Оперативні співробітники Львівського загону проводять активні заходи щодо виявлення громадян рф, які знаходяться та території України незаконно та можуть нести потенційну загрозу національній безпеці України.
Під час спроби в’їзду до міста Львів прикордонники виявили 54-річного росіянина. Правоохоронці встановили, що іноземець перебуває на території України без законних підстав. Після тривалих розмов з оперативними співробітниками чоловік так і не зміг пояснити мету свого перебування в нашій країні.
У результаті проведених заходів оперативниками спільно із працівниками Державної міграційної служби було прийнято рішення про притягнення іноземця до адміністративної відповідальності та примусове повернення до країни походження.

Донецькі найманці росармії примусово вивозять до РФ жителів селища Козача Лопань на Харківщині.
Про це повідомили в Харківській обласній прокуратурі.
„Військові так званої „ЛНР” примусово „евакуюють” місцевих мешканців до палаточних таборів Бєлгородської області РФ, маніпулюючи та залякуючи цивільних обстрілами з боку української армії”, – зазначили в прокуратурі.
За цим фактом було розпочато досудове розслідування у кримінальному провадженні за фактом порушення законів та звичаїв війни.
В прокуратурі повідомили, що всі дані перевіряються. Надалі матеріали передадуть в обласне управління Служби безпеки.

За даними польських спецслужб, українських цивільних перевіряє ФСБ. У разі підозри їх катують і вони можуть постати перед судом у рамках показових процесів.
З початку війни понад півтора мільйона українців, у тому числі тисячі дітей, були вивезені до російських в’язниць і так званих фільтраційних таборів, заявив Станіслав Жарин, речник міністра, відповідального за нагляд спецслужб.
Польські спецслужби визначили розташування таборів і в’язниць на окупованих росіянами територіях, повідомив він у заяві, з якою можна ознайомитися на сайті уряду. До неї додаються супутникові знімки та конкретні геодані.
У ході «відсіву» українців співробітники Федеральної служби безпеки росії (ФСБ) допитують людей, перевіряють вилучені речі, зокрема носії інформації, а також дописи в соцмережах, можливі бойові поранення й татуювання, зазначає Жарин.
У разі виникнення будь-якої підозри особа стає об’єктом розправи, яка може мати смертельні наслідки. Людину піддають тортурам, примушують до антиукраїнських висловлювань, можуть судити в рамках показових політичних процесів. З іншого боку, якщо підозрілих ознак не виявляють, результатом фільтрації може стати примусова служба в збройних силах росії, додає речник.
Метод, який використовує рф, масовий. Понад півтора мільйона перевірених осіб, які пройшли «фільтр», депортували до росії, ідеться в повідомленні.

54-річний тенісист, колишня перша ракетка світу та триразовий чемпіон Вімблдону відбуває два з половиною роки ув’язнення за шахрайство. У квітні Беккера спочатку помістили до лондонської в’язниці Вондсворт, яку називають найгіршою в країні, а пізніше перевели до менш суворої установи в Хантеркомбі, графство Оксфордшир. Згідно з тюремними джерелами, він проводить більшу частину свого часу, граючи в настільний теніс і викладаючи спортивні науки ув’язненим.
«Беккер використовує всі зручності. Можемо назвати його зразковим ув’язненим, з ним немає жодних проблем», – повідомило джерело.
Колись Беккер мав статок у 127 мільйонів фунтів стерлінгів, але зараз повністю збанкрутував. Під час нещодавнього чемпіонату у Вімблдоні тенісиста відвідали у в’язниці його подруга Ліліан де Карвалью Монтейро та сини: 28-річний Ноа і 22-річний Еліас, а також колишній суперник, теж триразовий чемпіон Вімблдону Джон Макенрой.
«Борис – мій друг. Це жахливо. Я хочу побачити його, якщо буде можливо», – повідомив Макенрой BBC напередодні турніру.

Про це заявила уповноважений Верховної Ради з прав людини Людмила Денісова на дискусії „Захист прав людини під час війни” у Russia War Crimes House у Давосі під час проведення Світового економічного форуму у понеділок, повідомляє Інтерфакс-Україна.
„1 млн 400 тисяч, із яких понад 240 тисяч дітей, примусово вивезла, депортувала Російська Федерація до себе на територію”, – сказала Денісова.
Вона розповіла про наявність переконливих доказів, що Росія завчасно готувала примусову депортацію та розраховувала вивезти понад два мільйони українських громадян.
„У мене є директиви, які були надані вищим керівництвом (Російської Федерації – ІФ) відповідним органам, щоб створити пункти тимчасового розміщення наших громадян. І ми знаємо, де вони розміщені, скільки їх розміщено та за яких умов вони розміщені”, – зазначила Денісова.
Омбудсмен також заявила про необхідність на міждержавному рівні розв’язувати питання щодо повернення примусово депортованих Російською Федерацією громадян України.

Британські туристи, які не дотримуються протиепідемічних правил, запроваджених через епідемію коронавірусу, можуть бути депортовані з Австралії, повідомляє ВВС, посилаючись на слова міністра з питань міграції країни.
Алекс Хоук заявив про це після того, як сотні туристів організували вечірку на одному з популярних пляжів Сіднею, пляжі Бронте, згідно з відеокадрами, які з’явилися в соціальних мережах.
Через збільшення кількості хворих, за тиждень до Різдва в місті були запроваджені карантинні обмеження, зокрема, заборонили і проведення масових святкувань. Незважаючи на це, на Різдво сотні британських туристів зібралися на популярному пляжі на сході Сіднея.
Побачивши кадри, як туристи співають під час карантину, багато місцевих жителів обурилися та почали критикувати бездіяльність влади.
Міністр охорони здоров’я штату Новий Південний Уельс заявив, що це підірвало колективні зусилля у боротьбі з вірусом.
Минулого тижня Швейцарія мала проблеми з британськими туристами після того, як протягом однієї ночі з одного з готелів на гірськолижному курорті Верб’є виїхало 200 людей. Все це незважаючи на те, що вони мали залишатись на карантині, запровадженому швейцарським урядом через нову мутацію коронавірусу, який поширюється у Великобританії.
