З початку цього року в Словаччині на підставі урядових дозволів було застрелено 27 бурих ведмедів, які становили загрозу життю і здоровʼю людей.
Про це словацьке Міністерство охорони довкілля сказало в коментарі TASR, повідомляє „Європейська правда”.
В уряді Словаччини сказали, що всього з початку року видали 37 дозволів щодо 159 ведмедів.
„На підставі виданих дозволів було ліквідовано 27 особин бурого ведмедя в районах (міст. – Ред.) Банська-Бистриця, Ліптовський Мікулаш, Детва, Кежмарок і Зволен”, – додали там.
Міністерство довкілля Словаччини уточнило, що всього з початку року зафіксувало смерть 79 ведмедів, враховуючи застрелених.
Відомство також готове видавати дозволи для продажу м’яса ведмедів на підставі заявок та відповідно до чинного законодавства.
У Словаччині зростає кількість випадків контактів між людьми й ведмедями, зокрема зі смертельними наслідками. За цим показником країна поступається лише Румунії.
У період з 2000 по 2020 рік у Словаччині було зафіксовано 54 напади ведмедів, а середня річна кількість нападів наразі зросла до 10.
Бурі ведмеді суворо охороняються директивами ЄС і можуть бути вбиті лише у виняткових випадках, таких як загроза громадській безпеці, коли немає інших альтернатив.
За минулий рік у Словаччині було декілька випадків нападів ведмедів на людей, зокрема й зі смертельними наслідками. А в березні цього року чоловік сокирою відбився від ведмедиці, що напала на нього.
Парламент Словаччини раніше схвалив зміни до законодавства, щоб спростити відстріл ведмедів.

У Кременчуці Полтавської області чоловік з травматичної зброї здійснив постріл та поранив у ногу військовослужбовця РТЦК. Поліція зброю вилучила. Слідчо-оперативна група з’ясовує обставини події.

Як зазначається, 19 березня близько 07:00 години під час патрулювання міста Кременчук наряд патрульної поліції та військовослужбовці РТЦК побачили підозрілого перехожого. При спробі перевірити документи, чоловік здійснив постріл у бік військового, спричинивши йому поранення ноги.
„Патрульні поліцейські затримали чоловіка. Пораненому військовому медики надали допомогу. На щастя, обійшлося без госпіталізації”, – йдеться у повідомленні.
Слідчо-оперативна група поліції, яка прибула на виклик, встановила, що правопорушником є місцевий мешканець 1977 року народження. Травматична зброя вилучена. Обставини та причини події з’ясовує слідство. Вирішується питання щодо правової кваліфікації події.

Закарпатський прикордонник застрелив чоловіка, який намагався втекти за кордон. Військового затримали.
Повідомили у пресслужбі Державного бюро розслідувань.
Інцидент стався 15 травня. Того дня близько 19:00 військовослужбовці прикордонного загону помітили чоловіка, який прямував у бік кордону з Румунією. На вимогу прикордонників той не зупинився і почав тікати.
Правоохоронці розповідають, що під час переслідування втікача військові зробили кілька попереджувальних пострілів із табельної зброї. Пізніше чоловіка знайшли з кульовим пораненням голови. Загиблим виявився 39-річний уродженець Дніпра. При собі він мав туристичне спорядження та закордонний паспорт.
Правоохоронці допитали охоронців кордону, вилучили речі загиблого та зброю.
«Одного з прикордонників було затримано, йому готують підозру за ч. 3 ст. 365 КК України (перевищення влади або службових повноважень працівником правоохоронного органу)», – додають у повідомленні.

Паризькі поліцейські вранці у суботу застрелили під час затримання чоловіка, озброєного сікачем, який їм погрожував.
Про це повідомляє AFP.
Згідно з версією, озвученою правоохоронцями, надійшлов виклик про дивакуватого чоловіка на трамвайній зупинці – у традиційному арабському вбранні, із записником з арабським текстом та сікачем для м’яса у руці.
Коли четверо патрульних прибули на місце, чоловік відмовився випускати з рук сікач і з ним пішов у напрямку правоохоронців.
По ньому відкрили попереджувальний вогонь, вистріливши близько 20 разів, але чоловіка це не зупинило. Спершу, стверджує поліця, спробували застосувати електрошокер.
Чоловік виявився вихідцем з Судану 1984 року народження і до цього не потрапляв у поле зору правоохоронців.
За фактом подій відкрили два розслідування – щодо поведінки суданця та реакції поліції.

Радіоведучий Хуан Джумалон, відомий слухачам, як діджей Джонні Вокер, був застрелений на півдні Філіппін під час прямого ефіру, повідомила поліція.
Президент країни Фердинанд Маркос засудив убивство радіожурналіста, інформує BBC.
З моменту вступу Маркоса на посаду (червень 2022 року) в країні було вбито чотирьох журналістів.
«Цей злочин викликає ще більше осуду, оскільки він стався у власному будинку Джумалона, де працювала радіостанція», – заявила місцева профспілка.
Коли вбивця ввійшов до студії, облаштованої в помешканні ведучого, той був у ранковому прямому ефірі на Facebook.
Місцеві ЗМІ з посиланням на джерела в поліції, повідомили, що нападник попросив дозволу, щоб потрапити на студію, мовляв, хоче «заявити щось важливе в ефірі». До лікарні ведучого відвезла дружина, але медикам довелося лише констатувати його смерть.
Правоохоронці заявили, що їм не відомо про погрози вбивством на адресу чоловіка в минулому.
За даними організації Freedom House, Філіппіни є одним із найнебезпечніших місць у світі для журналістів.

11-річна дівчинка була застрелена під час гри в саду своєї сім’ї в селі Сен-Ербо, Франція.
У суботу ввечері сім’я готувала барбекю, але раптом в їхньому будинку в селі Сен-Ербо, Бретань, почалася стрілянина, – пише BBC.
Її батьки, Адріан і Рейчел Торнтон, також отримали поранення і перебувають у лікарні.
Батько отримав серйозні травми, повідомляють місцеві ЗМІ.
Маленька дівчинка та її восьмирічна сестра гралися на гойдалці у дворі, поки їхні батьки готували барбекю, і саме в цей час сусід вистрілив у них із рушниці через огорожу.
Молодша донька тоді побігла по допомогу до сусіднього будинку. Вона, як повідомляється, все ще перебуває в шоці від того, що сталося.
Підозрюваний, 71-річний громадянин Нідерландів, після інциденту нібито зачинився у своєму будинку і намагався вбити себе, але не зміг і зрештою здався поліції. Літній чоловік та його дружина були заарештовані.
Місцеві жителі кажуть, що злочинець – чоловік-відлюдник, який деякий час конфліктував із сусідньою родиною через ділянку землі, що знаходиться поруч із цими двома будинками.

У середу, 10 серпня, у аеропорту Парижа „Шарль-де-Голль” пролунали постріли. Про це повідомляє Le Figaro.
Інцидент стався близько о 9:30 за київським часом. В терміналі 2F правоохоронці застрілили чоловіка з ножем, який нібито агресивно поводився.
Проявивши холоднокровність, співробітники поліції нейтралізували вчора вранці в аеропорту Шарль-де-Голль загрозливу людину зі зброєю.
Зазначається, що чоловік деякий час турбував охоронців, після чого останні викликали на допомогу прикордонну поліцію. Загиблий став поводитись більш агресивно, погрожуючи їм ножем.
За словами фотографа видання AFP, перед пострілом правоохоронці зробили декілька попереджень чоловікові, однак він продовжив направлятися з ножем у їх бік.
