Ukrán szakértők esetleges jelenlétéről a baleset helyszínén, illetve a nyomozásban való részvételükről Mariusz Blaszczak lengyel kormányfőhelyettes, nemzetvédelmi miniszter a lengyel közszolgálati rádióban nyilatkozott. Megerősítette: az ukrán fél kérte, hogy részt vehessen az eljárásban.
Megvan a jóváhagyás, de mivel nyomozás folyik, be kell tartani a vonatkozó előírásokat. Ez azt jelenti, hogy az ukrán szakértők számára lehetővé teszik a terepszemlét – magyarázta Blaszczak.
Péntekre virradóan Jacek Siewiera, a lengyel államfői hivatal Nemzetbiztonsági Irodájának (BBN) főnöke a TVN24 kereskedelmi hírtévének elmondta: a lengyel ügyészség által folytatott nyomozásba az ügyben érdekelt külföldi partner jogsegélykérelem kapcsán – vagyis kétoldalú szerződés alapján –, vagy a lengyel főügyész által létrehozandó nemzetközi csoport keretében kapcsolódhat be.
Jogsegélykérelmet az ukrán fél eddig nem nyújtott be, a nemzetközi csoportról pedig egyeztetnek – közölte Siewiera, továbbá azt is megerősítette, hogy szerdán az ukrán felet diplomáciai jegyzékben tájékoztatták arról, hogy az ukrán közigazgatás képviselőit beengedik az esemény helyszínére.
Megerősítette azt is, hogy a helyszínen amerikai szakértők is dolgoznak.
Az ukrán határ közelében fekvő Przewodówban a 80-as években a Szovjetunióban gyártott SZ-300-as légvédelmi rakéta csapódhatott be egy gabonaszárítóba, melynek következtében két ember életét vesztette.

Befejezték az Északi Áramlat 1 szivárgása miatt indított adatgyűjtést a Balti-tenger Svédország kizárólagos gazdasági övezetéhez tartozó részén – tájékoztatott a svájci Zugban bejegyzett Nord Stream AG. A kárhelyszíni vizsgálat előzetes eredményei szerint a vezeték mentén keletkezett két technogén – nem természetes módon létrejött – kráter a tengerfenéken, egymástól mintegy 248 méterre helyezkedik el. Ezek mélysége 3 és 5 méter közötti.
A kráterek közötti csőszakasz megsemmisült, a darabjainak szétszóródási sugara legkevesebb 250 méter – áll a közleményben.
A Nord Stream AG közleménye egybevág a német sajtójelentésekkel, amelyek szerint a német haditengerészet ugyancsak azt állapította meg, hogy mély kráter keletkezett, ami hatalmas erejű robbantásra utal. Ugyanakkor a német kormány ismeretei alapján szándékos szabotázsnak minősülő ügy nemcsak az Északi Áramlat 1-et érintette, hanem az Északi Áramlat 2 vezetékrendszert is. Az nem a Nord Stream AG, hanem a 100 százalékban a Gazprom tulajdonában álló, ugyancsak Zugban bejegyzett Nord Stream 2 AG-hoz tartozik.
Az Északi Áramlat 2 üzembe helyezését célzó hivatalos németországi eljárást a szövetségi kormány február 22-én állította le, válaszul arra, hogy Moszkva a nemzetközi jog előírásaival ellentétben elismerte a kelet-ukrajnai oroszbarát szakadár területek függetlenségét. Moszkva így csak az Északi Áramlat 1-en szállított földgázt, amelynek a mennyiségét az Ukrajna ellen indított háborújának februári kezdete óta jelentősen csökkentette, majd augusztus végén teljesen leállította. Így 2022 szeptembere volt az első olyan hónap 1972 óta, amikor nem érkezett Németországba földgáz közvetlenül Oroszországból.
Az ukrajnai háború előtt Németország a földgázfelhasználásának bő 50 százalékát fedezte orosz importból.
A szövetségi kormány legutóbbi adatai szerint júniusig 26 százalékra csökkent ez az arány, és Norvégia vette át a legnagyobb szállító szerepét 27 százalékos hányaddal.
A Nord Stream AG szeptember 27-én jelentette be, hogy az azt megelőző nap példátlan károkat szenvedett az Északi Áramlat és az Északi Áramlat 2 tengeri gázvezeték három vezetékszála. Svéd szeizmológusok szeptember 26-án két robbanást észleltek a csővezetékek útvonalán. Az orosz főügyészség nemzetközi terrorcselekmény címén indított nyomozást a csővezetékek megrongálódása után.
Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnök hétfő éjjel közölte, hogy a Gazprom vizsgálatának eredményei azt bizonyítják, hogy nyilvánvalóan terrorcselekmény történt.

