Másfél éves szabadságvesztésre ítélt a varsói kerületi bíróság egy lengyel férfit, aki együtt akart működni a fehérorosz hírszerzéssel – jelentette kedden a lengyel közszolgálati hírtelevízió (TVP Info).
Karol Borchólski, a lengyel állami ügyészség sajtóosztályának munkatársa a hírtévével közölte: a vád lőszerek engedély nélküli birtoklására is vonatkozott.
Borchólski nem tett említést arról, az ítélet jogerős-e.
Az elítélt Grzegorz M.-t a lengyel belbiztonsági ügynökség (ABW) 2021 októberében tartóztatta le.
A férfit a fehérorosz titkosszolgálat, a KDB javára folytatott kémkedéssel gyanúsították meg. A TVP Info akkor közölte: Grzegorz M. maga kereste a kapcsolatot a fehérorosz hírszerzéssel. 2020 szeptemberében a nyugat-fehéroroszországi Grodno (Hrodna) városában a KDB irodájában jelentkezett, felajánlva az együttműködést.
Kémkedési terveit és lengyelországi kapcsolatait Grzegorz M. később egy lengyel ABW-tiszt előtt fedte fel, aki a KDB munkatársaként mutatkozott be neki.
Grzegorz M. éveken át a lengyel rendvédelmi erőknél dolgozott. A szocializmus idején, 1981-től (a lengyelországi hadiállapot évétől) tagja volt a különleges belügyi alakulatoknak (ZOMO), ezt követően a népi milíciánál, vagyis a Lengyel Népköztársaság rendőrségénél szolgált, később, egészen 1999-ig pedig a rendőrségnél. 2001-ben nyugalmazták, akkor a lengyel határőrség főtörzsőrmestere volt.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) munkatársai Voliny megyében egy több régióból verbuválódott bűnbandára csaptak le, amelynek tagjai helikopterrel napi 30 ezer dollár értékben csempésztek cigarettát Lengyelországba – adta hírül a korrespondent.net hírportál csütörtökön az SZBU sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a nagyszabású csempésztevékenység szervezői az egyik kelet-ukrajnai megyében egy Robinson R-44 típusú helikoptert szereztek be. A légi járművet a bűnözők 2021 áprilisára alakították át csempészésre alkalmassá. A helikopter alacsonyan szállva repült át a határon, hogy a határőrök radarja ne észlelhesse. A gépet a csempészek álcázott hangárban tartották.
A bűnözőket Kovel közelében vették őrizetbe, amikor újabb 15,2 ezer doboz ukrán gyártmányú cigarettából álló szállítmányt készültek átdobni a határon. A csempészeknél a hatóság a helikopteren kívül egy kisbuszt is lefoglalt közel 85 ezer USD összértékben.

Lengyelországban az A4-es autópályán ideiglenesen lezárták a kijáratot a kasicei személyszállítási pontig, ahol március 6-án és 22-én két ukrán autóbusz lezuhant, ami az utasok halálához és sebesüléseihez vezetett – közölte Shimon Pechowiak, a Nemzeti Utak és Autópályák Főigazgatóságának szóvivője az Ukrinform újságírójának.
„A kasicei személyszállítási pont bezárt, hogy a speciális bizottság dönthessen arról, hogyan lehetne javítani a biztonságot ezen az útszakaszon” – mondta Pechowiak. Egyben kihangsúlyozta, hogy mindkét buszbaleset után a szakbizottságok megvizsgálták a tragédia helyszínét, a közúti infrastruktúra kapcsán nem találtak problémát. Ugyanakkor „Kasice” személyszállítási pont jelenlegi leállításának célja annak meghatározása, hogy lehet-e ezen a helyen még valamit tenni a hasonló tragédiák megelőzése érdekében.
Pechowiak elmondása szerint, hogy mennyi ideig tanulmányozza a bizottság a kérdést, és mikor működik újra a kasicei személyszállítási pont, egyelőre nem ismeretes.

Varsó mellett Lódz-ban, Krakkóban, Gdyniában, Gliwicében és számos más városban is utcákra vonultak a lengyelek vasárnap, a fővárosban összecsapások is zajlottak a rendőrökkel.
