Több millió dollár, több százezer euró és hrivnya értékben foglaltak le készpénzt februárban az ukrán korrupcióellenes hatóságok. Bár még nem merült fel az érintettsége, az ukrán sajtó szerint is valószínűtlen, hogy Vitalij Klicsko nem tudott a korrupciós hálózatról.
Hat millió dollár, hatszázezer euró és nyolcszázezer hrivnya készpénzt talált bevásárlózacskókba és kartondobozokba rejtve a kijevi városházán az ukrán Korrupcióellenes Ügyészség (NABU) és az Országos Korrupcióellenes Iroda (SAPO) február 6-án – írja a Mandiner.
Február elején egy nagyszabású vizsgálat részeként tartottak házkutatást a kijevi városházán az ukrán korrupcióellenes hatóságok, a nyomozók a földhivatal irodáiban bukkantak a nagy mennyiségű készpénzre. Az ügyészség szerint a lefoglalt vagyon egy korrupciós hálózathoz köthető, amely Kijev legértékesebb építési területeit vette célba.
A politikai pártokon átívelő korrupciós hálózat a főváros legértékesebb építési telkeit játszotta át oligarcháknak, miközben képviselők, hivatalnokok és tisztviselők egy csoportja mesés vagyonra tett szert – írja a Mandiner, amely a lap által hivatkozott Korrespondent ukrán hírportál nyomán hozzáteszi,
Ukrajna történetének egyik legnagyobb földmutyiját leplezték le a korrupcióellenes hatóságok.
A rendszer úgy működött, hogy jellemzően üresen álló telkekre jegyeztek be nem létező épületeket, melyek tulajdonjogát oligarchákhoz köthető „intézőkre” ruházták.

Ezeket a személyeket így elővásárlási jog illette meg, és versenyeztetés nélkül megszerezhették a fővárosi ingatlanokat. A kedvezményezettek mindezért cserébe „osztalékot” fizettek a politikusoknak, hivatalnokoknak és tisztviselőknek. Az ilyen módon átjátszott telkek pontos számát egyelőre meghatározni sem lehet.
A botránnyal összefüggésben eddig hét embert vettek őrizetbe (köztük Klicsko egyik helyettesét), valamint további tíz embert gyanúsítottként köröznek.
A körözés alatt álló személyek egyike a kijevi városi tanács egykori helyettese, Denisz Komarnyickij aki meg nem erősített információk szerint Bécsbe menekült a családjával, mielőtt a hatóságok megérkeztek volna a városházára.
A razziára Vitalij Klicsko, Kijev polgármestere is reagált a közösségi médiában, együttműködéséről biztosította a bűnüldöző szerveket, valamint ígéretet tett minden szükséges dokumentum átadására.
Az ökölvívó bajnokból lett polgármester érintettsége egyelőre nem merült fel, az ukrán sajtó arról is írt, Klicsko helyettesének letartóztatása miatt is valószínűtlennek tartják, hogy a polgármester nem tudott a korrupciós hálózatról.

Oroszország átfogó rakétatámadást hajtott végre Ukrajna ellen hétfő hajnalban. A károk, veszteségek felmérése még zajlik, az ukrán hatóságok eddig öt sérültről tudnak.
A The Guardian híradása szerint a rakéták Ukrajna több régiójából is robbanásokat jelentettek, a csapás két fő célpontja azonban a jelek szerint Kijev és Odessza volt.
Az ukrán fővárost régóta nem érte olyan intenzitású támadás, mint most.
Az ukrán légierő parancsnoka utóbb közölte, hogy Kijevet 35 orosz drón támadta, és mind a 35-öt meg tudták semmisíteni. Az egyik orosz drón megsemmisítéséről videó is készült.
Úgy tudni, hogy a csapásban legalább öt ember megsérült. Vitalij Klicsko polgármester szerint három ember egy robbanásban sérült meg, két másik emberre pedig egy drón roncsdarabjai zuhantak rá. Ezenkívül a kijevi nemzetközi reptérre, valamint egy kétemeletes épületre is is egy-egy drón roncsai zuhantak rá.
Mindeközben Odesszában egy élelmiszer-áruház gyulladt ki a rakétatámadás miatt. Úgy tudni, hogy a várost KH–22-es rakétákkal támadták, ezek gyújthatták fel az épületet is. Ezenkívül robbanásokat jelentettek Herszon és Zaporizzsja régiókból.
Mindeközben az ukrán hadsereg jelentette, hogy az orosz tüzérségi csapások is intenzívebbé váltak Bahmutban.
A The Guardian szerint mindezt az magyarázza, hogy az oroszok keddre, az orosz győzelem napja ünnepére teljesen el akarják foglalni a több mint 9 hónap óta ostromlott várost, amelynek már csak egy kis része maradt az ukránok kezén.