Nyomozást indított a rendőrség Anders Fogh Rasmussen volt NATO-főtitkár ellen a lett PNB Banka bank csődjében játszott szerepe miatt.
A lett hatóságok szerint Rasmussen ellen, aki a PNB igazgatótanácsának elnökhelyettese volt, vizsgálat indult. A vizsgálat más korábbi vezetőkre is kiterjed − írta meg a Politico.
A csődgondnok szerint a vádlottak felelőtlenül jártak el, amikor nagy összegű ügyleteket engedélyeztek biztosíték nélkül, aminek következtében mintegy 140 millió eurónyi hiány keletkezett a bank eszközeiben.
A hatóságok nem kommentálták az ügyet, mivel a vizsgálat még folyamatban van. A vádakat nemrégiben Dániában elutasították, amikor az ügyet a bank dán ügyvédje sikertelenül próbálta az ország legfelsőbb bírósága elé vinni.
Rasmussen 2001 és 2009 között Dánia miniszterelnöke volt, mielőtt a transzatlanti katonai szervezetet vezette. Ukrajnában vizsgálat indult az Antonov An-225 Mrija óriás szállító repülőgép február 27-i megsemmisülése körülményeinek feltárására – közölte az Ukrinform helyi tisztviselőkre hivatkozva.
Az ukrán főügyészség és az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) azt vizsgálja, hogy a figyelmeztetések ellenére miért nem sikerült időben biztonságba helyezni a gépet – idézte a dpa pénteken az ukrán média közlését.
A történtek jogilag hivatali kötelességszegésnek, sőt külföldi katonai hatalommal való együttműködésnek minősülnek – írták ukrán médiaforrások. Arról nem adtak tájékoztatást, hogy ki a hibás.
Az Antonov An-225-ös, a világ legnehezebb teherszállító repülőgépe, az ukrán fővárostól északnyugatra fekvő Hosztomel repülőterén parkolt. Dmitro Antonov, a gép főpilótája elmondta: a legénységnek az volt a szándéka, hogy a gépet február 24-én, a drámai hajnali órákban, amikor az orosz támadás megkezdődött, kimenekítse. A hajtóműveket beindították, de nem kaptak felszállási parancsot.
A harcok Hosztomel körül több napig tartottak, mígnem az ukrán csapatokat szétverték a támadó orosz ejtőernyősök. A repülőgépet február 27-én megsemmisítették.
Mivel a gépet nem sikerült megmenteni, március végén elbocsátották az állami Antonov repülőgépgyártó vállalat vezérigazgatóját, Szerhij Bicskovot.
Az egyedülálló teherszállító repülőgép a világ számos repülőterének vendége volt. Szárnyfesztávolsága 88,4 méter, maximális felszállósúlya pedig 640 tonna volt. Összehasonlításképpen: egy teljesen megrakott amerikai Boeing 747-es, becenevén Jumbo Jet, a világ egyik legismertebb széles törzsű repülőgépének maximális felszállósúlya 447 tonna.

A német szövetségi ügyészség nyomozást indított az Északi Áramlat gázvezetékszálain történt szabotázs ügyében – közölte hétfőn a testület.
A nemzetbiztonsági ügyek felderítésében illetékes ügyészség közleményében hangsúlyozta, elégséges bizonyíték áll rendelkezésre arról, hogy legalább két robbanás történt, és a nyomozás célja a tettesek azonosítása, valamint motivációjuk felderítése.
Fennáll a gyanú, hogy az ismeretlen tettesek szándékosan idézték elő az alkotmányellenes, szabotázsnak minősülő robbantásokat, amelyek Németország külső és belső biztonságát egyaránt veszélyeztetik – áll a közleményben.
A német ügyészségi vizsgálat egy Svédországban már megindított vizsgálat mellett folytatják le. Múlt héten a svéd főügyész, valamint a svéd és a dán kormány illetékesei is megerősítették, hogy több, a helyszínen talált bizonyítékot lefoglaltak.
A gyanú szerint a szabotázs elkövetői több száz kilogrammnyi robbanóanyagot használhattak fel a robbantásokhoz. A robbanások több lyukat ütöttek a vezetékeken, amelyekből jelentős mennyiségű metán távozott a tengeren át a levegőbe.
A Balti-tenger alatti robbanások a múlt hónapban rongálták meg az Északi Áramlat-1 vezetéket, amely fő útvonalát képezte az Európába irányuló orosz gázszállításoknak. Megrongálódott az Északi Áramlat-2 vezeték is, amelyet viszont nem is állítottak üzembe azután, hogy az ukrajnai orosz invázió miatt Németország felfüggesztette a vezeték hitelesítési eljárását.
Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnök azzal vádolta meg a Nyugatot, hogy ők támadták meg a vezetékeket, de az Egyesült Államok és szövetségesei ezt tagadták.
Vasárnap a német hatóságok azt közölték, hogy az eset kivizsgálására két hajót küldtek a robbantások helyszínére.

Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnök pénteken azzal vádolta meg a Nyugatot, hogy szabotázst követett el az Oroszország által épített, a Balti-tenger alatt futó, Németországban véget érő földgázvezetékek ellen, amely vádat az Egyesült Államok és szövetségesei határozottan visszautasították.
Múlt héten a svéd és dán partok közelében, nemzetközi vizeken felszín alatti robbantások rongálták meg a vezetékeket, ami hatalmas metángázömlést idézett elő. A dán és a svéd kormány szerint több száz kilogramm robbanóanyagot használhattak fel a robbantásokhoz.
Jimmie Adamsson százados, a svéd haditengerészet egyik szóvivője az AP-nek kifejtette: a svéd tengeralattjáró-mentőhajót a svéd partok közelében lévő sérüléshez küldték, és a hajó a munkát irányító svéd parti őrséget segíti.
Egyelőre nem világos, hogy le tudnak-e merülni a vezetékhez akár búvárok, akár tengeralattjáró segítségével. A várható rossz időjárás tovább nehezíti a helyszíni munkát. A svéd parti őrség szerint Amfitrite nevű hajójuk is a helyszínen tartózkodik, és a térség tengeri hajóforgalmát ellenőrzi.
A hétvégén a dán hatóságok bejelentették, hogy megszűnt az Északi Áramlat 1 és 2 vezetékek szivárgása. Ugyanakkor a svéd parti őrség szerint egyik repülőgépük azt jelentette, hogy az Északi Áramlat 2 kisebb szivárgása valamelyest ismét erősebbé vált, a gáz most mintegy 30 méter átmérőjű körben tör a felszínre, és beletelhet némi időbe, míg teljesen leáll.
A parti őrség nem adott magyarázatot arra, hogy a gázömlés miért erősödött, ugyanakkor megerősítették, hogy az Észak Áramlat 1 vezeték szivárgása megszűnt. A dán hatóságok a balti-tengeri Bornholm szigetétől keletre lévő két szivárgást ellenőrzik az Északi Áramlat 1 és 2 felett az Absalon nevű fregattal és a Gunnar Thorson nevű környezetvédelmi hajóval. A dán légierő egy helikopterrel vesz részt a misszióban.
Svédországban a főügyészség és a svéd titkosszolgálatok vezetik a nyomozást, míg Dániában a koppenhágai rendőrség végzi a vizsgálatot, szoros együttműködésben a dán országos rendőrséggel, a dán rendőrségi hírszerzési szolgálattal és a dán energiaügyi hatóságokkal.
Közös nemzetközi nyomozócsoport felállítását is tervezik, többek között Dánia, Németország és Svédország illetékes hatóságainak részvételével. Az amerikai–orosz vádaskodások később az ENSZ Biztonsági Tanácsának rendkívüli ülésén is folytatódtak, melyet Moszkva hívott össze a gázvezetékek elleni támadások miatt.
Mindeközben norvég kutatók közzétettek egy olyan digitális térképet, amely szerint a sérült gázvezetékekből egy hatalmas metángázfelhő sodródik a skandináv térség fölé.

