A férfi lángba borult öltözetét a közelben tartózkodó járókelők oltották el, az általuk riasztott tűzoltók elsősegélyt nyújtottak a sérültnek – közölte Katarzyna Cislo, a Kis-lengyelországi vajdaság rendőrségi szóvivője.

Felgyújtotta magát egy férfi pénteken a New York-i bíróság előtt, ahol Donald Trump volt amerikai elnök büntetőpere zajlik.
Médiaértesülések szerint a férfi folyadékkal leöntötte és felgyújtotta magát a bíróság előtti Collect Pond parkban, ahol a korábbi elnök hívei és ellenfelei gyűltek össze. A helyszínen tartózkodó emberek segítségért kiáltottak és maguk is megpróbálták eloltani az égő embert, akit végül a rendőrök mentettek meg. A lángok eloltása után a férfit kórházba szállították.
Az önégetés indoka egyelőre ismeretlen, és a férfi állapotáról sem tudni semmit.

Belehalt égési sérüléseibe az a 62 éves ukrán férfi, aki a múlt héten felgyújtotta magát Lengyelországban, a krakkói ukrán konzulátus előtt – közölte hétfő este Edita Przybylska, a krakkói Ludwik Rydiger szakkórház sajtószóvivője, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál az RMF FM lengyel rádióállomásra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a szóvivő elmondta: „A Malopolska Égési és Plasztikai Központ szakembereinek erőfeszítései ellenére ma délután meghalt az a beteg, akit április 13-án súlyos állapotban szállítottak a Ludwik Rydiger kórházba az ukrán konzulátus előtti önégetés után.” A férfi állapota kezdettől fogva válságos volt – tette hozzá Edita Przybylska.
Mint ahogyan arról korábban beszámoltunk, egy 1960-as születésű, 62 éves férfi sorban állás közben felgyújtotta magát Ukrajna krakkói főkonzulátusán április 13-án délelőtt. Szemtanúk elmondása szerint a férfi ukránul azt kiabálta, hogy vissza kell térni Ukrajnába, és meg kell védeni az országot az oroszoktól.
Az esettel kapcsolatban a krakkói kerületi ügyészség eljárást indított. A nyomozók célja, hogy kiderítsék, fennállt-e a veszélye annak, hogy több ember életét vagy egészségét veszélyeztette, akik sorban álltak, hogy beléphessenek az épületbe.

Tel-Avivban felgyújtotta magát szombat éjjel egy izraeli tüntető a romló szociális helyzet miatt, az egy éve kezdődött széleskörű tüntetések évfordulóján.
A rendőrség szóvivője szerint a negyvenes éveiben járó férfi egy felvonuláson gyúlékony folyadékot öntött magára, és meggyújtotta. A 10-es tévécsatornán látni lehetett az égő embert, akit a körülötte lévők ruhadarabokkal és vízzel próbáltak meg eloltani. Az illetőt kórházba szállították, állapota súlyos.
Az önkéntes áldozat egy levelet hagyott hátra, amelyben azt írta, hogy „az izraeli állam meglopta őt, és emiatt semmije sem maradt”. Név szerint azzal vádolta meg Benjámin Netanjahu kormányfőt és Juval Steinic pénzügyminisztert, hogy „elvesznek a szegénytől és a gazdagoknak adnak”. Az eset pontosabb háttere még nem ismeretes.

Izraelben nagyon ritka az önégetés. 2005-ben egy tiltakozó nő halt meg így, amikor az izraeli megszálló erők kivonultak a Gázai övezetből, és több ezer telepest kényszerűen magukkal vittek.
A társadalom gazdasági helyzetének romlása, a drágaság miatt tavaly nyáron tiltakozó mozgalom kezdődött az országban. Az évfordulón nem sikerült ismét nagy tömegeket mozgósítani: a várt százezrek helyett a legnagyobb felvonuláson is csak mintegy 7 ezren vettek részt Tel-Avivban.

Felgyújtotta magát egy ismeretlen férfi csütörtök délután az Elnöki Hivatalban Kijevben, a lángokat az épület őrsége gyorsan eloltotta, és az illetőt őrizetbe vette – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál kijevi rendvédelmi forrásra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az ismeretlen az Elnöki Hivatal épületében gyúlékony folyadékkal öntötte le, majd felgyújtotta magát. Az ott ügyeletet tartó rendőrök tűzoltó készülékekkel gyorsan eloltották a lángokat. A férfit őrizetbe vették és átadták a nyomozóknak, akik kihallgatták. Tettének okáról egyelőre semmit nem közöltek.
Mint hírportálunk is beszámolt róla, a mostani eset előtt legutóbb 2020. február 26-án gyújtotta fel magát egy férfi az Elnöki Hivatal épülete előtt az egészségügyi reform elleni tüntetésen. A lángra kapott ruházatát a társai gyorsan eloltották.
