Felmentette a kémkedés vádja alól egy svéd bíróság csütörtökön Szergej Szkvorcovot, akit azzal vádoltak meg, hogy 2013 és 2022 között olyan bizalmas adatokat szivárogtatott ki az orosz katonai hírszerzésnek, amelyek biztonsági fenyegetést jelentettek Svédországra és az Egyesült Államokra.
A bíróság indoklása szerint nem tudták bizonyítani a legfontosabb kérdést, azt, hogy az orosz–svéd kettős állampolgárságú vádlott tevékenysége kimerítette volna a kémkedés fogalmát.
A vád szerint Szkvorcov cégét Oroszország platformként használta arra, hogy törvénytelen módon, a szankciókat megkerülve nyugati technológiákhoz jusson hozzá azzal a céllal, hogy erősítse katonai képességeit. A stockholmi kerületi bíróság közleményében az állt, hogy Szkvorcov nagyrészt valóban azt a tevékenységet végezte, amelyet az ügyészség a vádiratban megfogalmazott, de azt nem találták bizonyítottnak, hogy ez kémkedésnek minősült volna.

A svéd hadsereg hamarosan segíteni fogja a rendőrség munkáját a skandináv országot sújtó példátlan bűnözési hullám felszámolásában – jelentette be pénteken Ulf Kristersson svéd miniszterelnök.
A kormányfő hozzátette: a kabinet jövő csütörtökön terjeszti be javaslatait a fegyveres erők és a rendőrség együttműködésének módjáról.
A fegyveres erők és a rendőrség vezetőivel tartott egyeztetést követően Kristersson azt mondta, „a rendőrség nem képes egyedül elvégezni az összes feladatot”.
Megjegyezte továbbá, hogy a svéd hadsereg, amely az ukrajnai háború miatt már most is készenlétet lát el, a hatályos törvényi kereteken belül leginkább bombákkal kapcsolatos szaktudással, helikopteres logisztikával és elemzésekkel támogathatná a rendőrök munkáját.
Noha Anders Thornberg országos rendőrfőkapitány korábbi, a nap folyamán tett nyilatkozatában leszögezte, hogy a fegyveres erők nem „közvetlenül” vesznek részt a rendvédelmi feladatok ellátásában, a hadsereg bármiféle bevonása a bűnüldözésbe nagyon szokatlan lépésnek minősül Svédországban, ahol csak szeptemberben 12 ember esett áldozatul az alvilági szervezetek háborújának.
Tavaly több mint 60 ember halt meg lövöldözésekben, ami az eddigi legmagasabb adat Svédországban. Az idei év hasonlónak vagy még rosszabbnak ígérkezik az eddigi adatokat tekintve.
A svéd kormányfő szerint szigorítani kell a törvényeket a szociálisan hátrányos helyzetű, a bevándorlónegyedekben élő tizenévesek bűnbandákba való beszervezésének megelőzése érdekében.