Az ukrán fővárosban Oroszország agressziója következtében egy év alatt 160 helyi lakos vesztette életét, köztük öt gyermek – közölte pénteken Vitalij Klicsko, Kijev polgármestere a Telegramon.
A Moszkva által Ukrajna ellen indított háború kezdetének első évfordulója alkalmából készített összesítésében a városvezető kiemelte még, hogy Kijevben egy év alatt 680 légiriadó volt, és az orosz erők támadásai következtében több mint 700 épület rongálódott meg. Hozzátette, hogy Kijevben több mint 229 000 belső menekültet tartanak nyilván, köztük 40 000 gyermeket.

Az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál kormányzók jelentéseiből készített összefoglalójában azt írta, hogy az elmúlt napban az orosz erők kilenc ukrajnai régiót tartottak tűz alatt, éjszaka rakétatámadást indítottak a Donyeck megyei Kramatorszk és Szvjatohirszk ellen, ahol egy rakéta esett az egyik vállalkozás területére, továbbá 73-szor lőtték Herszon megyét.
Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök videóüzenetében arról tájékoztatott, hogy Herszonban az orosz támadások következtében megsérült egy fővezeték, amely mintegy 600 ház fűtését biztosította, emiatt több mint 40 ezer ember maradt fűtés nélkül.
Az ukrán vezérkar pénteki harctéri helyzetjelentésében arról számolt be, hogy az elmúlt napban az ukrán erők mintegy száz ellenséges támadást vertek vissza öt irányban.
„Az Oroszországi Föderáció már egy éve folytat teljes körű fegyveres agressziót Ukrajna ellen. Most fő erőfeszítéseit a Harkiv megyei Kupjanszk, valamint Donyeck megyében Liman, Bahmut, Avgyijivka és Sahtarszk irányokban történő támadó hadműveletek végrehajtására összpontosítja” – írta a kijevi katonai vezetés. Legfrissebb összesítése szerint eddig hozzávetőleg 146 820 orosz katona halt meg Ukrajnában, közülük az elmúlt napban 970-en. Az ukrán erők csütörtökön megsemmisítettek egyebek mellett 13 orosz harckocsit és 11 tüzérségi rendszert.

Kijev 40%-a áram nélkül maradt, de nem a csütörtök reggeli hatalmas orosz rakétatámadás következtében, hanem mert az energetikai szakemberek a légiriadó alatt biztonsági intézkedéseket alkalmaztak – közölte Vitalij Klicsko fővárosi polgármester a Telegram-csatornáján, adta hírül a korrespondent.net hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Klicsko bejegyzésében azt írta, hogy az orosz agresszorok tizedik nagyszabású rakétatámadása után Kijevben a fogyasztók 40%-a maradt áram nélkül. De mint a polgármester megjegyezte, az áramszünet nem az energetikai infrastruktúra-létesítményeket ért rakétatalálatokkal van összefüggésben, hanem az energetikai szakemberek által a légiriadó során alkalmazott szükséges biztonsági intézkedések miatt.
„Most az áramszolgáltatás helyreállításán dolgoznak az energetikai vállalatok. A város a szokásos módon szolgáltatja a hőt és a vizet. Kivéve azokat a házakat, ahol nincs áramszolgáltatás, amelyektől a kazánok működése függ” – jelezte Vitalij Klicsko.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) munkatársai átkutatták és lefoglalták a Vitalij Klicsko által vezetett kijevi városi katonai közigazgatás helyiségeit. Az ügyben büntetőeljárás indult – számolt be a nyomozóhatóság szombaton.
Az SZBU munkatársai házkutatást tartottak a kijevi városvezetés két osztályán az egyik kijevi parkban lévő üdülőterületekkel való visszaélés és a hatalommal való visszaélés miatt indított előzetes vizsgálat részeként – áll az iroda Telegram-csatornájának közleményében.
A jelentés szerint egy pályázat lebonyolítására vonatkozó dokumentumokat foglaltak le. Az ügynökség úgy tudja, 2015-ben az egyik fővárosi cég szerződést kötött a közigazgatással sportlétesítmények építésére, de a munkálatok csak harmadrészt készültek el, ráadásul a park területével való visszaélés tényét is feljegyezték.
Vizsgálják a tisztviselők részvételét abban, hogy a vállalat miért nem teljesítette a szerződés feltételeit az elmúlt hét évben. Büntetőeljárás indult a hatalommal vagy hivatali helyzettel való visszaélésről szóló cikkely alapján, ami súlyos következményekkel járhat – közölte az ügynökség.
A bejegyzés szerinti a büntetés akár hat évig terjedő szabadságvesztés is lehet.

