Lemondott Josip Dabro, Horvátország mezőgazdasági, erdészeti és halászati minisztere, miután a sajtóban nyilvánosságra került egy videófelvétel, amelyen látható, amint egy mozgó autóból pisztollyal több lövést ad le – számolt be róla szombaton a Jutarnji List című napilap, amely közzétette a felvételt.
A miniszter szombat éjjel közösségi oldalán jelentette be lemondását morális okokra hivatkozva.
Felelős emberként és köztisztviselőként úgy gondolom, hogy személyes helyzetem nem vonhatja el a figyelmet a kormány és a minisztérium kulcsfontosságú prioritásairól, és nem lassíthatja a további reformokat sem, amelyek szükségesek. Ezért teljes meggyőződéssel, hogy ez a legjobb döntés a közjó érdekében, lemondok tisztségemről
– írta Dabro.
A nyilvánosságra került videón az látszik, hogy a miniszter egy mozgásban lévő autó anyósüléséről hangos zene mellett pisztolyból lövéseket ad le, miközben a távolban lakott település látható, majd visszateszi a fegyvert a kesztyűtartóba.
Dabro elismerte a felvétel hitelességét. Mint mondta, vaktöltényeket használt, és saját sportpisztolyával lőtt, amire engedélye van. Azt állította: a felvétel néhány éve készült, amikor még nem volt miniszter és valamit ünnepelt, vélhetően azt, hogy öccse apa lett. A felvétel nyilvánosságra kerülését követően az ellenzéki pártok a miniszter lemondását követelték. A kormány közlése szerint a tárcavezető felelőtlenül viselkedett. Az ügyben a horvát állami ügyészség is nyomozást indított – számolt be a 24.hu.

Elrendelte Eric Dupond-Moretti francia igazságügyi miniszter bíróság elé állítását egy összeférhetetlenségi gyanú miatt a miniszteri rangú politikusok ügyeivel foglalkozó francia köztársasági bíróság (CJR) hétfőn. Ez az első alkalom, hogy hivatalban lévő kormánytag ellen per indulhat. Ügyvédei a semmítőszéken fellebbeznek a döntés ellen.
Az igazságügyi miniszter ellen azért indult másfél évvel ezelőtt nyomozás, mert a 2020 nyári kinevezését követően vizsgálatot indított a pénzügyi visszaéléseket vizsgáló országos ügyészség három vizsgálóbírója ellen, amiért több sztárügyvéd, köztük a jelenlegi tárcavezető híváslistáit is átvizsgálták, amikor megpróbálták azonosítani, hogy ki értesítette Nicolas Sarkozy volt államfőt arról, hogy az egyik ellene folyó vizsgálatban lehallgatják a mobiltelefonját. Az informátort nem tudták azonosítani. Az exelnököt és ügyvédjét azóta egy év letöltendő és két év felfüggesztett börtönbüntetésre ítélték, de mindketten fellebbeztek a döntés ellen.
Eric Dupond-Moretti ellen 2020 januárjában indított eljárást a miniszteri rangú politikusok ügyeivel foglalkozó francia köztársasági bíróság (CJR) a három, általa vizsgálat alá vont vizsgálóbíró és egy korrupcióellenes szervezet, az Anticor kezdeményezésére, akik szerint összeférhetetlen a miniszter vizsgálódása korábbi ügyvédi tevékenységével.
A testület megalapozottnak tartotta a vádakat, ezért elrendelte a pert a tárcavezető ügyében.
„Mint ahogy sajnos arra számítottunk, a pert elrendelte a vizsgálati bizottság. Azonnal fellebbeztünk a semmítőszéknél. Ezzel a rendelet nem létezik többet” – mondta Christophe Ingrain és Rémi Lorrain, a miniszter ügyvédei a CJR döntését követően. A tárcavezető nem volt jelent a döntés kihirdetésekor. Eric Dupond-Moretti korábban jelezte, hogy nem áll szándékában lemondani, szerinte a köztársasági elnök és a miniszterelnök feladata eldönteni, hogy a posztján maradhat-e.

Repülővel szállították az indiai Pandzsáb főminiszterét chandigarhi rezidenciájáról a delhi kórházba, mert rosszul lett két nappal azután, hogy demonstrációs céllal megivott egy nagy pohárral a köztudottan szennyezett Kali Bein vizéből.
Szándéka az volt, hogy ezzel is bebizonyítsa: a folyó vize tiszta, fogyasztásra alkalmas. Nem sikerült neki.
A videó tanúsága szerint is bizonytalan színű víz megivása után közvetlenül még nem voltak panaszai a politikusnak. Indiai források szerint Bhagwant Mann szerdán még nem hagyhatta el a kórházat.

Az Európai Ügyészség által vezetett nyomozás keretében, hűtlen kezelés vádjával előzetes letartóztatásba helyezték csütörtökön Horvátországban Tomislav Tolusic volt mezőgazdasági minisztert – közölte a horvát közszolgálati televízió (HRT).
Az Európai Ügyészség közleménye szerint jelenleg a „bizonyítékok sürgős begyűjtése folyik” a korrupció és szervezett bűnözés elleni horvát nemzeti nyomozóirodával (PNUSKOK) együttműködésben.
A vizsgálat két személy ellen folyik, akit az agrártámogatásokat kifizető horvát ügynökség által kiírt két borászati pályázat kapcsán csalással és hatáskörrel való visszaéléssel vádolnak. Mindkét pályázat az Európai Unió társfinanszírozásával valósult meg – olvasható a közleményben.
A horvát sajtó kiderítette, hogy a másik gyanúsított a mezőgazdasági minisztérium jelenlegi tisztségviselője.
Az Index.hr portál beszámolója szerint mindkét csalást 2020-2022 között követték el. Az első pályázaton 2,5 millió kunát nyert el a volt miniszter úgy, hogy egy másik személy által használt szőlőföldet saját parcellaként, szántóföldként mutatott be. A másik pályázat értéke 4,5 millió kuna volt. A kiírás szerint ennél a pályázatnál ötvenszázalékos önrésszel kellett rendelkezni. A vádak szerint Tolusic hamis dokumentumokkal igazolta, hogy rendelkezik az önrésszel, hogy megkaphassa a vissza nem térítendő támogatás másik felét.
Tolusic 2016–2019 között állt a regionális fejlesztési és mezőgazdasági minisztérium élén. Andrej Plenkovic kormányfő 2019-ben átalakította kormányát: három miniszterétől vált meg, többek között Tolusictól és Gabrijela Zalac regionális fejlesztési és európai uniós források felhasználásáért felelős minisztertől, akit tavaly az Európai Ügyészség vezette nyomozás keretében szintén uniós pénzek hűtlen kezelése miatt vettek őrizetbe. Zalac közel két hónapot töltött vizsgálati fogságban, azóta szabadlábon védekezik.
