Задран Халід, речник поліції Кабула, повідомив, що вибуховий пристрій, захований у мікроавтобусі, здетонував, унаслідок чого загинув водій.
ISKP – група терористичної організації «Ісламська держава», яка діє переважно в Афганістані.
Терористи повідомили про напад у Telegram, додавши, що вибух стався на контрольно-пропускному пункті талібів.
Хоча громадська безпека в Афганістані після приходу до влади талібів у 2021-му дещо покращилася, за останні роки в країні сталося кілька нападів «Ісламської держави». Терористи в основному нападали на сили безпеки «Талібану» та шиїтську меншину, яку джихадисти вважають єретичною.
