A fogvatartott eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gi \u00e1llapota miatt nem tudott r\u00e9szt venni a t\u00e1rgyal\u00e1son. A b\u00edr\u00f3 nem tett eleget az ind\u00edtv\u00e1nynak. A per sor\u00e1n a v\u00e9delem az Emp\u00e1tia K\u00f6zpont Szaakasvili eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gi \u00e1llapot\u00e1r\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 orvosi v\u00e9lem\u00e9ny csatol\u00e1s\u00e1t k\u00e9rte az \u00fcgyh\u00f6z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Szaakasvilit november 19-\u00e9n sz\u00e1ll\u00edtott\u00e1k \u00e1t a b\u00f6rt\u00f6nk\u00f3rh\u00e1zb\u00f3l egy katonai k\u00f3rh\u00e1zba. Ezt k\u00f6vet\u0151en Gr\u00fazia volt eln\u00f6ke abbahagyta az \u00e9hs\u00e9gsztr\u00e1jkot. Szaakasvili okt\u00f3berben t\u00e9rt vissza Gr\u00fazi\u00e1ba.