Mint előzőleg írtuk, szeptemberben példa nélküli, véres leszámoláshullám zajlott a Svédországban. A The Guardian hangsúlyozza: 2016 óta soha nem volt annyi lövöldözés egy hónap alatt, mint idén szeptemberben.
A hónapban ugyanis 11 lövöldözéses tragédia történt, a legutóbbiak egészen frissek: szerdán is két halálos áldozatot követelő robbantás rázta meg a helyieket.
A portál információi szerint szerdán egy 18 éves férfi halt meg kora este Stockholm délnyugati külvárosában, Mälarhöjdenben, egy forgalmas sportpályán, ahol gyerekek és fiatalok edzettek. Ezt követően éjfél körül egy másik embert is agyonlőttek Jordbro településen.
Az erőszakhullám csütörtökön is folytatódott, amikor bombarobbanás miatt meghalt egy 25 éves nő az Uppsala melletti Storvreta településen. Az öt házat megrongáló robbanást a rendőrség gyilkosságként kezeli. A svéd média szerint valószínűleg nem a meghalt nő volt a célpont.
A svéd rendőrség közölte, őrizetbe vettek három embert a jordbrói lövöldözésben való bűnrészesség gyanújával, kettőt pedig az uppsalai robbantás miatt.
A helyi rendőrségi szóvivője elmondta, a nyomozók lázasan dolgoznak az erőszakos cselekmények kivizsgálásán és megállításán. „Nem mulatságos ezekre a hírekre ébredni reggel” – mondta Magnus Jansson Klarin az SVT műsorszolgáltatónak.
A rendőrségnek fontos, hogy folytassuk a munkát. Mindent megteszünk annak érdekében, hogy megakadályozzuk az ehhez hasonló, katasztrofális következményekkel járó eseményeket – tette hozzá.
Svédország évek óta küzd a fegyverek és a kábítószer-kereskedelem miatt harcoló bandák közötti konfliktusok visszaszorításával. Úgy gondolják, hogy a lövöldözések fő célpontjai a bűnözői hálózatok egyes tagjai.

Két nagy erejű robbanás történt Svédországban hétfőn késő este és kedd reggel, lakásokat rongált meg a detonáció és legalább három ember megsérült. A robbanás hátterében bandaháború állhat.
Hétfőn késő este Stockholm egyik külvárosában, Hasselbyben történt robbanás, kedden reggel pedig a fővárostól délnyugatra található Linköpinget rázta meg egy hatalmas detonáció, mely egy háromszintes épület homlokzatát is leszakította.
A hatóságok egyelőre nem közölték, hogy a robbantások kapcsolatban álltak-e egymással. Az Expressen című lap viszont úgy értesült, hogy mindkét robbantás összefüggésben áll a bűnbandák között zajló háborúval, amely egyre nagyobb probléma Svédországban.
A lap szerint most két rivális banda csapott össze, egyiket egy svéd-török kettős állampolgár vezeti, aki egykori helyettesével harcok a befolyásért.
A rendőrség közölte, hogy az érintett linköpingi városrész lakóit egy közeli sportlétesítménybe evakuálták, Hasselbyben pedig három embert szállítottak kórházba, az állapotuk egyelőre nem ismert. A robbantásokkal kapcsolatban senkit sem tartóztattak le.
Svédországban évek óta tart a fegyver- és kábítószer-kereskedelem uralmáért folyó bandaháború. A bűnbandák közötti összetűzések egyre nagyobb problémát jelentenek: megnőtt az autóból lőfegyverrel elkövetett, a pokolgépes és a kézigránátos támadások száma is. Ebben az évben eddig 261 lövöldözés történt, ezekben 36 ember vesztette életét és 73 sebesült meg.
Szeptember elején egy Stockholm melletti erdőben egy 13 éves fiút találtak, akivel fejlövés végzett. Lisa dos Santos svéd ügyész a halálesetet a „bűnbandák közötti kíméletlen erőszak” dermesztő példájának nevezte.

Földcsuszamlás miatt beszakadt egy autópálya szombat hajnalban Svédország délnyugati részén, három embert könnyebb sérülésekkel kórházba kellett vinni – közölte a svéd rendőrség.
A szerencsétlenség a Göteborgot Oslóval összekötő autópályán történt, az ország nyugati partvidékén, mintegy 50 kilométerre északra a svéd nagyvárostól.
A földcsuszamlás egy 700 méter hosszú és 200 méter széles területet érint, a legsúlyosabb a helyzet egy 150 méter széles és 100 méter hosszú területen – tudatta közleményben a göteborgi mentőszolgálat.
Közölték azt is, hogy a tűzoltók több embert kimentettek az autójukból, és helikopteres mentésre is szükség volt. A TT svéd hírügynökség híradása szerint több autó és teherautó a földcsuszamlás miatt keletkezett gödrökbe zuhant.
A mentők nem zárják ki további földcsuszamlások lehetőségét a környéken, a területet pedig kutyákkal vizsgálják át.

