A rendőrségi jelentés szerint február 6-án a 102-es számra bejelentés érkezett Koszmacs községből, hogy helyi lakosok részvételével konfliktus zajlik. A helyszínre kiérkező rendőrök megállapították, hogy a helyi lakosok hamis információkat kaptak, amelyeket helyi csoportokban terjesztettek a közösségi oldalakon arról, hogy a területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ (TCK) toborzói autókkal és buszokkal a falu felé tartanak, hogy összefogdossák a hadköteles férfiakat.

A rendőrség tájékoztatása szerint „ennek következtében mintegy százan önkényesen eltorlaszolták a helyi utakat, és nem engedték át a járműveket. Az állampolgárok között összecsapás történt, amelyekben egy kiskorú gyermek és két nő megsérült. Őket egy helyi kórházba szállították őket.” Miután a rendőrök felvilágosító párbeszédet folytattak a lakosokkal, azok hamarosan szétszéledtek.
Ahogy az egyik sértett, Ivanna Vandzsurak a Facebook-oldalán leírta, a koszmacsi Nova Posta fiókhoz tartott autójával, és mellette ült a 6 éves kislánya. A közlése szerint a falu központjában, a benzinkút közelében dühös nők tömege állította meg, néhányan közülük ittasak voltak. Botokat, baseball-ütőket és különböző fémtárgyakat fogtak a kezükben. A nők kérdőre vonták, hogy mit keres a faluban és elkérték a telefonját, hogy nem videózza-e őket. Ezután tovább engedték, de miután visszafelé hajtott, az asszonyok, akik „még dühösebbek voltak”, továbbra is elállták az utat. Elkezdtek feléje rohanni, de sikerült becsuknia a kocsi ajtaját, és a leengedett ablakon keresztül beszélt velük. Újra faggatni kezdték. Azt állították, hogy a hadkiegészítő parancsnok „kéme” és a férjeiket akarja „feldobni” a toborzóknak. Eközben a kocsi ablakán benyúlva a kislányával együtt megverték.

Megtámadta és megverte szerda délután Zsitomirban a területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központjának munkatársát egy férfi, akinek a személyazonosságát már meg is állapították és keresik – közölte csütörtökön Viktorija Dubovik, a Nemzeti Rendőrség Zsitomir megyei főosztályának sajtószóvivője a Szuszpilne tévécsatornával, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Dubovik elmondta, hogy tegnap este ment be a rendőrségre a hadkiegészítő parancsnokság egyik alkalmazottja. „A bejelentő arról számolt be, hogy az incidens november 8-án délután történt Zsitomirban a Hoholivszka utca 4. szám alatti üzlet közelében. Ő és kollégái hivatalos ügyben tartózkodtak ott. Elmondása szerint egy ismeretlen férfi rátámadt, megsebesítette, majd elmenekült a helyszínről” – konkretizálta az esetet.
A szóvivő közlése szerint a területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ munkatársát igazságügyi orvosszakértői vizsgálatra küldték. A rendőrség könnyű testi sértés miatt indított büntetőeljárást. „A támadó személyazonosságát megállapították. Most keresik a férfit, mivel ismeretessé vált, hogy elhagyta Zsitomirt” – tette hozzá Viktorija Dubovik.

Összeverekedett egy orosz és egy ukrán képviselő a Fekete-tengeri Gazdasági Együttműködés (BSEC) csütörtöki gyűlésén.
A verekedés azért tört ki, mert Oroszország delegáltja kirántotta Olekszandr Marikovszkij ukrán képviselő kezéből Ukrajna zászlaját, melyet a magasba emelt, miközben egy másik résztvevővel fotózkodott.
Marikovszkij az orosz képviselő után futott, majd többször ököllel megütötte, megrángatta és visszavette az eltulajdonított zászlót.
A verekedést – melyről videó is készült –, a fórum biztonsági erői választották szét.
A Fekete-tengeri Gazdasági Együttműködés (BSEC) az egyik olyan utolsó gazdasági kooperáció, melynek Oroszország és Ukrajna egyaránt tagja. Az együttműködés célja a Fekete-tenger térségében zajló kereskedelem megkönnyítése és szabályozása. A fórum helyszíne Ankara volt, Törökország fővárosa.

A rendfenntartók büntetőeljárást indítottak egy katona megverése miatt az UPC (MP) hmelnickiji székesegyházában vasárnap – jelentette a vsim.ua helyi portálra hivatkozva az Interfax–Ukrajina hírügynökség.
A hír szerint Viktorija Timoscsuk, a járőrrendőrség megyei főosztályának szóvivője elmondta, hogy a bántalmazást a papok és a katona közötti konfliktus előzte meg.
„Az imaliturgia során a férfi az Evangélium könyvet az asztalról a földre dobta, szóbeli konfliktusba keveredett az imaliturgiát olvasó pappal. Az eset szemtanúi hívták a rendőrség munkatársait. Jelenleg vizsgálják a polgárral szemben a közigazgatási eljárás megindításának kérdését az Adminisztratív jogsértési törvénykönyv 173. cikkelye alapján” – mondta el a rendőrség szóvivője az újságíróknak.
Hozzátette, hogy a katona megverése miatt, amiről videofelvétel készült, melyet korábban a közösségi oldalakon is közzétettek, a rendőrség nyomozói eljárást indítottak a pap ellen Ukrajna Büntető törvénykönyve 296. cikkelyének 2. pontja alapján huliganizmusért.

December 19-én bejelentés érkezett a rendőrséghez, miszerint verekedés történ Nagylucskán, a Part utcán.
A helyszínre kiérkezett az operatív csoport, akik megállapították, hogy két család között vita keletkezett, ami verekedésbe torkollott. A történtek során négyen is megsérültek, mindannyiukat kórházba szállították.
Az ügyben folyik az eljárás, a vizsgálatok megkezdődtek. A tettesekre akár 7 év börtönbüntetés is várhat.