A beteg magzatok művi vetélését tiltó alkotmánybírósági döntés ellen tüntettek vasárnap több lengyel városban, köztük Varsóban a feminista mozgalom hívei; a fővárosi tiltakozáshoz a koronavírus-járvány kapcsán elrendelt szigorításokat elutasító vállalkozók is csatlakoztak.
A néhány ezer embert összegyűjtő varsói tiltakozás résztvevői az egyik belvárosi tértől haladtak a lengyel kormánypárt elnökének, Jaroslaw Kaczynski kormányfőhelyettesnek a Zoliborz negyedben álló háza felé. A tüntetők több csoportban, az útjukat eltorlaszoló rendőrségi kordonokat megkerülve meneteltek, abortuszpárti és kormányellenes jelszavakat skandálva. Az akciót végül a szervezők felhívására befejezték. A rendőrség figyelmeztette a tiltakozókat, hogy a járvány miatt gyülekezési tilalom van érvényben. Több tüntetőt őrizetbe vettek, egyeseket igazoltattak, pénzbírságokat szabtak ki. A tiltakozók egy csoportja összecsapott a rendőrökkel. Kisebb-nagyobb részvételű feminista tüntetéseket Lengyelországban október 22-e óta szerveznek. Aznap az alkotmánybíróság a lengyel alaptörvénnyel meg nem egyezőnek minősítette azt az előírást, amely lehetővé teszi a terhesség mesterséges megszakítását, amennyiben az orvos valószínűsíti, hogy a gyermek súlyos egészségkárosodással fog világra jönni. Az egyelőre nem hatályos alkotmánybírósági döntés elleni tüntetések egy idő után kormányellenessé váltak, a feminista körökhöz más társadalmi csoportok is csatlakoztak. Így a vasárnapi tiltakozáson a járványintézkedések által érintett vállalkozók, köztük a górálok (hegyvidékek lakosai) is részt vettek. A lengyelországi hegyekben az idén egészségügyi szabályok betartása mellett üzemelhetnek a sípályák, de zárva tartanak a szállodák, ezért a helyi lakosok jelentős bevételkiesésre számítanak a téli idényben.
Vasárnapra virradó éjjel lengyel gazdák is tiltakoztak, meglehetősen erőteljes eszközökkel a PiS elnökének, Jaroslaw Kaczynskinak a háza előtt. A feldühödött gazdák tojások százait, több mázsa egyéb zöldséget, valamint egy disznótetemet is elhelyeztek a politikus otthonánál.
A termelők elégedetlenek a kormány koronaválság alatti intézkedéseivel, szerintük azok elégtelenek a lengyel mezőgazdasági kisvállalkozók, dolgozók megsegítésére.
A vasárnapi tüntetést az 1981-es hadiállapot meghirdetésének 39. évfordulóján szervezték. A több tucat ember halálával és tízezrek internálásával járó hadiállapotot december 13-án hirdette ki az akkori lengyel kommunista miniszterelnök és egyben pártfőtitkár, Wojciech Jaruzelski tábornok. Az üldözések, internálások a Szolidaritás független szakszervezetet felszámolását, a kommunista rendszer megőrzését célozták. Hagyományosan a hadiállapot áldozatairól a lengyelek közül sokan este a lakásaik ablakaiban meggyújtott gyertyákkal emlékeznek meg. Jaroslaw Kaczynski a vasárnapi feminista tüntetéssel egyidőben megkoszorúzta a Szolidaritás papjának nevezett, a kommunista állambiztonság által 1984-ben meggyilkolt Jerzy Popieluszko atya sírját. Mateusz Morawiecki Facebook-bejegyzésében megemlékezett a tavaly elhunyt édesapjáról, a Harcoló Szolidaritás radikális antikommunista szervezet alapítójáról, felidézve: Kornel Morawiecki az 1981-es hadiállapot bevezetése után évekig bujdosott, fia részvételével is földalatti tevékenységet folytatott a kommunista rezsim ellen.

Lengyelország kezd felülkerekedni a koronavírus-járványon, a foganatosított intézkedések a várt hatást hozzák, csökken a fertőzések száma – jelentette ki hétfőn Mateusz Morawiecki lengyel kormányfő. Facebook-oldalán a miniszterelnök jó információnak minősítette, hogy a hétfői statisztikák megerősítették a fertőzöttségi adatok csökkenését.