Több száz kilónyi TNT-nek megfelelő tenger alatti robbanások idézték elő az Északi Áramlat-1 és az Északi-Áramlat-2 gázvezetékek balti-tengeri szakaszán bekövetkezett négy szivárgást – áll a Svédország és Dánia által az ENSZ-nek pénteken benyújtott hivatalos jelentésben.
A robbanások magnitúdóját a Richter-skála szerinti 2,3, illetve 2,1 fokozatúnak mérték, ami feltehetően több száz kilónyi robbanószernek felel meg – áll a két skandináv országnak az ENSZ Biztonsági Tanácsához küldött jelentésében. A testület pénteken tart ülést a kérdésről Oroszország kérésére.
Valamennyi rendelkezésre álló információ azt jelzi, hogy ezek a robbanások szándékos cselekedet következményei – írta a két kormány az ENSZ főtitkárához intézett levélben. Esetleges felelőst azonban nem neveznek meg.
A szivárgásokat hétfőn észlelték nemzetközi vizeken Bornholm dán szigettől keletre, két szivárgás Svédországhoz, a másik kettő pedig Dániához tartozó kizárólagos gazdasági övezetekben történt. Bár a feltételezett rongálások idején egyik csővezeték (Északi Áramlat-1 és 2) sem volt használatban, mindkettő fel volt töltve gázzal, amely most a Balti-tengerbe ömlik.
A repülőgépek és a hajók azóta sem közelíthetik meg a helyszínek öt tengeri mérföldes körzetét. A jelentés szerint várhatóan vasárnapra sikerül megszüntetni az Északi-Áramlat-1 szivárgásait.
A dán energiahivatal pénteken közölte: az Északi Áramlat-2-t üzemeltető cég tájékoztatása szerint várhatóan szombaton szüntetik meg a szivárgást ezen a gázvezetéken.
A robbanásokat követően hatalmas mennyiségű metángáz került a levegőbe, amely az egész légtérben szétterjed idővel. A hatóságok négy szivárgást azonosítottak az Északi Áramlat két vezetékén, több kormány is azt állította, hogy a robbanások szándékos szabotázsakciók lehettek. Dánia becslései szerint a csövek vasárnapra kiürülnek. A metán a földgáz fő alkotórésze, kisebb mennyiségben a kőolajban is fellelhető, szerves anyagok rothadásakor keletkezik.

A Nemzetközi Vöröskereszt bizottsága még nem jutott be az ukrán hadifoglyok halálának helyszínére a megszállt olenyivkai kolónián, de igyekszik eljutni oda – jelentette be Robert Mardini, a Nemzetközi Vöröskereszt vezérigazgatója egy kijevi sajtótájékoztatón.
„Egy hónap telt el az olenyivkai kolónia elleni felháborító támadás óta. Az aktív titkos tárgyalások ellenére nem kaptunk hozzáférést a támadás során megsérült hadifoglyokhoz, és nem rendelkezünk a látogatáshoz szükséges biztonsági garanciákkal sem. Nagy erőfeszítéseket teszünk, hogy ez megváltozzon” – mondta Mardini.
Elmondása szerint tudja, hogy az embereknek kérdéseik vannak a Nemzetközi Vöröskereszt ukrajnai szerepével kapcsán, és szükségesnek tartja elmagyarázni, hogy „szervezetként mit tehetünk és mit nem”. Mardini többek között megjegyezte, hogy a Nemzetközi Vöröskereszt nem kötelezhet senkit a hadifoglyokkal való bánásmódról szóló harmadik genfi egyezmény rendelkezéseinek betartására ebben vagy bármely más fegyveres konfliktusban.
„Ezért a felek felelősek, különösen egy nemzetközi fegyveres konfliktus körülményei között. Akár tetszik, akár nem, a harcoló feleknek kötelességük betartani azokat a normákat, amelyekben megállapodtak. Humanitárius szervezetként a Nemzetközi Vöröskereszt nem tudja cselekvésre kényszeríteni a kormányokat vagy a fegyveres erőket. Nincsenek fegyvereink. Nem vagyunk politikusok” – mondta a szervezet főigazgatója.

A megyei ügyészség nyomozást indított a Kárpátalját ért légitámadás kapcsán.
A nyomozás során kiderült, hogy az orosz hadsereg cirkálórakétával mért támadást egy infrastrukturális objektumra a Volóci kistérség területén. 500 méteres körzetben kitörtek a házak és lakások ablakai, kár keletkezett a tetőszerkezetekben – ezek értékét még vizsgálják a szakértők. Ezenkívül meghibásodott a gázvezeték is, melynek következtében több mint 50 lakóház maradt gázszolgáltatás nélkül. Szerencsére a történteknek nincsenek sérültjei és áldozatai.
A nyomozást az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) kárpátaljai kirendeltsége végzi. A hírt a megyei ügyészség közölte.