Újabb emberéletet követelt Svédországban a bandaháború, a stockholmi rendőrség vasárnapra virradóra számolt be arról, hogy lelőttek egy férfit a főváros nyugati Racksta negyedében.
A 40-50 év körüli férfi gyilkosait körözik, a bűncselekménynek több szemtanúja is volt.
A sajtó az incidenst habozás nélkül a bandáknak tulajdonította, bár a hatóságok a tett hátteréről egyelőre nem tettek közzé információkat.
Az utóbbi egy hétben többeket is meggyilkoltak Stockholmban és a tőle északra fekvő Uppsalában. Szakértők szerint leszámolás folyik a bűnbandák között. Legutóbb még „a kurd róka” néven ismert bűnöző apósának lakására is lövéseket adtak le.
Svédországban évek óta tart a fegyver- és kábítószer-kereskedelem uralmáért folyó bandaháború.
A svéd rendőrség adatai szerint 2022-ben 391 lőfegyveres összetűzést jegyeztek fel, ebből 62 volt halálos, míg egy évvel korábban 45 embert lőttek le. Ezen felül tavaly 90 robbantást és 101 robbantási kísérletet jegyeztek fel. Az idén augusztus 15-éig már 109 robbantásos merényletet regisztráltak az országban.

A Guardian jelentése szerint a svéd rendőrség számolt be arról, hogy egyetlen óra leforgása alatt négy robbanás rázta meg a svéd városokat, miközben az ország a bandák által elkövetett erőszak visszaszorításával küzd.
A hatóságok közlése szerint helyi idő szerint nem sokkal hajnali 1 óra után a göteborgi rendőrség két robbanásról kapott bejelentést, melyek 10 perc különbséggel történtek különböző címeken.
A rendőrség közleményében megosztotta:
„Mindkét helyszínt lezárták, és a műszaki vizsgálat folyamatban van. Személyi sérülésről nem érkezett jelentés, csak anyagi kárról.”
A közleményben megjegyezték, a helyszínre hívták a nemzeti tűzszerészeket is. Alig egy órával később újabb két robbanást jelentettek percek különbséggel: az egyiket a Stockholmtól délre fekvő Norsborg külvárosában, a másikat pedig a fővárostól mintegy 100 kilométerre délre fekvő Nyköpingben.
A rendőrség szerint nem történt személyi sérülés, és mind a négy robbanás lakóépületekben történt. A göteborgi rendőrség az Agence France-Presse-nek nyilatkozva kiemelte, túl korai lenne találgatni a városban történt két robbantás indítékát.

Molotov-koktélt dobtak Svédország bejrúti nagykövetségének épületére, az elkövető elmenekült, az incidensben senki nem sérült meg – közölték svéd diplomáciai források csütörtökön.
A tájékoztatás szerint a gyúlékony anyag végül nem lángolt fel, így az éjszaka folyamán elkövetett támadás nyomán nem keletkezett kár.
Tobias Billström svéd külügyminiszter elmondta, Stockholm az ügyet nagyon komolyan veszi, a svéd külügyminisztérium kapcsolatba lépett a kirendeltségen dolgozókkal. Egyúttal felhívta a libanoni hatóságok figyelmét, hogy kötelességük megvédeni a diplomáciai kirendeltségeket.
Több iszlám ország neheztel Stockholmra, amiért a skandináv országban iszlámellenes aktivisták az utóbbi hónapokban meggyalázták a Korán több példányát.
Libanonban a Hezbollah síita milícia vezetője, Haszan Naszrallah több tüntetést is szervezett tiltakozásul.
Július végén Svédország bejrúti nagykövete, Ann Dismorr elutazott Libanonból, és bár hangsúlyozta, hogy ezt egy már korábban tervezett szabadsága miatt teszi, a libanoni hatóságok arra kérték, hosszabbítsa meg nyári terveit.