A jelentés szerint a polgármester arról tájékoztatott, hogy az energia- és vízszolgáltató vállalatok munkatársai egész éjjel dolgoztak. A bal parti városrészben már helyreállt a vízellátás, a jobb parton pedig a nap első felében tervezik a visszakapcsolást – tette hozzá.
„Az ukrán főváros 70%-a még mindig áram nélkül van. Az energetikai szakemberek mindent megtesznek a mielőbbi helyreállítás érdekében. Ez azonban attól függ, hogy sikerül-e helyreállítani az egyensúlyt Ukrajna energiarendszerében” – mutatott rá Vitalij Klicsko.
Kirilo Timosenko, az Elnöki Hivatal helyettes vezetője szerda este azt közölte, hogy Kijevet már visszakapcsolták az elektromos hálózatba. Szerinte azonban először a kritikus infrastruktúra létesítményeibe adnak áramot, a háztartási fogyasztók csak ezután következnek majd.
Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök szerda eseti vidoüzenetében azt mondta, hogy Kijevben már csütörtökön a nap első felében megjelenhet az áram.

Legyünk viszont őszinték: ellenségeink mindent megtesznek annak érdekében, hogy a város hő, áram, víz nélkül maradjon, és általában azért, hogy mi mindannyian meghaljunk. Felhívta a kijevieket, gondoskodjanak arról, hogy legyen otthon ivóvízkészletük, feltöltött akkumulátoruk, némi élelem és meleg ruha.
A polgármester emlékeztetett arra, hogy mintegy ezer melegedőpont telepítését tervezik Kijevben, de megjegyezte, hogy ez nem elég egy hárommilliós városnak.
Az Ukrenerho állami energiaszolgáltató vállalat sajtószolgálatának közlése szerint vasárnap a fővárosban, valamint hét régióban, azaz Kijev, Csenyihiv, Cserkaszi, Zsitomir, Szumi, Harkiv és Poltava megyékben lesz időszakos korlátozás, azaz néhány órán át szünetelni fog az áramszolgáltatás.

A kijevi hatóságok nem zárják ki, hogy a főváros víz, áram és kommunikáció nélkül maradhat a megszállók légicsapásai miatt – jelentette ki Vitalij Klicsko kijevi polgármester szombat esti televíziós műsorban, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Klicsko az ukrán televízió non-stop háborús adásának nyilatkozva elmondta: „mindent megteszünk, hogy ez (a teljes áramszünet – a szerk.) ne forduljon elő. De legyünk őszinték, ellenségeink mindent megtesznek azért, hogy a város hő-, villany- és vízellátás nélkül maradjon, és mindannyian meghaljunk. Nem zárható ki, különböző forgatókönyvekkel számolunk, hogy átvészeljük és felkészüljünk.”
A polgármester szerint a fővárosban már nagy mennyiségű üzemanyag-, generátor-, élelmiszer- és ivóvízkészletet készítettek elő. Melegedőhelyeket is felszereltek, és ezzel párhuzamosan várható, hogy az egészségügyi intézmények tovább dolgoznak – tette hozzá. „Készen állunk a különféle forgatókönyvekre, nem adjuk fel” – foglalta össze Vitalij Klicsko.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy a kijevi polgármester bejelentette, november 4-én reggel 450 000 lakás maradt áram nélkül az ukrán fővárosban.

Kijev Darnica és Dnyeprovszk kerületeiben található vasúti létesítményekre mértek öt cirkálórakétával csapást vasárnap kora reggel az orosz csapatok, a támadásban egy személy megsebesült – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál Vitalij Klicsko kijevi polgármesterre hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Klicsko közölte, hogy nincs halálos áldozata az infrastrukturális létesítmények elleni rakétatámadásoknak. Egy személyt sérülésekkel kórházba szállítottak – tette hozzá. Azt is jelezte, hogy a helyszíneken a szakszolgálatok munkatársai dolgoznak a károk felszámolásán.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy Kijevben június 5-én reggel több erős robbanás történt Darnica és a Dnyiprovszk kerületekben. Ezen kívül Igor Szapozsko, Brovari város polgármestere azt közölte, hogy reggel 6 óra körül az ellenség a Kijev melletti Brovari településtársulás közvetlen közelében lévő területeket támadott rakétákkal.