Az egészségügyi tárca szerint hétfőre 5733 új fertőzést mutattak ki, amely a legalacsonyabb esetszám október 13. óta. Egyúttal kevesebb vírustesztet is végeztek az előző napokhoz képest. Múlt hét közepétől 15 ezer körül volt az újonnan azonosított fertőzések napi növekménye.
Napok óta a legalacsonyabb volt a hétfőn közölt halálozási adat is – 121 beteg hunyt el, közülük kifejezetten a Covid-19 miatt 21-en, a többieknél a koronavírus okozta betegség és más kórok együttes meglétét jelölték meg a halál okaként. A kórházakban továbbra is viszonylag sok, több mint 21 ezer vírusfertőzöttet kezelnek, közülük 2118-an szorulnak lélegeztetőgépre.
Morawiecki úgy értékelte bejegyzésében: a járványügyi intézkedések „a várt hatást hozták”. Egyúttal azt kérte, hogy a vakcina megérkezéséig a lengyelek tartsák be az alapvető járványügyi szabályokat, viseljék a szájmaszkot, fertőtlenítsék kezüket, s ügyeljenek a szükséges távolságtartásra.
Lengyelországban november elején új korlátozásokat vezettek be a szórakoztatóipar, a kereskedelem és a vendéglátás területén, emellett digitális oktatást rendeltek el minden iskolában az év végéig. Bár a bevásárlóközpontok szombaton újranyithattak, az éttermek, az edzőtermek, a mozik és a színházak még legalább december 27-ig nem fogadhatnak vendéget.
Adam Niedzielski egészségügyi miniszter hétfőn bejelentette: a karácsonyi ünnepek után a kormány további járványügyi lépésekről dönt.

Újabb járványügyi intézkedéseket jelentett be szerdán Mateusz Morawiecki lengyel kormányfő, köztük a bevásárlóközpontok és a kulturális intézmények bezárását, valamint az alsótagozatos osztályok távoktatásra való áttérését.
A szombattól életbe lépő intézkedések keretében a 100 négyzetméternél kisebb területű boltokban 10 négyeztméterenként egy vásárló tartózkodhat, a 100 négyzetméternél nagyobb üzeletekben 15 négyzetméterre juthat egy személy. Az utóbbi előírás a templomokra is vonatkozik. A szállodák csak a szolgálati céllal utazókat fogadhatják. A bevásárlóközpontokban csupán az élelmiszer-, és illatszerboltok, patikák, állateledelboltok, barkácsáruházak és szolgáltatások üzemelhetnek majd.
Hétfőtől az általános iskolák alsó tagozatai is áttérnek távoktatásra, a hagyományos oktatást már korábban felfüggesztő felsőtagozatos osztályok, valamint középiskolák esetében ez az intézkedés egyelőre november 29-ig marad érvényben.
Morawiecki közölte: elemzések szerint az intézkedések be nem tartása, illetve a múlt heti tüntetések folytatása esetén november végén még ötezerrel magasabb lehet a fertőzések egyébként várható napi növekménye, január végéig ez összességében plusz 600 ezer fertőzést jelenthet az optimista, vagyis a szabályok betartásával számító járványfeljődési görbéhez képest. Annak kapcsán, hogy a járvány előző napokban észlelt lassítása után szerdán rekordmagas, 24 692 esetet számláló napi növekményt jegyeztek, a kormányfő megállapította: ez túl sok ahhoz, hogy a járvány stabilizációjáról lehessen beszélni, a bejelentett szigorításokra éppen ezért van szükség. Amennyiben az új fertőzések napi száma 100 ezer lakosra átszámítva meghaladná a 70-75 esetet, szükség lesz teljes nemzeti karanténra, a kijárási tilalomra – helyezte kilátásba Morawiecki. A szerdai adatok szerint 100 ezer lakosra átszámítva mintegy 65 esetet jegyeztek.
