvos elmondása szerint ekkor fognak a páciensek tömegesen jelentkezni az egészségügyi intézményeknél. „Ez számos negatív, többek között halálos következménnyel járhat” – közölte.
Arra kérte az ukrán állampolgárokat, hogy tudatosan gondoskodjanak egészségük megőrzéséről és tartsák be a karanténi intézkedéseket.
