Igazoltatás közben a férfiak elmondták, hogy Spanyolországból érkeztek, és Ukrajnába szállítanak humanitárius adományt – írja a konzervatív Valeurs actuelles.
A furgon és a segélyszállítmány átvizsgálásakor a francia rendőrök a 14 golyóálló mellények és az „adományok Ukrajnának” feliratú csomagok között 31 kiló kannabiszt is találtak.
Az adományok között lapuló tételről még nem derült ki, hogy az is az Ukrajnának szánt humanitárius segély része volt-e, vagy a karitatív megmozdulás csak egy jól kiötlött fedőakció volt a marihuána Lengyelországba juttatása céljából.
Az esetről beszámoló Europe1 rádió értesülései szerint a furgon vezetőjét három hete már nyakon csípték a francia vámosok, amikor a lengyel sofőr elfelejtette bejelenteni a nála lévő 16 ezer euró készpénz szállítását.
A francia igazságügyi minisztérium közlése szerint kábítószer-csempészésért akár 10 év börtön és 7,5 millió euró pénzbírság is kiszabható Franciaországban. Bűnszövetkezetben végrehajtott akcióért pedig már 30 év börtönre is számíthatnak az elkövetők.

Egy bejelentés miatt razziáztak a rendőrök hétfőn a külvárosi Erdingtonban, mivel fülest kaptak, hogy egy helyi férfi drogot árul a lakásán. A rajtaütésen a díler úgy próbálta meg eltüntetni a húsz kilónyi kannabiszt, hogy kiszórta a drogot az ablakon, egyenesen a rendőrök elé.
A nevetséges esetet egy bámészkodó a mobiljával rögzítette.
A hatóságok végül egy seprű és egy lapát segítségével begyűjtötték a bizonyítékokat. A zsákmányolt drog fekete piaci értéke meghaladja a 6000 fontot.
A férfit a rendőrök letartóztatták.

Nagy mennyiségű kannabiszt, kengurukat, zebrákat foglaltak le a rendőrök egy Torontó közeli farmon. Az akció során 37 embert tartóztattak le – írja a Fox News.
Házkutatás során három kengurut és két zebrát is találtak a kanadai rendőrök tavaly nyáron egy Torontó közelében kialakított farmon, miközben illegális kannabisz ültetvények után nyomoztak.
A Green Sweep Proejct nevű akció keretében 37 embert tartóztattak le, 150 millió dollárt értékű kannabiszt, és különböző fegyvereket foglaltak le.
A hatóságok az akció során olyan területeket vettek célba, ahol feltételezték, hogy az orvosi marihuanát engedélyező szabályokat kijátszva nagymennyiségű drogot termesztenek, majd terítenek az utcákon.
– Az ilegális termesztés egyre nagyobb probléma York államban, a lakosság rendszeresen tesz bejelentéseket jelentős méretű kül- és beltéri termesztőhelyekről – mondta Jim MacSween. A helyi rendőrkapitány szerint a szervezett bűnözői csoportok kihasználják az elavult szabályozást és óriási haszonra tesznek szert a termesztéssel, a tevékenységükhöz pedig más bűncselekmények is kapcsolódnak.

Speciális berendezésekkel kannabiszt termesztő férfit fogtak el a rendőrök a Budapesten – közölte a Budapesti Rendőr-főkapitányság vasárnap a police.hu oldalon.
A nyomozók szerda délután fogták el rákosmenti házában a 39 éves O. Zoltánt. A rendőrök az ingatlan udvarán, illetve a házban egy szakszerűen kialakított ültetvényt találtak annak minden kellékével. A tájékoztatás szerint a férfi négy különböző mobil szekrényt alakított ki, amelyekben kannabisz termesztésére alkalmas fűtő-, világító-, szellőztető- és pH mérő berendezések voltak, továbbá 59 tő kifejlett kannabisznövény és 12 kenderpalánta.
A rendőrök a budapesti férfit kábítószer birtoklása miatt őrizetbe vették és kezdeményezték letartóztatását.

Drónról szórtak le kannabisz csomagocskákat Tel-Avivra csütörtökön – jelentette a Jediót Ahronót című izraeli újság hírportálja, a ynet csütörtökön.
A város központjában lévő Rabin tér fölött eresztette szélnek kábítószeres rakományát kora délután egy drón. Több mint száz – kétgrammos – adag marihuánát szórt szét, s a rendőrség egy közeli játszótérről is összeszedett számos csomagot, amely odarepült.
Számos járókelő eredeti úti célját feladva a csomagok gyűjtésébe kezdett, mások a környező kávéházak teraszairól gyűjtögették a csomagokat, többen pedig a kocsijukból kiszállva próbáltak néhány adagot szerezni.
A rendfenntartók őrizetbe vettek két, a harmincas éveiben járó férfit, akiket a repülőszerkezet irányításával gyanúsítanak. „A kábítószergyanús anyag terjesztése igen veszélyes, és ennek megfelelően fogják kihallgatni az elkövetőket” – közölte a rendőrség.
A Zöld drón nevű, kannabiszterjesztéssel foglalkozó internetes csoportban röviddel a történtek előtt már jelezték, hogy hamarosan pilóta nélküli repülógépről szórnak le csomagokat.
A csoport közleménye szerint hetente fognak egy kiló kannabiszt égnek ereszteni kétgrammos csomagokban Izrael különböző pontjain, hogy ezzel hirdessék új, „kannabiszeső” nevű házhoz szállítási módszerüket, amellyel a koronavírus miatti esetleges vesztegzárra is felkészülnek.
Izraelben jelenleg törvénytelennek számít a könnyű drogok, a kannabisz fogyasztása, terjesztése és termelése, de az utóbbi években a fogyasztást részlegesen kiemelték a büntetendő cselekmények közül, ami azt jelenti, hogy 15 gramm birtoklásáig és otthoni, nem nyilvános fogyasztásáig a hatóságok nem hajtják végre a törvényt. A kannabisz nyilvános használatán első és második alkalommal tetten ért polgárokat nem lehet letartóztatni, ha nincsenek korábbi nyilvántartások kannabiszhasználatukról, bár pénzbírsággal számolhatnak. A terjesztés és a termelés továbbra is a törvényben meghatározott módon büntetendő cselekmény.