A kormány járványügyi tanácsadója, Andrzej Horban professzor a sajtóértekezleten elmondta: normálisan működő egészségügyi rendszer esetén a koronavírus-fertőzések 1-2 százaléka halálos. Amennyiben azonban a megbetegedések száma túllépné a reálisan megvalósítható segítségnyújtás határait, a halálozási arány 10 százalékosra ugorhat fel.
Morawiecki bejelentette a szigorítások sújtotta vállalkozásoknak szánt újabb támogatási csomagot is, ennek keretében többek között újból felfüggesztik a társadalombiztosítási járulékok befizetésének kötelességét, és támogatást nyújtanak a cégeknek a munkahelyek megőrzése érdekében. A kormányfő egyúttal közölte: az idei lengyel költésvetési hiány valószínűleg a néhány héttel ezelőtt vártnál alacsonyabb lesz, s az így keletkezett tartalékot éppen a munkahelyek, a vállalkozók támogatására szánják.

Újabb szégyenletes pontjához érkezett a Varsóban egy hete tomboló baloldali tüntetéssorozat. A tüntetők több emlékművet, sőt, síremlékeket is meggyaláztak, köztük a második világháború során a németek ellen segítséget nyújtó magyar honvédek tiszteletére állított emlékművet is.
Szombaton is folytatódtak a vandál tüntetések Lengyelországban, a szigorított abortusztörvény ellen tiltakozók közül ismét sokan a rombolást választották. Miközben a balliberális média a templomokat védő keresztényekhez csatlakozó fociultrák pofonjairól ír számos cikket, addig az anarchista tombolást mélyen elhallgatja. Pedig vannak videók, hogy késekkel, baseball-ütőkkel, kalapácsokkal indultak demonstrálni a német elvtársaik segítségével megerősített antifák.
Ismét érkeztek képek feldúlt kegyhelyekről, és ezúttal egy magyar vonatkozású emlékművet is elcsúfítottak. Az 1944-es varsói lázadásban tevékenyen résztvevő magyar katonák emlékköve esett áldozatul a szélsőbaloldali vandalizmusnak, amiről fénykép is megjelent a közösségi média különböző felületein.
Összegezve: lengyel anarchisták német antifasisztákkal karöltve gyalázták meg azoknak a magyar katonáknak az emlékművét, akik a náci Németország ellen harcoló lengyel Honi Hadsereget segítették a varsói felkelés idején.

Lengyelországban, Konin város vasúti pályája közelében találtak egy holttestet, kiderült, hogy ukrán állampolgár – számolt be a Polszke Radio. A férfi személyazonosságát a nála lévő dokumentumok alapján határozták meg. Az elhunyt férfi karanténban volt.
„Július 25-én, a Varsó–Berlin vonatjárat fékeinek oltását végezték Golin község önkéntes tűzoltói, amikor a vasúti pályák közelében heverő dokumentumokra lettek figyelmesek. A tűzoltók elmondták, hogy bomlásnak induló test szagát érezték. A holttestet Splave vasútállomás közelében lévő bokrok átkutatása során találták meg” – írja a kiadvány.
A kerületi ügyészség szerint a megtalált maradványok annyira bomlásnak indultak, hogy a boncolás során nem lehetett meghatározni a halál közvetlen okát. Alexandra Maranda, az ügyészség sajtótitkára szerint a szakértő nem zárja ki, hogy a férfi bűncselekmény áldozata lett, de több mint valószínű, hogy a halál oka hypothermia. Maranda hozzátette, hogy a nyomozók a toxikológiai vizsgálatok eredményeire várnak. Hozzátette, a holttest fehérneműt viselt, közelében a ruhájának egy részét, valamint egy utazótáskát találtak. A lengyel média szerint a maradványok közelében talált dokumentumok egy ukrán állampolgárra utalnak, aki július első felében érkeztek az országba. A férfit karanténba helyezték Szamotulszki megye egyik településén, kb. 130 km-re attól a helytől, ahol a maradványokat megtalálták. A rendőrség megerősítette, hogy a férfi négy nappal a holttest megtalálása előtt a karantén helyén volt. A következő ellenőrzés során az ukrán állampolgárt nem találták otthon. Az ügyészség szerint a talált holttestet nem lehetett egyértelműen azonosítani, ezért DNS-tesztet végeznek el.
