Китайський Сіньцзян бореться з найсуворішими похолоданнями за останні шість десятиліть. Про це повідомляє Reuters.
За даними агентства, у вкрай Західному регіоні Китаю температура побила 64-річний рекорд, знизившись до позначки -52,3°С. Ця цифра мало не дотягла до найнижчої температури по країні – мінус 53°С, яку зафіксували в січні минулого року.
Як повідомляється, глибокі заморозки ускладнили поїздки по країні. Через хуртовини і крижаного дощу мандрівники затримуються на залізних і автомобільних дорогах.
За кілька днів холоду і снігу тільки на Алтаї постраждало 853 км доріг. Це спонукало дорожні органи відправити 47 транспортних засобів та 86 рятувальників для прибирання снігу. У постраждалих від морозу регіонах також закрили безліч доріг.
Тим часом синоптики підняли попередження про заморозки в Китаї до другого за величиною рівня, при цьому по всій країні очікується різке зниження температури, яке триватиме до четверга.
